Hrithik Roshan Celebrates His Film Super 30’s 4th Anniversary

Today marks the completion of 4 years of Hrithik Roshan and Mrunal Thakur’s Super 30. Hrithik’s portrayal in the biographical drama film, which was directed by Vikas Bahl, received high praise when it was released in theatres on July 12, 2019. Four years have passed since the release of Super 30, one of Hrithik Roshan’s most outlandish and daring performances. Hrithik Roshan shared throwback images from the movie on his social media account to mark the occasion, calling the film’s promotion one of the highlights of his life.

Hrithik Roshan shared several stills from the movie Super 30 on his Instagram stories. Mrunal Thakur is also visible in one of the images. Hrithik stated in a post accompanying the movie stills, “Some films leave a deep imprint as an actor and collaborator. Super 30 for me is an experience lived, one I will forever cherish.”

Hrithik Roshan, who is also referred to as the Greek God of Bollywood, defied expectations by playing a character that was rooted in the countryside for the movie. Super 30 followed the emotional development of Hrithik Roshan’s character while based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar. The audience was taken on an emotional roller coaster by the true-life underdog narrative of the bright teacher who changed the lives of poor pupils and starred Hrithik as Anand Kumar.

Hrithik did rigorous training for his role in order to portray his versatility and demonstrate his acting prowess once more. Hrithik once again showed his attention and commitment to the industry, from taking diction lessons to undergoing a remarkable physical transformation to acquire weight for the character.

Super 30 is poised to be one of Hrithik Roshan’s most well-liked on-screen performances thanks to its powerful dialogue, engaging acting, and extraordinary experience.

Hrithik Roshan is now preparing for the debut of his forthcoming Siddharth Anand film, Fighter. Fighter, which also stars Deepika Padukone and Anil Kapoor and is billed as India’s first aerial action movie, will be released on January 25, 2024.

Siddharth Anand is hard at work on his next movie, Fighter, which stars Hrithik Roshan, Deepika Padukone, and Anil Kapoor and was a huge hit. The aerial action film’s director and lead actor Hrithik Roshan are currently in their fourth schedule. Siddharth praised the actor for his total dedication to the project and argued that Hrithik should soon direct his own film. Additionally, he stated that Hrithik is a secret filmmaker.

Siddharth has previously worked with Hrithik Roshan on Bang (2014) and War (2019). The director announced that he had completed 25% of the film, which stars Hrithik Roshan as Patty, a fighter pilot who aspires to become India’s best. In the movie, Talat Aziz, a singer, also plays Hrithik’s father.

Siddharth talked to Mid-Day about the actor, who he thought had a filmmaker inside of him. “Hrithik is a complete Hindi film hero,” he stated. He is a complex performer who not only adds nuance to his role but also motivates the actors in front of him, ensuring that everyone shines in the movie. In a movie, Hrithik does not look at himself alone. He is a secret filmmaker and is unaware of it. He needs to direct a movie soon, I keep telling him.

The director went on to say that Pathaan’s release, which brought audiences back to theaters, made him feel righteous. “[Before the movie’s release], some sections of the Hindi film industry and the public started believing in the Boycott Bollywood trend,” he mentioned. They stopped having faith in their own films. Pathaan, on the other hand, provided an answer to everything: “Make a film with the right intentions and people will come to the theater.”

Interestingly, Hrithik Roshan has worked with his father on four of Rakesh Roshan’s films, including Khudgarz (1987) and Karan Arjun (1995). Before making his directorial debut with Khudgarz, Rakesh also worked as an actor in the 1970s. Last year, Hrithik appeared in the Hindi remake of Vikram Vedha alongside Saif Ali Khan. The film was a remake of their 2017 Tamil film of the same name starring R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi, which Pushkar–Gayathri wrote and directed.
On March 22, Pathaan, which also features Dimple Kapadia and Ashutosh Rana, will premiere digitally on Prime Video.

Hrithik praised Ranbir and Shraddha for their roles in the March 8 release of Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, stating that he adored it.

Hrithik Roshan praised the Brahmastra movie starring Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt on Twitter in September of last year. After tweeting, “Brahmastra has to be rewatched by the cinema student in me! The BGM, the VFX, the sound design, the action, the grading, uff… Absolutely outstanding work! Too impressive. I really liked this one. Congratulations to the team!”

Hrithik Roshan released a little video of himself working out. The actor is presently developing Fighter, an aerial action comedy starring Deepika Padukone. Hrithik wrote a note to his trainer before he left for the States, complimenting him for the way the two of them had worked together in the gym. Zayed Khan, an actor, added a remark on his post.
In the brief video, Hrithik is seen slowly working out his arms in the gym. You can see his trainer encouraging him to do better by saying, “You got this Hri. Let’s get moving and drive, now. Hrithik finishes the exercise with a “aaah” as the video comes to a close.

“My friend and trainer Kris Gethin travels back to his home in the US tom,” Hrithik wrote in a note to his coach. I could not have been more content, charged, focused, and at peace with the process than I am right now, with only 10 weeks left till the finish of our second phase and 6 months of rigorous hard work already behind us. By the way, that procedure is more about the heart and head than it is about the muscles. I’m really grateful to you, Kris, for that. We appreciate your honesty in your work and the knowledge and experience you offer to the gym.

Manoj Bajpayee has acknowledged that he is a trained dancer who gave up on his goal after seeing Hrithik Roshan perform. Satya, Manoj’s breakthrough movie, was released in 1998, while Kaho Na Pyaar Hai, Hrithik’s debut feature, was released in 2000. Manoj recalled his theater days when he used to say that singing and dancing were requirements for artists. He recalled his early life and mentioned that he used to dance.

Since I come from the theater, it used to be a must that an artist be able to sing. You must sing in the chorus even if you don’t make it to the front line. He admitted at a chat program with Curly Tales, “Yeah, I used to dance as well.

He said, “Hrithik received training in main chhau dance, na. I’m trained in Chhau dance, but when Hrithik entered the profession and I watched his performance, I told myself, “This is the end of my dream of dance since I can’t learn this.” Maine Hrithik ko dekha toh maine kaha aaj ke baad dancing ka khwaab band kyuki ab ye nahi seekh sakta main.”

When reminded of his dancing in Satya’s well-known song Sapne Me Milti Hai, Manoj claimed that he had already performed all the necessary dance moves before to Hrithik’s debut.

Manoj is getting ready for the release of Rahul V. Chittella’s upcoming film, Gulmohar. A multigenerational family named the Batras, who must deal with concerns when they must leave their 34-year-old family home, are the subject of the movie.

Gulmohar, which will be released on March 3rd, also stars Simran, Kaveri Seth, Suraj Sharma, and Amol Palekar. Gulmohar, a Star Studios production in collaboration with Chalkboard Entertainment and Autonomous Works, will be made available digitally on Disney+ Hotstar. On the set of his movie Vikram Vedha (2022), Hrithik Roshan can be seen posing with stuntman Mansoor Ali Khan. Fans of the late Sushant Singh Rajput were stunned when a paparazzo posted the flashback image on Instagram on Thursday, calling Hrithik’s stuntman a “copy of SSR” (Sushant Singh Rajput). Mansoor and Sushant seem so much alike that fans were compelled to comment on the late actor, who passed away in 2020, in the post’s comments section.

Hrithik Roshan and Mansoor were pictured while filming for Vikram Vedha wearing matching black shirts and pants. Fans remarked that Mansoor resembled Sushant exactly, albeit with longer, messier hair and a beard. Oh my God, SSR (Sushant Singh Rajput) replica, said a fan. Someone more commented, “Stuntman reminds me of SSR.” The fact that he resembles SSR and that his name is Mansoor—the name of Sushant’s character in Kedarnath (2018)—was noted by another fan. “Ek pal ko laga Sushant hai Hritik ke sath,” said another. “For a second, I thought it was Sushant and Hrithik.”

On February 14th, Netflix launched the documentary The Romantics, which provided more than a delectable look into the history and legacy of Yash Raj Films. Smrithi Mundra (of Indian Matchmaking) spoke with up to 35 individuals from the Hindi film industry for the documentary, including some of its top stars.

While many chose to do their interviews in studios, gardens, or even their gym (we’re looking at you, John Abraham), many others welcomed the documentary crew into their homes. Rani Mukerji, who is typically private, took part in the interview at what appeared to be her office. She was seated behind a sizable painting of a child’s head in a Chesterfield-style, tufted chair. The posters for her various films, including Bunty Aur Babli, Veer Zaara, and others, were placed next to it. A bookshelf had all of her Filmfare, Star Screen Awards, and other honors.

Amitabh Bachchan

At his residence, Amitabh Bachchan also participated in the documentary. The seasoned actor sat on a chair that was a deep black sofa. A tiny table with his face on it was placed next to him. A color-pop painting and a framed photo of his son Abhishek Bachchan were both mounted on the wall behind him.

Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan sat on a comfortable couch with black and white striped fabric for his part. Behind him, one could see a fireplace and a few ornamental items on the mantel. The living room’s center contained a drum set as well as other seating areas.

Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma filmed the interview in an area of her house that is rarely visited. She was seated in a black chair, and a jewel-green sofa with pink and white pillows could be seen behind her. On the shades of the lamps, which were on either side of the couch, were fluted decorations. Large royal-themed paintings were hanging on the French-moulded, grey walls beyond that.

In a recent video, Anil Kapoor gave viewers a tour of his Mumbai home; this is the same mansion that appears in The Romantics. A giant crimson painting and beige drapes on either side frame the painting in the maximalist home’s decor. A glass center table and numerous couches with regal appearances are there. The room also has several conventional lighting.
