However, earlier this year I came to a realization. Being able to try everything I’ve never tried before at least once brings me a lot of hidden joy. I’d like to feel that rush. Is it my property? Why bother? How am I doing? Oh 100% yes! Still learning and trying not to let my insecurities about stretch marks, cellulite, tummy rolls, etc., take over. This is me just letting my hair down, having the time of my life with the team I trust the most, and enjoying every moment. star images)”

Reasons why mostly women suffer with heart attacks

heart attacks
  • Heart disease is no longer only “a man’s problem.
  • Studies revealed that heart conditions are the main reason why women die.
  • Women frequently disregard their own needs while taking care of their loved ones.

Heart disease is no longer only “a man’s problem,” and women are now just as susceptible. Several international studies have also revealed that heart conditions are now the main reason why women die, killing ten times more people than breast cancer. Despite the fact that heart disease among women is on the rise, many may not receive prompt treatment or a proper diagnosis because of a lack of knowledge.

Women frequently disregard their own needs while taking care of their loved ones, even their health. For instance, if a woman experiences modest chest pain, she would choose to ignore the symptoms and concentrate on managing the work/household responsibilities rather than seeing a doctor. The patriarchal structure of our society also requires women to prioritise the health of others over their own, which leads to late diagnosis and is one of the main factors contributing to the rise in heart disease among women in the nation.

Because women and men experience heart attack symptoms differently, many women frequently don’t know if they’ve previously had one or more heart attacks before they eventually see a doctor. Men typically experience severe, immediate chest pain and cold sweats during a heart attack, whereas women typically experience milder symptoms and more frequent, smaller heart attacks. Women may have symptoms ranging from heartburn to neck and back pain to weariness to jaw pain, which should prompt them to get frequent health checks and take preventative actions to ensure general well-being.

Due to reduced levels of estrogen during menopause, stress from job and family obligations, loneliness, and a lack of physical activity, women between the ages of 45 and 55 are at significant risk of having a heart attack. In comparison to males, more women in this age group may experience unusual symptoms and go misdiagnosed.

The second most affected age group is 60 years old, where biological degeneration increases the risk of heart attacks in both men and women. Diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, smoking, a sedentary lifestyle, and high cholesterol are some of the other major issues that increase a woman’s risk of cardiovascular disease.

What self-care measures should women do to prevent heart attacks?

The following measure can be taken by women to prevent heart attacks:

  1. Increase your knowledge of the risk factors that can result in blockages.
  2. Avoid using tobacco or smoking.
  3. Yoga, dancing, running, and walking for 30 to 45 minutes each day will help you maintain heart health and lose weight.
  4. Adopt a balanced diet and stay away from junk food and carbonated beverages. Diets for a healthy heart can improve heart health if they contain complex carbs, legumes, fruits, and vegetables, as well as less sugar, salt, and fat.

Finally, it’s crucial to remember that gender has no bearing on heart attacks and that both men and women are equally susceptible to the ailment. But you may give yourself the gift of excellent health by living a healthy lifestyle and obtaining regular exams.

New Zealand is paying $4 million to assist teen breakups

New Zealand
  • New Zealand believes it is time for its teens to say “thank you, next” to their ex-boyfriends.
  • The Ministry of Social Development will give the Love Better campaign $4 million.
  • The Love Better campaign is part of the government’s larger national policy.

New Zealand believes it is time for its teens to say “thank you, next” to their ex-boyfriends and is paying millions to make it happen.

The Ministry of Social Development will give the Love Better campaign $4 million (NZ$ 6.4 million) over three years to assist youth recover from breakups and limit harm in their relationships, according to reports.

The campaign is being pushed by New Zealand’s young and one of the government’s top priorities, according to the government.

“Over 1,200 young kiwis told us they need support to deal with early experiences of love and hurt, and breakups were identified as a common challenge,” Associate Minister for Social Development and Employment Priyanca Radhakrishnan said in a statement.

“Breakups suck,” a promotional video for the campaign declares. The video features clips of teens talking about needing to block their exes and move on from their past relationships, with one saying: “This is getting ridiculous. This is getting so out of hand. I need to sleep at night. I need to get over her.”

Youthline, an organisation committed to assisting individuals aged 12 to 24, is running a dedicated phone, text, or email helpline for young people going through a breakup as part of the campaign, which employs the phrase “own the feelings.” Youthline will get a share of the $4 million to assist expand its existing hotline service.

“This is an authentic way to inspire others to build their own strength, self-worth, and resilience,” Radhakrishnan said in the statement, noting the Love Better campaign’s approach leveraging social media and creating a community to address the impact of breakups has not been tried before.

“We know there can be very negative impacts from breakups done badly – both at a personal and community level,” Youthline’s chief executive Shae Ronald said, adding that relationship issues were one of the top reasons young people generally contacted the helpline, reports.

A poll of 1,200 young New Zealanders conducted by the Ministry of Social Development indicated that 68% had experienced something awful “beyond the ‘normal’ hurt of breaking up.”

The campaign’s purpose, according to Radhakrishnan, is to help young people through “these formative experiences” in the hopes of favourably influencing how they approach future relationships.

The Love Better campaign is part of the government’s larger national policy to end family and sexual violence.

“New Zealand has shameful statistics of family and sexual violence and we need innovative approaches to break the cycle,” Radhakrishnan added.

According to the Ministry of Justice, the New Zealand Police investigate more than 100,000 cases of domestic violence each year.

According to the Ministry of Justice, police received 9,723 allegations of sexual assault in 2020, and over half of those who reported a sexual violence crime in New Zealand were under the age of 18 at the time of the occurrence.

Reason Why Vitamin C Is Important For Healthy Human Body

Vitamin C
  • CDC expressed concerns about inadequate intake of Vitamin C.
  • It is the building block of a healthy human body.
  • children under the age of five had vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

According to a report published in the USA, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) expressed concerns about inadequate intake of vital water-soluble Vitamin C and claimed that people are not consuming enough vitamins and minerals, the building blocks of a healthy human body, and recommended that if some measures are taken, this deficiency can be conquered.

In highlighting the statistics on inadequate levels, the CDC observed that 20% of pregnant women had iron deficiency, while Black and Hispanic women had vitamin and mineral shortages. It also added that children under the age of five had vitamin and mineral deficiencies.

Deficiencies result from the body’s inability to produce the vitamins and minerals that should be consumed from a variety of sources, including food, fruits, and supplements. Vitamin C is the most necessary vitamin.

Importance Of Vitamin C

Being a water-soluble nutrient, Vitamin C builds blood vessels, muscles and collagen in the bones. Moreover, it defends the body from illnesses and sun radiation, boosting the immune system. It aids in iron storage as well. According to Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health epidemiology and nutrition professor Walter Willett, MD, vitamin C supports healthy immune function and strong tissues.

According to Uma Naidoo, MD, director of nutritional and lifestyle psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and author of “This is Your Brain on Food,” this vitamin is necessary for the production of neurotransmitters in the brain, which support the maintenance of mood and cognition.

She also emphasised how important antioxidants are for maintaining the body’s overall energy levels, mood, and mental wellness.

Who Should Take Vitamin C

Smokers, people with cancer, and those who have gastrointestinal issues are all deficient in vitamins. Youngsters who do not consume a diet high in this vitamin also struggle with insufficient levels.

A significant deficiency could result in scurvy, tiredness, gum bleeding, and joint pain. Individuals with deficiencies frequently experience infections and may experience delayed wound healing.

Benefits Of Taking Vitamin C In Supplement

Although there are many foods that are high in vitamins, many people also take oral supplements that usually come in the form of chewable pills or are included in multivitamin tablets.

According to research, taking a daily vitamin C supplement can boost the body’s antioxidant levels by up to 30%, protecting it from dangerous substances. It can also help with managing high blood pressure, iron deficiency, and chronic and cardiac diseases.

Can Vitamin C Be Taken Daily?

The Recommended Dietary Amount (RDA) for vitamin C for adults is 90 mg for men aged 19 and over but 75 mg for women. The recommended daily dose for women who are nursing or pregnant is 85 mg. Smokers should also take an additional 35 mg beyond the recommended amount.

While highlighting the excessive intake of vitamins that may result in intoxication, Willet and Naidoo have said that because it is water soluble and intoxication instances are extremely uncommon, it is reasonably safe from other vitamins and minerals. Nevertheless, nausea, kidney stones, and diarrhoea are signs of consuming too much vitamin C.

Sources Of Vitamin C

Vitamin C is abundant in citrus fruits like oranges, berries, potatoes, tomatoes, lemons, cucumber, and cabbage. One of the best sources of vitamin C is Brussels, which has 75 milligrammes, compared to broccoli, which has 80 milligrammes.

Willet advises eating fruits and vegetables as part of a balanced diet to receive enough Vitamin C.

Taiwan recalls ambassador from Honduras

Taiwan
  • Taiwan stated Thursday that it will withdraw its ambassador to Honduras.
  • In 2018, El Salvador, Burkina Faso, and the Dominican Republic severed ties with Taiwan.
  • Wu had confessed that the situation was not hopeful.

Taiwan stated Thursday that it will withdraw its ambassador to Honduras as relations between the two deteriorate, with the Central American country ready to switch diplomatic recognition from Taiwan to China.

Taiwan’s foreign ministry issued a statement saying it had recalled the ambassador to “express our strong dissatisfaction” with Honduras sending its foreign minister and a group to Beijing this week.

The move “ignores the traditional friendship” between Honduras and Taiwan, which stretches back more than 80 years, and “seriously hurts the feelings of the Taiwan government and people,” said the statement.

It added that Taiwan had “repeatedly reminded the Honduran government of the risk of trusting China’s commitment to establishing diplomatic relations.”

Honduran President Xiomara Castro declared on March 15 that the country will establish diplomatic relations with China, thereby ending the country’s present connection with Taiwan.

China’s governing Communist Party has made the One China Policy a condition for diplomatic relations, requiring countries to terminate official connections with Taiwan, which it claims as part of its territory despite never having held it.

Just 14 nations have formal ties with Taiwan, including Honduras, with other countries in Central America and the Pacific switching recognition to China in recent years.

In 2018, El Salvador, Burkina Faso, and the Dominican Republic severed ties with Taiwan. Kiribati and the Solomon Islands followed suit the following year.

Last week, Honduras’ foreign minister praised China’s economic strength as “second only to the United States,” and expressed optimism that diplomatic ties would lead to investment and trade prospects.

According to Parsifal D’Sola, founder and head of the ABF China-Latin America Research Center, these economic benefits are especially tempting to emerging Latin American countries and difficult for Taiwan or its allies to dispute.

“This is basically something that Taiwan and the US, frankly, cannot compete with,” D’Sola said. “When you talk about investment in infrastructure, investment in green development, these are the types of foreign direct investments that these countries are looking for in the international arena.”

He also stated that China is “gaining ground” in these countries due to a lack of alternatives, such as economic support from the United States or the European Union.

China Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Wang Wenbin praised Castro’s declaration, saying Honduras was making the “right choice” that was “in line with the trend of historical development and progress of the times.”

Meanwhile, Taiwan’s Foreign Minister Joseph Wu advised Honduras not to “fall into China’s trap,” adding that the country was still striving to maintain bilateral ties. It also met with Harold Burgos, Honduras’ ambassador to Taiwan, to express “grave concern.”

Yet, by early Thursday, Wu had confessed that the situation was not hopeful.

“They have asked for a high price from us,” Wu told reporters in parliament, referring to the Honduran government. “Because we don’t compete with China in dollar diplomacy, so it has entered a very difficult stage. But all the colleagues at our embassy in Honduras are working hard and will work hard until the last moment.”

Wu also stated that China has been working worldwide to restrict Taiwan and that Taiwan would continue to build its international footprint.

Europe’s first majority Black orchestra debuts stateside

orchestra
  • Europe’s first majority Black and ethnically diverse professional orchestra.
  • Yet the League of American Orchestras found in a 2014 study on diversity that just 1.4 percent of orchestra musicians were Black.
  • There’s little reason to believe much has changed.

After more than three decades in the classical music industry, British double bassist Chi-chi Nwanoku began grappling with the question that had troubled her for years: Why was she consistently the only Black musician onstage?

“Why did I never ask anyone about it? Why did we never talk about it?” she describes wondering. “Was I being tolerated, or were people just completely unaware?”

“Or were people okay with the status quo?”

In 2015 Nwanoku took a leading role in creating a more diverse future for classical music, which, from musicians to conductors to repertoire, traditionally skews heavily white.

She founded Chineke!, Europe’s first majority Black and ethnically diverse professional orchestra, which this week played at the prestigious New York Philharmonic’s David Geffen Hall in Manhattan’s Lincoln Center.

The performance was part of their long-awaited North American debut tour — it was among the many performances the pandemic pushed back — which included stops in New York, Ottawa, Toronto, Boston, Worcester and Ann Arbor.

The New York show featured the pioneering composer Florence Price’s Symphony No. 1, along with a rendition of Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto featuring the New York Phil’s principal clarinet Anthony McGill.

‘Door-opener’

The London-headquartered Chineke! echoes similar efforts in the United States, including the Detroit-based Sphinx organization that promotes representation of Black and Latino artists in classical music.

Yet the League of American Orchestras, which represents professional and amateur symphonies across the United States, found in a 2014 study on diversity that just 1.4 percent of orchestra musicians were Black — and there’s little reason to believe much has changed.

“Because the great majority of American orchestras are not individually transparent with racial and ethnic data on their artists, we do not know the percentage of Black orchestral artists in our orchestras today,” writes the Black Orchestral Network, a collective of Black musicians from more than 40 orchestras launched in 2022.

“From our vantage point, however, we have seen little meaningful progress.”

It’s mind-boggling to Nwanoku, who told AFP during a rehearsal break that “it seems to me that the only colleagues of color that I see who have a job in an orchestra in this country are those who are exceptional.”

“We have to be that much better to actually be given a job.”

Nwanoku believes that especially for young people, seeing more diverse faces onstage is “an immediate door-opener.”

“It’s the most incredibly winning thing to feel represented on a stage,” she said. “Even if when you walk through the front of house to buy a ticket, if you don’t see anyone who looks like you, that is immediately uncomfortable.”

“But when you see people that look like you in any place — in the supermarket, at the train station, at the concert hall, at the cinema — you immediately feel that is a place that I can walk into with confidence,” Nwanoku continued.

“You can be what you can see.”

A post shared by KARTIK AARYAN (@kartikaaryan)

Kartik posted a photo from the sets of “Satyaprem Ki Katha” in February with the caption “fulfilling.” The image depicts a person holding the clapperboard from the movie.

The movie, directed by Sameer Vidhwans and produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, is scheduled to open on June 29, 2023.

Kartik will be seen with Kiara Advani in the movie. After the huge success of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, which came out in 2022, this is the actors’ second film together.

The film’s previous title, Satyanarayan Ki Katha, referred to the story of Satyanarayan, another name for the Hindu god Vishnu, sparked controversy.

Director Sameer Vidwans released a statement in 2021 to announce the new title. Even if that was completely unintentional, Kartik also reposted the statement on his official Instagram account, which stated that the title would be changed to avoid hurting feelings.

“A title of the film is something that arises naturally through the innovative strategy. Even if this was completely unintentional, we have decided to change the title of our recently announced film, “Satyanarayan ki Katha,” to avoid hurting feelings. The film’s producers and creative team concur wholeheartedly with this choice. Throughout our journey, we will announce a new title for our love story. “In your sincere regards, Sameer Vidwans,” the statement began.

Finally, the title of the movie was changed to Satyaprem Ki Katha in 2022.

How to plan weight-loss diet during Ramadan?

weight Loss
  • Ramadan is an example of our culture’s unwavering love for food.
  • The holy month is also a time for introspection and prayer.
  • You need to include a nutrition plan in your Ramadan schedule.

In the Muslim world, this time of year means that our phones will be inundated with Ramadan greetings and that our dining tables will be piled high with food. While Ramadan is the most prominent example of our culture’s unwavering love for food, the holy month is also a time for introspection and prayer. This means that you need to include a nutrition plan in your Ramadan schedule if you want to have weight loss.

Contrary to common assumption, it is possible to observe Ramadan and still keep a healthy, balanced diet—and, if done properly, you can even lose weight. As a result, the majority of the components of your regular diet plan will be included in your Ramadan diet plan for weight loss.

Your meal plans should be the first item on your Ramadan itinerary. A nutritious and balanced diet requires careful planning, especially during Ramadan when the schedule is different from the rest of the year. Make a weekly menu plan first, remembering to include suhoor and iftar meals. Include foods that are high in nutrients, such as lean proteins, complex carbs, healthy fats, and a variety of fruits and vegetables. Avoid the processed, high-calorie, low-nutrient items that are frequently found on our tables.

Maintaining energy levels throughout the day and preventing daytime overeating require a healthy suhoor breakfast.

Start with a glass of water, some dates, and a small serving of anything high in protein, like yoghurt, cheese, or eggs.

Include some healthy fats like avocado, almonds, or seeds as well as complex carbohydrates like whole-grain bread, oats, or brown rice. You will have constant energy from these high-energy items, which will also keep you satisfied till iftar.

Iftar dinners are frequently a time for overindulgence, which can result in weight gain, as we all know. Limit your servings during iftar and concentrate on nutrient-dense foods like those suggested for Suhoor to prevent this and maintain a balanced diet. Start with a small serving of soup or salad, then have a small serving of grilled chicken, fish, or tofu as your lean protein. Subsequently, include some complex carbohydrates, like sweet potatoes or quinoa, and unquestionably a lot of greens. For a diet that is truly healthy, stay away from processed and sugary meals and restrict your intake of fried foods.

A healthy weight throughout Ramadan depends on staying hydrated during non-fasting hours. At least eight glasses of water should be consumed throughout the day, while soda and fruit juice should be avoided. Choose replenishing liquids over diuretics like coffee and cold drinks, such as coconut water, fresh juices, and herbal teas.

Keeping up a healthy weight and general health during Ramadan requires physical activity. Try to include at least 30 minutes of exercise each day in your plan. Walking, jogging, and strength training are some examples of this. Work out when you are most energetic, such as early in the morning or late at night, and stay away from doing it when you are fasting.

A specialist, such as a dietician or a nutritionist, must be consulted in order to assist someone with healthy weight loss or weight growth.

Rahul Gandhi condemned to prison for calling Modi “thieves”

Rahul Gandhi
  • Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi was sentenced to two years in prison.
  • Mr Gandhi was found guilty by a Gujarat court in 2019.
  • He will not go to jail right away because he was given bail for 30 days.

In a criminal defamation lawsuit, Indian opposition leader Rahul Gandhi was sentenced to two years in prison.

Mr Gandhi was found guilty by a Gujarat court in 2019 for remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s surname during an election rally.

He will not go to jail right away because he was given bail for 30 days and will appeal his verdict.

The Congress party MP was present in court for the sentence, which took place a year before the general election.

Mr Gandhi asked during an election rally in Karnataka state in April 2019, before of the previous general election: “Why do all of these thieves have the surname Modi? Narendra Modi, Nirav Modi, Lalit Modi.”

Nirav Modi is a wanted Indian diamond tycoon, whereas Lalit Modi is a former Indian Premier League commissioner who was banned for life by the country’s cricket body. Mr Gandhi claimed that he made the remark to highlight corruption and that it was not intended at any particular community.

Purnesh Modi, a politician from India’s ruling Bharatiya Janata Party, launched the action against him, claiming that Mr Gandhi’s words had defamed the whole Modi community.

Nonetheless, some people are perplexed by the sequence.

Legal scholar Gautam Bhatia tweeted that “references to a generic class of persons” – surnames in this case – are not “actionable unless an individual can show a direct reference to themselves”.

“If a man says ‘all lawyers are thieves’, then I, as a lawyer, cannot file a case against him for defamation unless I can show its imputation aimed at me,” Mr Bhatia said.

The criminal defamation law in India is British-era legislation, with a maximum jail penalty of two years, a fine, or both.

Free speech activists have frequently complained that the law violates free speech principles and is utilised by governments to muzzle their opponents.

In 2016, several prominent Indian politicians, including Mr Gandhi, filed court petitions calling for defamation to be decriminalised. Nonetheless, India’s Supreme Court affirmed the law’s legality, stating that the “right to free speech cannot mean that a citizen can defame the other.”

The Congress party tweeted that Mr Gandhi would appeal and said “we will fight and win”.

Mr Gandhi has not commented publicly yet but has tweeted a quote in Hindi from India’s independence leader Mahatma Gandhi: “My religion is based on truth and non-violence. Truth is my God, and non-violence the means to get it.”

According to his counsel, Kirit Panwala, Mr Gandhi told the judge after the ruling that he delivered the statement “in favour of democracy.”

He also said that their defence of Mr Gandhi was based on four points: “Firstly, Mr Gandhi is not a resident of Gujarat and so, before the complaint, an inquiry should be conducted. Secondly, there is no community named Modi. Thirdly, there is no association of people with Modi as their surname and lastly, there was no ill intention behind Mr Gandhi’s speech.”

After the conviction, some have questioned Mr Gandhi’s standing as a member of parliament.

In India, defamation cannot be used to disqualify someone. An MP can be removed from office for offences ranging from inciting hatred to election-related fraud. They can, however, be disqualified if they are sentenced to two years or more in prison for an offence.

Mr Gandhi is a descendant of the Nehru-Gandhi political dynasty, which has provided India three prime ministers. Jawaharlal Nehru, his great-grandfather, was India’s first and longest-serving prime minister. His grandmother, Indira Gandhi, was the country’s first female prime minister, and his father, Rajiv Gandhi, was the country’s youngest prime minister.

Their party, the Congress, controlled India virtually constantly – with the exception of a few years – from independence in 1947 until 2014, when Narendra Modi’s BJP won a resounding victory. Since then, the Congress has deteriorated into a ghost of its former self, and it was defeated once more by the BJP in the 2019 general election.

Iranian & Saudi foreign ministers will meet shortly

Iran
  • Saudi and Iranian Foreign Minister , Hossein Amirabdollahian, have agreed to meet shortly.
  • Iran and Saudia Arabia agreed earlier this month to re-establish contacts.
  • According to sources, the ministers spoke by phone to commemorate Ramadan.

According to sources, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and his Iranian counterpart, Hossein Amirabdollahian, have agreed to meet shortly and prepare the way for the re-opening of embassies as part of a plan to re-establish contacts.

Iran and Saudi Arabia agreed earlier this month to re-establish contacts after a hiatus of many years.

According to sources, the ministers spoke by phone to commemorate Ramadan.

During the call, Amirabdollahian emphasised Iran’s willingness to deepen relations with Saudi Arabia, according to sources.

The two nations’ foreign ministers agreed to meet as soon as possible to begin preparations for the reopening of embassies and consulates, according to sources.

China facilitated the arrangement between the two countries, which was unveiled following previously unreported negotiations between top security officials from both countries in Beijing.

Experts believe that de-escalation would benefit both parties, as Iran aims to undermine American efforts to isolate it in the area and Saudi Arabia seeks to focus on economic growth.

Saudi Arabia severed ties with Iran in 2016 following the storming of its embassy in Tehran during a disagreement between the two nations over Riyadh’s killing of a cleric.

In addition, the monarchy has blamed Iran for missile and drone assaults on its oil infrastructure in 2019, as well as tanker attacks in Gulf waterways. Iran has refuted the accusations.

Yemen’s Iran-aligned Houthi movement has also launched cross-border missile and drone assaults against Saudi Arabia, which is leading a coalition battling the Houthis.

‘Mobile phones carry more harmful germs than a toilet seat’: Research

Mobile phones
  • Mobile phones carry more dangerous germs than toilets.
  • food poisoning germ and pneumonia-causing S aureus were also discovered.
  • SellCell cautioned customers to clean their phones and sanitise them.

According to a study done by scientists, “mobile phones are carrying more dangerous germs and bacteria similar to that of human faeces and toilets” that are transferred when individuals touch their phones and then contact other objects with the same hands, according to The Sun.

According to a SellCell study, “food poisoning germ Bacillus cereus and pneumonia-causing S aureus were also discovered on each of the 20 swabs obtained from 10 phones,” in addition to the fact that “E.Coli and Faecal Streptococci were found on 100% of smartphone screens.” But, despite the fact that everyone washes their hands to remove viruses and microbes, a study has shown how filthy and germ-filled mobile phones can be, with bacteria resembling cockroaches and human faeces hiding on the gadgets.

The study examined the mobile phone screens of eight women and four men, all between the ages of 22 and 62. Sarah McConomy, COO of SellCell, stated that the company was interested in identifying prevalent strains of dangerous bacteria on mobile devices.

The startling findings have led to the conclusion that people need to sanitise their mobile phones more frequently in order to prevent harm to their health because electronics carry hazardous bacteria, much like human faeces, according to McConomy. According to the study, P.aeruginosa was also discovered that came from cockroaches, suggesting that cockroaches may have been hiding on cell phones.

According to experts, using a phone in the bathroom can expose it to germs in just five minutes because when you flush, bacteria become airborne. The study concluded that we are probably transmitting these viruses to other areas of our daily life.

SellCell cautioned customers to clean their phones and sanitise them, especially while using the restroom, despite the fact that there aren’t enough of these bacteria to do any harm.

He responded, “There are a lot of things that I have not done,” when asked about the one thing he did in Pathaan that he had never done before. However, the one requirement I think I had to fulfill was to shampoo my hair on alternate days, which I never do.”

The actor stated, “He is way more good-looking than me,” in reference to the AI images depicting Pathaan’s appearance. Second part of Pathaan: “I’ll try to look like this.” Shah Rukh also discussed whether he prefers short hair with a man bun or long hair. Putting that man bun on takes an hour. Then, things stay where they are (he points to his head). As a result, it looks nice but is a little uncomfortable.

Affleck, who joined Matt Damon on the show to promote their new movie, AIR, said: “A part of me believes that she is particularly attracted to Cole Hauser and Kelly Reilly’s romance.”

“Jen showed me a clip from an Instagram account of [Reilly] talking about how to get wealthy in a car. I was like, “Wait a minute, with Cole [Hauser]?” when she said, “I love this story with these two.”

In 1992, the trio Hauser, Affleck, and Matt Damon collaborated on the movie School Ties.

“I’ve always been mystified that Cole wasn’t a giant movie star,” Matt Damon continued.

Damon added that Hauser was “the sweetest soul” on the School Ties set even when she was 16 years old.

Hauser is “very convincing as that guy,” Affleck said.

“I think Rip is what America thinks he is,” Do you mean Cole Hauser isn’t really Rip? That might be the greatest surprise yet in Yellowstone.

The Paramount Network debuted Taylor Sheridan and John Linson’s American neo-Western thriller Yellowstone on June 20, 2018. Kevin Costner, Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, Cole Hauser, Kelsey Asbille, and Gil Birmingham are among the actors who appear in the series.

It is said that true events served as inspiration for the suspenseful drama. Additionally, the suspects are at opposite ends of the spectrum. While the other is a thug with a short temper, one is polished and respectable. The police’s questioning of the two suspects in an effort to solve the brutal murder of a young man appears to take up much of the film.

Vardhan Ketkar, a first-time filmmaker, has worked on films like Brothers (2015), Kapoor & Sons (2016), and Mubarakan (2017). Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios are the producers of Gumraah. It is Arun Vijay and Vidya Pradeep’s Hindi remake of the 2019 Tamil smash Thadam. On April 7, 2023, the thriller will be shown in movie theaters.

Aditya recently appeared alongside Anil Kapoor in the Hindi version of the BBC series The Night Manager. He portrayed a former soldier and hotel worker who is persuaded to kill a notorious arms dealer. Mrunal was last seen in Dulquer Salmaan’s hit Telugu film Sita Raman (2022) before making a special appearance in Akshay Kumar’s Selfiee.
