Actor Taapsee Pannu has shared an important lesson she learned from her Dunki co-star Shah Rukh Khan: his total dedication to his work.

In an interview with NewsX, Taapsee talked about how Khan always gives his all. She said, “When you are there no matter what you are doing give your 100 percent. When you are at work or at home, or whatever job you are doing, be 100 percent present there.”

Taapsee mentioned that even when he has many tasks, Khan stays fully focused during rehearsals. She said, “There can be 50 things on his plate but when he is in a rehearsal, he is 100 percent there. He is not waiting that, ‘Ok khatam karo (finish it). Let me go to the next one.’” She added, “When he is shooting, he is 100 percent there for those hours. You will not see that man even moving away from the set.”

Taapsee and Shah Rukh Khan starred in the 2023 film Dunki, which deals with illegal immigration. The film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani and also features Vicky Kaushal and Boman Irani. Kangana Ranaut seems determined to mark her 36th birthday in a good way. On Thursday, she posted a message to her followers, admirers, and even detractors on Instagram. For the first time, she even expressed regret to those whose feelings she had caused by her statements.

In the video, Kangana, who is celebrating her birthday in Udaipur, is seen wearing a green and pink silk saree, a massive golden necklace, golden earrings, and a red bindi. She began her message by expressing gratitude to her gurus—Sadhguru and Swami Vivekanand—for their guidance and support. She then addressed her adversaries as well as her “shatrus.”

Taapsee Pannu remembers Satya Paul rejecting her

Taapsee Pannu has revealed that she had applied for a modeling assignment for a Satya Paul advertisement, but was rejected.
She said that she appeared “too young” to the designer label to be cast as a saree model.
Taapsee Pannu said that she wanted to spend according to her own choice.

Taapsee Pannu has disclosed that she auditioned for and was turned down for a modeling gig for a Satya Paul advertisement. She claimed that the designer label thought she was “too young” to be chosen as a saree model.

Taapsee Pannu claimed that she tried her hand at modeling during her second year of engineering because she wanted to spend her money as she pleased. Her mother took out about $40,000 from her savings and hired a Noida studio to create her portfolio. Taapsee claimed that the photographer had urged her to participate in an ad shoot the following day and that she had received offers of $400 to $5,000 per ad.

She added that she frequently received adverts for clothing labels or ones comparable to them. When asked if she has worked on saree advertisements, Taapsee said to The Lallantop, “My very first was really a photo session for a well-known designer. They rejected me for a saree advertisement.”

Taapsee added when asked to identify the designer, “Really, I can name them now. Satya Paul was being photographed for a catalog. They required a mannequin to wear their saris. Not even a month had passed since I received my portfolio. They thought I was too young to be a sari model even though I had just begun my second year. They desired a person that has a female appearance.”

Taapsee said to Hindustan Times in 2016 that it felt like being handled like an object, recalling her modeling days. You try on ten pieces in a showroom before choosing one, and you’re nearly treated like an object. Here, 10-15 models show themselves off and let one person pick,” Taapsee had said.

Taapsee currently has a strong slate of movies to choose from. They include the Kanika Dhillon-penned prequel to her suspenseful novel Haseen Dilruba. The movie, Phir Aayi Haseen Dilruba, will also star Sunny Kaushal and Vikrant Massey.

She also has Dunki, starring Shah Rukh Khan and directed by Rajkumar Hirani, in development. The movie is supported by JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Productions.

Taapsee Pannu pays her nutritionist 1 lakh each month

Taapsee recalled her dad got angry about the money wasted when she got him a ₹10 pen for Fathers’ Day.

Taapsee Pannu claimed to spend one lakh rupees a year on a dietician, adding that her father does not support such spending. Taapsee was describing how her father is hesitant to spend money.

Taapsee recounted that when she gave her father a $10 pen for Father’s Day when she was four or five years old, he got upset about the money being squandered. She stated in an interview with The Lallantop that “getting him to spend money on himself is quite difficult. My mother is doing better, but my father has not altered in any way. I’ll go home knowing that there would be a talk about how much I spent on my dietician. Abhi jaungi ghar aur “apne dietician pe itna kaun kharch karta hai” ye wala hai mujhe pata hai

Taapsee responded with a smile when asked how much she spends on her dietician, “That is the investment my business requires. Depending on the film I’m working on and where I am in life, my diet varies with each project. Your body undergoes changes every four to five years, including changes in metabolism. Most of us in our field require expert guidance to determine the healthiest foods for us. We are instructed on what to eat based on the local produce and the city or nation we are in. This level of attention to detail is what goes into developing a diet plan, and it is the sole investment that my line of work necessitates. My nutritionist receives almost Rs. 1 lakh per month in compensation.

She added that she also hires a nutritionist for her mother because her metabolism is off. She recalled that her parents had told her that they were expecting “a revolutionary child” who would not stop speaking until she received her answers.

Taapsee was most recently seen in and has a number of intriguing projects in the works. He will shortly appear in Rajkumar Hirani’s Dunki, set for a December 22 release, opposite Shah Rukh Khan. She is currently working on the follow-up to her thriller Phir Aayi Haseen Dillruba. Sunny Kaushal and Vikrant Massey are also in Haseen Dilruba 2.
