Amitabh Bachchan gives health update to his fans

The actor posted an update on his condition on his blog on Sunday.
He added that he had a “blister under the callus” in his writing.
The movie is scheduled to premiere on January 12, 2024.

Actor Amitabh Bachchan has penned a note thanking his admirers for wishing him a recovery and also hoped that he will be ‘back on the ramp soon’. Amitabh also asked his followers to tweet or post a specific photo of him on WhatsApp. Amitabh shared a picture of himself walking down a show’s ramp on Instagram early on Monday.

Amitabh was dressed in black and white in the image. He smiled and chose to wear dark spectacles as well. “Thank you for all the prayers and good wishes for my recovery,” Amitabh wrote as the post’s description. I’m fixing, and I’m hoping to get back on the ramp shortly (hands folded, rose emoji).

Rahul Dev, an actor, responded to the post by writing, “So, so good to hear this news dear sir… love.” “Long live the one and only legend,” wrote an admirer. One supporter wrote, “Get well soon!!! Amitabh is currently recovering from the recent injury he sustained while working on the set of his forthcoming movie, Project K. Right thoracic cage muscle was torn in the incident. The actor posted an update on his condition on his blog on Sunday. He added that he had a “blister under the callus” in his writing. The rib persists in its painful trip, but another flares up at the toe and attracts more attention than the rib, so the rib fades away and the focus shifts to the toe.

Another thing he said was, “The hand that wrote endlessly and with great endeavour, brought down by the pain of its continuous use .. put it in warm or hot water .. no results .. so mentally shift it to the other hand .. now the other paineth and the original be safe and secure .. and in work mode ..so growth under the callus develops overnight and the medics have to be called to attend .. there is a blister under the callus .. a blister under the callus .. ? strange , never heard or experienced before , but there it is and yes extreme pain …”

“So attention given to it .. a live puncturing under the callus , syringe removal of liquids by piercing the subject and wrapped under the dressed blanket of some protection .. till the morrow ..BUT ..the philosophy is supreme .. the rib had taken a summersault .. !!” As well, Amitabh said. Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin, also features Prabhas and Deepika Padukone in the lead parts. The movie is scheduled to premiere on January 12, 2024.

A large number of prominent Bollywood stars, including Sidharth Malhotra, Kiara Advani, Farhan Akhtar, and Arjun Kapoor, were present at the event.

Following the celebration,Instagram posted a video of Katrina and Vicky Kaushal leaving Amitabh Bachchan’s mansion. Amitabh Bachchan, a seasoned performer, responded to India winning two Oscars at the 95th Academy Awards. Amitabh said on Twitter on Tuesday: “T 4585: We triumph! We achieve two victories! We triumph for our nation and people! We won !! India has planted its flag overseas, in the phrase Bharat ka jhanda gaad diya (India has done so)! OSCAR 95.” A landmark day for Indian filmmakers and the public was marked by the Oscar victories of RRR and The Elephant Whisperers.
Amitabh posted on his blog, saying: “We finally received the credit we deserved after taking the reward. He who creates also delivers, and eventually he did.
But are we really aware of the attention we receive, even when it is well-deserved? Yes, we are not taken into consideration.”

The Best Documentary Short Film award went to The Elephant Whisperers. Kartiki Gonsalves, the film’s director, and Guneet Monga, its producer, took the stage to accept the award. The story centres around a family who adopts a child from a shelter and then raises it as their own.

Amitabh Bachchan recently had an injury while filming for Project K in Hyderabad with Prabhas. In his blog on Sunday, the veteran actor had reported that his ‘rib cartilage popped cracked’ and there was a ‘muscle tear to the right rib cage’. It was “painful,” according to Amitabh. The actor published a lengthy note on how “the body mechanism recovers as swiftly as it injures” on his Tumblr page on Thursday to give followers an update on his health.

Writes Amitabh Bachchan: “Either stand up, grab the chance, and seize it, or one can sit back and bemoan a missed opportunity. Sure, defeat, loss, and suffering are unpleasant, but the body’s natural healing process speeds up the healing process. Get up, get moving, and do it. This is not the place for philosophy, lofty declarations of unwavering bravery, or the desire to demonstrate one’s line of work for praise and will. If work gives you a fresh start, do it for yourself first and foremost. Teaching others is a falsehood that needs to be abandoned. It is my body, my mind, my will, and my desire.”

Amitabh further mentioned that he has “never known peace and quiet” and that he is prepared to improve on his “shortcoming”. “Your personal physical constraints and cognitive limits should always be as the build on birth,” he wrote. Indulge in the undesired and be ready for the dive; indulge in the desirable and be ready for the dive to swim out. This is how we handle it and how we treat ourselves. Tough. but for all of us, there. There are flaws both within of me and outside of me, thus I have never felt serenity. But because I have never known peace and quiet, I have made it my personal goal to overcome these flaws. Proclamations are useless, and those who make them will only succeed in defeating them.

Through his blogs, Amitabh Bachchan frequently posts updates regarding his life and career. The actor posted an update on his condition on his blog after informing fans of his injury while filming Project K. Also, he mentioned that on March 6, Holika was lit at his Mumbai residence Jalsa. Earlier, he had wrote in his blog about his accident on the Projeck K set, adding, “And it needs to be told, not held. I was injured while filming Project K in Hyderabad during an action scene, suffering rib cartilage pops and breaks as well as a muscle tear to the right rib cage. I canceled the shoot, went to the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad for a doctor’s appointment and a CT scan, and then I was flown home.

In the fantasy play Project K, Prabhas performs alongside Deepika Padukone for the first time. In the C Ashwini Dutt-backed film, Amitabh Bachchan has a significant role. In 2024, Project K is anticipated to be made available. The movie, according to Ashwini Dutt, is “about the modern-day avatar of Vishnu.” It is said to take place in a futuristic setting.

On the sets of Project K, the actor suffered rib injuries while filming an action scene. The 80-year-old gave a health update, stating that he is currently resting with his chest strapped and will only return to work if he has fully recovered.

“First, may I offer my gratitude and love for your prayers,” Amitabh wrote in response to those who had shown concern about his injury. I’m overwhelmed by the consideration you show me and am incredibly appreciative of the Ef family for this hug. I’m making slow improvement; it’ll take time. I’m following the doctors’ orders exactly, resting and strapping my chest. Work has ceased and won’t resume until my condition has improved and a doctor has given me the all-clear. But I want to thank everyone so much.

In light of the uncertainty surrounding the festival’s timing, the actor also discussed how they celebrated Holika Dahan on Monday. The ‘holika’ was lit yesterday night at Jalsa due to a date mix-up on the day for HOLI, and it is already finished, he wrote. Due to the misunderstanding caused by HOLI being observed today and tomorrow, a lot of things that could have been done were not. I recharge and rest. But you have my best wishes as we celebrate this wonderful festival: “May the colors of HOLI bring the many shades of life into your life.”

Amitabh posted about his “rib cartilage popped fractured and muscle tear to the right rib cage” on social media on Monday after learning the news. He said the damage was “painful” and he consulted a doctor before he flew home for recovery.

Deepika Padukone spotted at an airport in a stylish style a week before the 2023 Oscars

Since announcing she would be attending the Oscars for the first time and even presenting an award on March 12, Deepika Padukone recently made her first appearance at the Mumbai airport. The actor was seen leaving the airport hours later on Saturday night while sporting a chic new appearance.
On paparazzi and fan pages, images and videos of Deepika’s arrival at the Mumbai airport were posted. With blue pants and black boots, she sported a brown jacket and a black shirt. Black sunglasses were also worn by Deepika. In contrast to her customary loose curls or waves, Deepika kept her hair straight for her most recent airport appearance. Shatrughan Sinha recalls being ’embarrassed’ over his appearance

Shatrughan Sinha, a seasoned actor, will appear in the forthcoming episode of The Invincibles with Arbaaz Khan. On Thursday, Arbaaz unveiled the trailer for The Invincibles, episode 5, in which Shatrughan reflected on his early days in Bollywood. The actor acknowledged that he fretted about his appearance and came close to having surgery. Shatrughan mentioned feeling ashamed of his “imperfect looks” and claimed to have even spoken to a plastic surgeon about it.

Shatrughan Sinha, a veteran actor who is also a member of parliament and a leader of the All India Trinamool Party, received his education at the Pune-based Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). In 1969, he made his acting debut in Sajan. Since then, he has appeared in movies like Dulal Guha’s Dost (1974) and Gulzar’s Mere Apne (1971). He appeared in movies like Raaste Kaa Patthar (1972), Shaan (1980), and Kaala Patthar (1979) alongside Amitabh Bachchan, among others. Shatrughan mentioned in the teaser for his upcoming interview that he used to be self-conscious about his appearance.

Arbaaz Khan heard Shatrughan Sinha say, “Apni kati-phati shakal le kar aa raha hoon main filmo mein, kaise apni jagah banaonga, kya kaise karunga. Bahut humiliation hota tha mujhko. I used to feel extremely ashamed because I thought I was going into Bollywood with a less-than-ideal look. Plastic surgeon se bhi baat kar lee thi humne. I worried about how I would get by in movies with my face and what I would do about it. I even spoke to a plastic surgeon since I was so concerned).”

In an interview earlier this month, Shatrughan disclosed that he had to decline the original offers for the seminal movies Deewaar (1975) and Sholay (1975). Amitabh eventually received the roles. The seasoned actor admitted to Aaj Tak, “I have watched films that I regret. such as Deewaar. I was sorry I couldn’t participate in the film. For me, Deewaar was created. I had received it from them. I had the script for around six months. But because of certain creative disagreements, I gave the script back. Similar to Sholay, I was expected to complete it. My pal Amitabh Bachchan played that part. I was to fulfill their request. Some wanted to take on the position.

Alia Bhatt wins Best Actress for her performance as Gangubai at the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival

She also met up with veteran actor Rekha at the event in Mumbai.

At the Dadasaheb Phalke International Film Festival on Monday, Alia Bhatt was named Best Actress. In Gangubai Kathiawadi, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, the actor performed the film’s title role last year. She also got to know seasoned actor Rekha during the Mumbai event. A special award for Rekha’s “Outstanding Contribution To The Film Industry” was also given. The two afterwards posed for photos with their awards on the red carpet for the photographers.

Last year, Alia made four cinematic appearances in addition to her blockbuster 2022. She made her Telugu debut with SS Rajamouli’s RRR, the follow-up to Gangubai Kathiawadi, in which she played Sita opposite Ram Charan. Also, she made her producing debut with the Netflix movie Darlings. In the Jasmeet K. Reen-directed movie, she portrayed an abused wife. The movie’s co-producer was Shah Rukh Khan.

The actor most recently appeared opposite Ranbir Kapoor in Ayan Mukerji’s Brahmastra: Part One – Shiva. He portrayed Shiva, and Alia portrayed Isha, his love interest. Amitabh Bachchan, Mouni Roy, Nagarjuna, and Shah Rukh all made appearances in the fantasy adventure movie.

With Gal Gadot and Jamie Dornan, Alia will make her Hollywood debut in the Netflix movie Heart of Stone this year. She will also appear alongside Ranveer Singh in Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.

The 2014 movie Super Nani featured Rekha’s final screen appearance. Later, she made a special appearance in the movies Yamla Pagla Deewana: Phir Se and Shamitabh (2015). (2018).

Netflix released The Romantics, featuring 35 people from the Hindi Film Industry.
The Romantics on Tuesday, Valentine’s Day and gave more than a delicious insight into the journey.

On February 14th, Netflix launched the documentary The Romantics, which provided more than a delectable look into the history and legacy of Yash Raj Films. Smrithi Mundra (of Indian Matchmaking) spoke with up to 35 individuals from the Hindi film industry for the documentary, including some of its top stars.

While many chose to do their interviews in studios, gardens, or even their gym (we’re looking at you, John Abraham), many others welcomed the documentary crew into their homes. At their immaculate houses, celebrities like Rani Mukerji, Amitabh Bachchan, and Anushka Sharma taped their interviews. Views of their residences can be found here:

Rani Mukerji

Rani Mukerji, who is typically private, took part in the interview at what appeared to be her office. She was seated behind a sizable painting of a child’s head in a Chesterfield-style, tufted chair. The posters for her various films, including Bunty Aur Babli, Veer Zaara, and others, were placed next to it. A bookshelf had all of her Filmfare, Star Screen Awards, and other honors.

At his residence, Amitabh Bachchan also participated in the documentary. The seasoned actor sat on a chair that was a deep black sofa. A tiny table with his face on it was placed next to him. A color-pop painting and a framed photo of his son Abhishek Bachchan were both mounted on the wall behind him.

Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan sat on a comfortable couch with black and white striped fabric for his part. Behind him, one could see a fireplace and a few ornamental items on the mantel. The living room’s center contained a drum set as well as other seating areas.

Anushka Sharma

Anushka Sharma filmed the interview in an area of her house that is rarely visited. She was seated in a black chair, and a jewel-green sofa with pink and white pillows could be seen behind her. On the shades of the lamps, which were on either side of the couch, were fluted decorations. Large royal-themed paintings were hanging on the French-moulded, grey walls beyond that.

Anil Kapoor

In a recent video, Anil Kapoor gave viewers a tour of his Mumbai home; this is the same mansion that appears in The Romantics. A giant crimson painting and beige drapes on either side frame the painting in the maximalist home’s decor. A glass center table and numerous couches with regal appearances are there. The room also has several conventional lighting.

On Wednesday morning, Suhana Khan and her mother Gauri Khan were seen together at the Mumbai airport. The mother and daughter were dressed in all-black for their flight. Gauri wore a black dress with a matching jacket, while Suhana wore a black top, black leggings, and black shoes.

A video of Suhana and Gauri Khan from the airport was posted by a paparazzi account. The two are seen exiting the vehicle and proceeding directly toward the entrance gate. Gauri declined to pose for the photographers, but Suhana briefly turned around to grin at the photographers. In response to the video, a fan wrote, “Luks like sisters.”

Shah Rukh Khan hosted an AskSRK session for his Twitter followers on Tuesday. He was questioned over the first Valentine’s Day present he presented to Gauri Khan, his wife. If I recall correctly, it has been approximately 34 years ago. I believe it was a set of pink plastic earrings.

Gauri Khan, an interior designer and businesswoman, wed Shah Rukh Khan in 1991. Aryan, 25, Suhana, 22, and AbRam, 9, are their children. The Archies, Suhana’s feature film debut, will now be released. Her character was modeled after Veronica in the movie. Agastya Nanda, the grandson of Amitabh Bachchan, and Khushi Kapoor, the sister of Janhvi Kapoor, will both make their acting debuts in the Zoya Akhtar-directed film.

Aryan is currently getting ready to helm his first web series, which he also wrote. Shah Rukh is currently on a high because to the tremendous success of his most recent film, Pathaan. The Siddharth Anand movie is currently on track to surpass $1 billion in gross worldwide receipts.

Suhana and Gauri traveled to Dubai last week for a hotel opening celebration. Suhana was joined to the party by her best friend Shanaya Kapoor, and the two even took a photo with Kendall Jenner. Suhana now frequently attends gatherings and parties. At a Mumbai restaurant this past weekend, she was spotted partying with Nysa Devgan and Ananya Panday.
