Bollywood actress Tabu has responded to the growing buzz surrounding Hera Pheri 3, which is expected to reunite Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty under the direction of Priyadarshan. On the occasion of Priyadarshan’s birthday, the filmmaker hinted at his willingness to direct the much-anticipated third installment.

The speculation began when Akshay Kumar shared a heartfelt birthday message for Priyadarshan, posting a candid picture from the sets of Bhooth Bangla. “Happy Birthday, Priyan Sir! What better way to celebrate than by spending the day on a haunted set, surrounded by ghosts… both real and unpaid extras? Thank you for being a mentor, and the only person who can make chaos look like a masterpiece. May your day be filled with fewer retakes. Wishing you a fantastic year ahead!” wrote Akshay.

In response, Priyadarshan teased fans by saying, “Thank you so much for your wishes, Akshay Kumar. In return, I would like to give you a gift—I am willing to do Hera Pheri 3, are you ready, Akshay?” He also tagged Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.

Reacting to the news, Tabu took to Instagram and expressed her excitement. Sharing Akshay’s post on her story, she wrote, “Of course, the cast won’t be complete without me @priyadarshan.official.”

While no official announcement has been made, the buzz around Hera Pheri 3 continues to build, fueling anticipation for the return of the beloved comedy franchise.

Akshay Kumar is currently one of Bollywood’s most successful actors. Coming from a low-income family, he had to overcome many obstacles to attain success. In a recent interview, the Khiladi actor discussed how his family moved to Mumbai from New Delhi in a small room for 100 rupees.

In an interview, Akshay Kumar discussed his early days at Chandni Chowk, New Delhi. “We were 24 people living in the same house in Chandni Chowk,” he explained. We’d all sleep in the same room. When we woke up in the morning for exercise, everyone would jump over each other to get out.” Kumar then mentioned how they moved to Mumbai from Delhi and stayed in the Sion Koliwada neighbourhood, where they paid 100 rupees in rent.

He further added, “I swear to God, there wasn’t a single day where we did not smile or laugh. Now, that we have money, sometimes we feel a bit sad but at that time, there was nothing to be sad about, We would have dal chawal, jeera aloo, aloo gobhi, bhindi, we would eat all of this and we were happy.”

Kumar mentioned that his family would forego eating on Saturdays in order to watch movies. “We would miss our meal in the morning to save money for the ticket,” he said.

Kumar stated that he had failed his seventh grade and would have to retake the year. This irritated his father, who came to strike him. According to the actor, his father questioned him, “Tu banna kya chahta hai?” (What do you aspire to be?)” He said, “Hero banna chahta hun (I want to be a hero).” The OMG 2 star stated that he aspired to be a martial arts instructor but just said the hero line at the time.

In terms of work, he was most recently seen in Mission Raniganj as engineer Jaswant Singh Gill. The film received largely favorable critical reviews but failed to make an impact at the box office. He’ll next be featured in Ali Abbas Zafar’s Bade Miyan Chote Miyan (with Tiger Shroff), Welcome to the Jungle, Hera Pheri 3, and Sky Force.

Akshay Kumar Receives Indian Citizenship, Shares News On Twitter

Akshay Kumar has acquired Indian citizenship, showcasing evidence of the change through official government documents shared on his Twitter account. Prior to this, Akshay held Canadian citizenship, a fact that drew criticism from certain segments. On Twitter, he presented a document listing his name as Akshay Hariom Bhatia, accompanied by a message: “Dil aur citizenship, dono Hindustani. Happy Independence Day! Jai Hind.” His followers congratulated him and extended Independence Day wishes.

He asserted, “Possessing a Canadian passport doesn’t diminish my Indianness. I remain very much Indian. I’ve been here for the past nine years since obtaining the passport. I won’t delve into reasons, the ‘whys,’ what happened, my films weren’t succeeding, and so on — well, that’s okay.”

“Yes, I mentioned it in 2019, I initiated the process. But then the pandemic emerged. For 2-2.5 years, everything came to a halt due to the pandemic. The renunciation letter has now arrived (and) soon my new passport will arrive as well.” He humorously added, “What can I do, I’m not responsible for the pandemic.” Despite the challenging climate, Akshay’s recent release, “OMG 2,” alongside Pankaj Tripathi, has performed well at the box office, even against competition like “Gadar 2.”

Additionally, he is set to star in the untitled Hindi remake of “Soorarai Pottru,” slated for a September 1 theatrical release, alongside Radhika Madan and Paresh Rawal. Further on, he features in the action thriller “Bade Miyan Chote Miyan” with Tiger Shroff, scheduled for Eid 2024.

Akshay Kumar will reunite with Riteish Deshmukh for the fifth installment of his successful comedy franchise, “Housefull.” Additionally, he is anticipated to appear in the highly awaited “Hera Pheri 3.”

The Norwegian dance troupe Quick Style made headlines when they performed the Kala Chashma from Katrina Kaif and Sidharth Malhotra’s 2016 film Baar Baar Dekho. The ensemble is in India, and after appearing in a dance video with cricketer Virat Kohli, Quick Style created another one with actor Suniel Shetty. The crew can be seen dancing to Suniel’s tune Aankhon Mein Base Ho Tum in a video posted by Quick Style.

Sonali Bendre and Suniel Shetty sang together in the original single from Takkar (1995). In the video posted by Quick Style, the actor shakes a leg with the members of the group as they display their distinctive hip-hop dance movements while wearing a cream blouse, blue jeans, and black sunglasses. With the caption “Felt like we have known him for years, Suniel Shetty (red heart emoji),” the dance group posted the footage to Instagram Reels. Although the actor’s daughter Athiya Shetty also remarked on the video, many fans praised the collaboration. Besttttttt (laughing, raising hands, and heart emojis), she added. Ahan Shetty, the actor’s son, said, “Love this, father.”

Many famous people and fans responded to the film. “OG (original),” the rapper Badshah penned. Mahima Chaudhry, an actor, used love emojis. Archana Puran Singh, an actor, exclaimed, “Haha amazing.” Upon seeing the footage, a fan tweeted, “Retroactive moments. Suniel Shetty last appeared in Varun Tej’s Telugu movie Ghani last year. In the sports drama, he portrayed a former boxing champion. For Hera Pheri 3, Suniel will reunite with Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal. Mumbai recently served as the location for the film’s promotional statement. In a lengthy post from last month, Suniel discussed working with Akshay once more on Hera Pheri 3 and expressed his gratitude that production on the film will eventually start this year. Farhad Samji is in charge of directing Hera Pheri 3.

It appears that Hera Pheri 3 is finally in the works as a new gang is coming together. Having said that, Suniel Shetty, Paresh Rawal, and Kartik Aaryan were recently seen interacting at the 53rd IFFI Goa.

The trio were spotted enjoying themselves at the event amidst all the excitement and rumors around the final casting. Kartik approached Paresh Rawal as soon as he entered the theater to extend his greetings. Hugging the two actors was festival visitor and actress Suniel Shetty.

Hera Pheri, which debuted in 2000, became an instant popularity with viewers. The original cast of the picture, which was directed by Priyadarshan and written by Neeraj Vora, included Tabu, Om Puri, and Gulshan Grover in addition to Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal.

Kartik has taken Akshay’s position, however Suniel Shetty had already revealed that he had been contacted for a different part. According to Shetty, Akshay Kumar cannot be replaced as the star of the Hera Pheri movie series. Getting Akshay back in the movie, he informed the portal, would be the best outcome because no one could ever replace him. “The makers are in talks with Kartik for a completely different character. So, there’s no argument.”

The actor continued by saying that there would always be a hole in the movie because Akshay isn’t in it. He admitted that while he is preoccupied with his next show, Dharavi Bank, he is actually unaware of the happenings. “I have had no time to sit down and work on all this. After November 19, I’ll sit down and understand and talk to Akki and others and see what happened.”

Fans expressed their disappointment at the latest development and called for Akshay Kumar to return to the film when it was revealed that Kartik Aaryan would be appearing in the sequel rather than Akki.

Akshay had previously stated in response to the same situation that he had pulled out on his own. He continued by saying that Hera Pheri was a part of him and had many wonderful memories of him. He acknowledged that he shared the regret that part 3 had not been produced after all these years and said that he had been given the role but had turned it down because of his dissatisfaction with the screenplay.
