Numerous people compared her appearance to Thakur’s from the movie Sholay, although other admirers also defended her. As a media outlet published photos of Alia Bhatt sitting inside her home that were taken using a zoom lens from a neighboring building, the whole Bollywood community voiced outrage and contempt on social media. Anushka Sharma and Janhvi Kapoor have criticized the media platform for this “infringement of privacy” by sharing their own comparable experiences. The incident has been referred to as “shameful” by Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor, and Swara Bhasker.

Anushka recounted on her Instagram Stories how the media outlet used images of her daughter Vamika in a similar way. She penned, “They have done this previously as well. We called them out for the same reason about two years ago! You’d think that they would now be more considerate of other people’s personal space. A total disgrace! Despite repeated pleas, they were also the only guys who posted pictures of our daughter.”

When the media source published photos of her taken through the glass door as she was working out in the gym, Janhvi Kapoor also discussed how she too had to deal with a similar issue. She commented, “This is disgustingly intrusive,” on her Instagram Stories. This publication has a history of publishing similar content. Even, despite my repeated pleas, taking photos of me when I was working out via the glass door of the gym I frequent. in an area that is meant to be private and where no one expects to be photographed.

She continued to criticize the media portal for their “journalistic accomplishment” in her letter, saying, “I understand turning up to places and performing your job in open sight. a situation where both the photographers’ profession and the obligations of being a public figure are understood on both sides. It is not at all a journalistic success to zoom in on someone’s private place without asking permission or even letting them know and then call it exclusive.

It was described as a stalker event by Arjun Kapoor. On his Instagram Stories, he wrote: “absolutely without shame Any sane person who photographs public figures for a living needs to know that this is pathetic conduct because if a woman doesn’t feel safe in her own home, forget about whether or not she is a public figure for a second. These are people in the media who we have implicit faith in because we believe they are here to do a job, not to harass women or invade their privacy. Nothing short of stalking @mumbaipolice is going on here.”

There is no excuse for this utterly repugnant breach of privacy, Karan Johar continued. There HAS to be a LIMIT, but everyone in the entertainment sector ALWAYS supports the media and the paparazzi and is accommodating. Everyone has the right to feel secure in their own houses, after all! This is a fundamental human right; it has nothing to do with performers or superstars.

The portal was also called out by Swara Bhasker. “This is definitely NOT Acceptable and a criminal invasion of @aliabhatt’s privacy. Shame on you,” she stated in a story on Instagram.

Actors Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, who were recently married, were spotted together for the first time since their wedding on February 7. A paparazzo account released a video of the couple leaving the Jaisalmer airport on Instagram on Wednesday. In the video, Sidharth Malhotra exits the vehicle and walks over to assist Kiara.

The happily married couple then walked up to the airport’s front door and greeted the onlookers and photographers there. They waved, kissed, and greeted the folks with folded hands. In an interview, actress Raveena Tandon explained why she turned down Karan Johar’s offer to appear in his movie Kuch Kuch Hota Hai (1998). She claimed that Karan is still unhappy about what she did at the time. She claimed that she was unable to afford tiny film gigs at the time. She referred to Kajol as her “contemporary” and aspired to play the major role. Shah Rukh Khan, Kajol, and Rani Mukerji all had significant parts in Kuch Kuch Hota.

Raveena claimed in an interview with Smita Prakash for ANI that Karan has not yet forgave her for declining his offer to appear in his movie. “Karan still holds me responsible for not acting in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, although at the time he didn’t understand because Kajol was my coworker. Since Rani and I both had main roles when we first began out, I was unable to take the lead role in Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, which was lesser than Rani’s. Because she was a newcomer and suddenly she thought, “Oh my goodness, this is wonderful, you know,” Rani benefited from it. I informed Karan that this was the difference that would have occurred.

Karan Johar was the film’s director, and Yash Johar was the producer. At a celebration for Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’s 20th anniversary in 2018, Shah Rukh referred to the movie’s original plot as being “utterly ridiculous.” “Karan arrived and told me a completely absurd rubbish tale, which is unquestionably not the one that you people ultimately saw in the film,” he remarked. He penned a note to share his feelings on Instagram.

With the release of Student of the Year in 2012, Karan Johar pushed Sidharth Malhotra, Alia Bhatt, and Varun Dhawan into the spotlight. He is “happy” and “elated” that all three of his former pupils are now married. The filmmaker wrote a statement to express his emotions on Instagram after attending Sidharth and Kiara Advani’s wedding at the Suryagarh Palace in Jaisalmer.

Karan Johar recalled the first time he met Sidharth and later Kiara and noticed a striking resemblance between the two while sharing a sweet wedding photo of Sidharth kissing Kiara on the face. I first met him fifteen years ago, he wrote. Strong, silent, and still so vulnerable. She was silent, strong, and incredibly sensitive when I first met her, many years later. When they first met, I immediately understood that these two pillars of strength and dignity could form an unbreakable link and write the most fantastic love tale together. They are like something out of a fairy tale, based in tradition and family.

He said, “Everyone around them felt the pulse…felt the energy…as they exchanged vows atop a mandap of mohabbat. I was sitting there filled entirely with love for the two of them—proud, joyous love! You have my undying affection, Sid and Ki. May this day last forever for you.

On Tuesday, a member of the baaraat band admitted that Karan had been dancing throughout Sidharth’s baaraat. On Koffee With Karan, Karan once stated that he and Shahid Kapoor will dance to Dola Re Dola at Sidharth’s wedding. In the comments area, the filmmaker’s followers responded to his note.

“Your three students are now graduates,” a fan wrote. “@karanjohar waiting for you to upload ‘dola re’ dance with @shahidkapoor as promised on show,” another person commented. Another supporter said, “You manifested it K! The matchmaker is you! Your final pupil also received a diploma in the “colors of love”! “The way you love your students a.k.a. Karan provides a glimpse of the “greatest ever” party he organized for his twins

The party was attended by Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor and other Bollywood celebs.

Roohi Johar and Yash Johar, Karan Johar’s twins, became one year older on February 7, and to celebrate, the director posted a summary of their recent birthday party to Instagram Reels. On February 1, Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Gauri Khan, Shilpa Shetty, and many other celebrities, along with their children, attended Karan’s lavish Mickey and Minnie Mouse-themed birthday celebration for his children in Mumbai. Now, as he wished Yash and Roohi on their sixth birthday, Karan released a video from the recent star-studded celebrations that shows Taimur Ali Khan, the son of Kareena, and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, the daughter of Soha Ali Khan, having fun with pals.

The children of Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi as well as other children may be seen playing with Yash and Roohi’s friends in the video. The footage showed a huge green cake, numerous slides, swings, and gambling tables. In the video Karan shared, special Mickey and Minnie Mouse party decorations with balloons and banners could also be seen. Along with his friends including the filmmaker Farah Khan, his mother Hiroo Johar was also spotted having a blast and participating in the kids’ birthday celebrations. At the celebration, Taimur was observed enjoying party food while playing games with other children while sitting in a group. Karan, Yash, and Roohi shared matching black Mickey Mouse sweatshirts for the event.

In the description of his birthday post for Yash and Roohi, Karan Johar included the celebration video along with the following: “My heart’s most priceless pieces turn 6 today. It’s hard to put into words, but this love feels like a surge of love that overwhelms all other feelings! I am fortunate to have my mum at my side as I navigate parenthood! Without her, I would definitely be lost. All three of us rely on her like a rock! Birthday greetings to Roohi and Yash! Be anyone you want to be, but always remember to be kind. Your dad (daddy) adores you a million times over!”

He also expressed gratitude to the group that helped him plan the twins’ birthday party, writing, “I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to @meghakulchandani from @the.popcorn.company for making their party the best one yet! She’s incredible.” Kareena attended the party with her sons Taimur and Jeh, while Shilpa Shetty showed up with her children Viaan and Samisha. At the party, where AbRam Khan was also present, Gauri Khan and Maheep Kapoor also made an appearance. Along with their children Zain and Misha, Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput attended the event.

In 2017, Yash and Roohi were born to Karan Johar through surrogacy. The Big Thoughts Of Little Luv, a children’s picture book written by the filmmaker and based on his experiences as a single father, was released in 2020. After numerous delays, his movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh play the key parts, will be released this year in July.

Ronit Roy on why Karan Johar’s Student of the Year caused him to lose Zero Dark Thirty

Because Karan Johar’s team from Student of the Year declined to change the release date of the movie, Ronit Roy was unable to accept an opportunity to work in the Hollywood production Zero Dark Thirty. When Ronit recently appeared on the comedy program The Kapil Sharma Show to promote Shehzada with the cast of his upcoming film, Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, he explained why he was unable to see the Hollywood movie.

First, Kapil stated that he had to let individuals who were unaware know that Ronit had been offered a part in Zero Dark Thirty, but he declined the offer in order to finish Student of the Year. “Yes, I was chosen for the movie Zero Dark Thirty without going through any auditions,” Ronit responded. I was informed that Kathryn Bigelow, the filmmaker, had seen my work and was interested in casting me. That an Oscar-winning director chose me for her movie astounded me.

But their films are booked, and Karan Johar had all of my dates, he said. I requested a date change since working with an Oscar-winning filmmaker on a Hollywood production was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for me. But they—not Karan, but rather those who worked with him—refused to let me go and denied to change my Student of the Year audition dates. So I had to say no. Then, when I called Karan a week before the Student of the Year filming to enquire when it would start, he informed me that they were not shooting as planned. That was the biggest letdown, so. I was unable to accept that offer, and even they (Karan’s film) were late.

Ronit has already mentioned receiving an offer for Zero Dark Thirty. He stated, “I genuinely regret not being able to do Homeland and Zero Dark Thirty,” in an interview with Hindustan Times from 2016. If I could have worked with Kathryn Bigelow, I would have. It would have aided in my development as an actor. However, I don’t dwell on regrets. When I was approached for ZDT, I had other obligations, so the dates didn’t work out.

Ronit had expressed sorrow for passing on the project in an interview with PTI in 2013. “Zero Dark Thirty offered me a very intriguing position. But regrettably, I was unable to execute it because of a conflicting date. I watched the movie, and I regret that I wasn’t involved. I couldn’t pass up the chance to collaborate with Karan Johar while filming Student of the Year because I had been hoping for a chance to do so. I had no chance of managing my Zero Dark Thirty dates while we were filming in Thailand.

Songs from the flicks of Sidharth and Kiara, including Ranjha, Kabhi Tumhe, and Tera Ban Jaunga, as well as Man Bharraya, Say Na, Mehendi Lagake Rakhna, Sajan Ji, and Patiala Peg, reportedly played at the Sangeet on Monday. It was a memorable evening thanks to DJ Ganesh.
