During an appearance on Riteish Deshmukh’s chat show, Case Toh Banta Hai, Abhishek was teased about his family’s tradition of names starting with the letter ‘A.’ Riteish joked, “Amitabh ji, Aishwarya, Aaradhya, aur aap (Abhishek). Yeh saare ‘A’ letter se shuru hote hain. Toh Jaya aunty aur Shweta ne aisa kya kar liya?” Abhishek, laughing, replied in Hindi, “This, you’ll have to ask them. But I think this has become a tradition in our house.”
When asked about having another child after Aaradhya, Abhishek quipped, “Nahi abhi agli peedhi jo aayegi tab dekhenge na (Now we’ll see after the next generation).”
Riteish continued teasing, prompting Abhishek to respond playfully, “Umar ka lihaaz kiya karo, Riteish. Main tumse bada hoon (Respect your elders, Riteish. I’m older than you).”
The couple, parents to Aaradhya since 2011, recently debunked divorce rumors after being spotted together at a wedding. On the work front, Abhishek will next be seen in Housefull 5, King, and Remo D’Souza’s dance film Be Happy.
