Sonam Kapoor, an actor, celebrated her first Mother’s Day in the UK with a lavish dinner party. She also showed off her newly remodeled home. Sonam and her businessman husband, Anand Ahuja, live in London with their son, Vayu Kapoor Ahuja. Sonam showed her friends a few pictures from the get-together. She also talked about how she decorated her house “inspired by the colors of spring.” Additionally, Sonam stated that the makeover’s collaborators were “incredibly talented desis.”
On Monday night, Sonam also posted pictures of herself in a red and black ensemble to her Instagram account. While posing for the camera and smiling, she did a variety of poses. Sonam sat on and posed next to a green couch in the first few photos. Behind her were several paintings.
She also gave a sneak peek at the table, which had cutlery, yellow taper candles, and vibrant flowers. Balloons were used to adorn the bright orange wall. Sonam also provided a more in-depth look at the extensive menu. In the final image, several bowls and trays for snacks were set out on a table near a flower pot.
“Spending Mothering Sunday or (Mother’s Day in the UK) with my friends and ushering in the new season by decorating the house inspired by the colors of spring,” Sonam wrote in the post’s caption. “Can I get a tag on slide 7 please… not because I did anything here but because it says my name,” Anand wrote in response to the post. “PS looking (fire emojis) @sonamkapoor… stylin’,” he added. vibin’.” Red heart emojis were posted by her mother, Sunita Kapoor.

Anand recently posted a special Instagram post to honor Sonam on Mother’s Day. He wrote a long sincere message that read, “I need to concede, and Sonam can check, that profound/social mindfulness isn’t exactly a strength of mine. Consequently, it has taken me a long time to truly comprehend the level of dedication and selflessness required to be a full-time mother after witnessing what @sonamkapoor has done over the past 17 months (and even longer) to ensure the best emotional and physical health for herself and our baby.”
“Committing to motherhood really does mean giving incessantly above that system in an age when we are all accustomed to immediate reward systems. As she navigates ensuring that our son receives all of the love, lessons, and blessings he can from our large family as he slowly grows into the most unique individual with the assets of our heritage and also without the burdens of any expectations, it has also re-emphasized her responsibilities as a daughter, sister, and wife (and girlfriend :P).
After dating for a while, Sonam and Anand tied the knot on May 8, 2018. On August 20, 2022, they gave birth in Mumbai to a baby boy named Vayu, their first child. Sonam will next be seen in the upcoming film Blind, which is directed by Shome Makhija and features prominent roles for Purab Kohli, Vinay Pathak, and Lillete Dubey.
