Sara Ali Khan has been hard at work promoting her upcoming movie Gaslight, in which she stars alongside Chitrangada Singh and Vikrant Massey. It will be available on Disney+ Hotstar on March 31. Sara was recently asked about Amrita Singh’s reaction to her breakups in an interview. She was also asked about her father’s acting career, Saif Ali Khan, and her 2020 film Love Aaj Kal’s failure.
Additionally, Sara was questioned about one incident in which her outspokenness caused trouble. In response, Sara Ali Khan stated that it was something she had said in “an interview” but refused to provide any additional details.

Sara responded, “It’s okay,” when asked in an interview with ETimes what her mother Amrita Singh had said to her after a breakup. Kartik Aaryan, Sara’s Love Aaj Kal co-star, is said to have been dating her. They have never stated or implied that they are dating; However, in an interview last year, filmmaker Karan Johar discussed their alleged breakup. There were also rumors that Sara was seeing cricketer Shubman Gill, but neither person has confirmed the rumors.

Sara responded, “He was not happy,” when questioned about Saif’s reaction to her film Love Aaj Kal’s lack of success. The performance did not appeal to him. He stated that it was poor. Deepika Padukone and Saif Ali Khan starred in Imtiaz Ali’s first film, Love Aaj Kal, which was released in 2009. Rishi Kapoor, Giselli Monteiro, and others were also in the film. Imtiaz Ali directed Love Aaj Kal (2020) years later, starring Sara, who made her film debut in 2018 with Kedarnath. She was paired with Kartik Aaryan.

Sara had previously acknowledged in a different interview that her performance in her film Love Aaj Kal was subpar. Sara had stated, “My performance in Love Aaj Kal was really horrible” while she was on The Ranveer Show. For instance, in Coolie, I failed to convince. I believe I am aware of that. Sara will star in Pawan Kripalani’s Gaslight in the near future. Sara recently posted an Instagram promo for Gaslight, writing, “Imagine if you’re stuck in an elevator? Unexpectedly lights out no generator (light emoticon) Well this organization can’t improve (hands brought up in festival emoticon). Gaslight will be streaming on @disneyplushotstar on March 31.
