Kareena Kapoor Reveals Taimur’s Curious Question About His Nanny

Actress Kareena Kapoor has disclosed that her two children’s nannies, Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan, dine with the family following a query from her elder son regarding why they were seated separately during meals. In an interview, Kareena Kapoor shared that upon Taimur’s inquiry, she and husband-actor Saif Ali Khan ensured that the nannies sat with them to share meals. She explained, “She sits with us. My boys’ nannies are eating with them because that’s just the way both Saif and I have addressed it, because Taimur has asked and Jeh is already asking, ‘Why are you sitting there? Sit here’.” If her sons are eating, and the nannies are hungry, they all eat together.

Kareena further emphasized, “This is the rule of the house because they look after my children. They are looking after them, when I am working and they have to get the respect that Saif and I have. We are all together most of the time and we travel together. They look after my children like their own and that is something that I cannot… I can’t just oversee that.”

Kareena and Saif Ali Khan tied the knot in Mumbai in October 2012 and welcomed Taimur Ali Khan in 2016. They had Jehangir Ali Khan, also known as Jeh, in 2021. The family resides in Mumbai.

Kareena is preparing to make her debut on the OTT platform with “Jaane Jaan,” director Sujoy Ghosh’s Hindi adaptation of the popular Japanese novel “Devotion of Suspect X,” scheduled for release on September 21. The film also features Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. Additionally, she has director Hansal Mehta’s upcoming film “The Buckingham Murders,” set to premiere at the BFI London Film Festival in October 2023.

Kareena also has “The Crew” in the works, featuring Tabu, Kriti Sanon, and Diljit Dosanjh in leading roles. It’s a comedy set in the struggling airline industry, where three women find themselves in a web of lies. Kapil Sharma will make a special cameo appearance. The film is set to hit theaters on March 22, 2024.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is gearing up for her digital debut in Sujoy Ghosh’s crime thriller “Jaane Jaan,” alongside Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. The film is an adaptation of the bestselling 2005 novel “The Devotion of Suspect X” by Japanese author Higashino Keigo. In August, the filmmakers released the first teaser of the film, creating intrigue among fans. Subsequently, character posters of Kareena and Jaideep were also revealed. Now, a new captivating poster featuring Vijay Varma has been shared by the creators.

On Monday morning, Netflix India unveiled a fresh film poster, showcasing Vijay Varma’s character. The poster portrays Vijay Verma in an intense pose within a dimly lit room, with a green board in the background displaying a link chart. He is dressed in a dark green jacket over a shirt. The caption of the post reads, “Put your detective hats on and get ready to connect the dots #JaaneJaan trailer out TOMORROW!” Fans expressed their excitement upon the release of the poster, with comments like “Okay, time to solve another mystery” and “Let’s become Sherlock Holmes to solve this case.” The “Jaane Jaan” trailer will be released digitally the following day.

According to the reports, “Jaane Jaan” will also be attached to Shah Rukh Khan’s film “Jawan,” which is set to hit theaters on September 7th. Fans can look forward to watching the “Jaane Jaan” trailer on the big screen.

Sujoy Ghosh recently discussed the casting choices of Kareena, Jaideep, and Vijay in the film. He mentioned that when he initially acquired the rights to the film, he kept it a secret. Kareena later contacted him expressing her desire to be part of such a film. Ghosh explained how perfectly Kareena fit the role of Maya in the story, saying it felt like fate.

He also highlighted the instant connection between Jaideep and Vijay and how well they embodied the characters of Naren and Karan in “Jaane Jaan.” Their camaraderie and chemistry were evident from the beginning, and Ghosh found it remarkable that they were actually classmates.

“Jaane Jaan” is a cat-and-mouse thriller revolving around Maya, Naren, and Karan (played by Kareena, Jaideep, and Vijay) as they race to uncover and conceal the truth. The film is scheduled to stream on Netflix starting September 21, 2023.

Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, who went to Africa for a vacation with their children returned to India in the early hours of Wednesday.
Taking to Instagram, a paparazzi account posted a video in which the family was seen exiting the Mumbai airport.
Before getting inside the car, Saif posed with a fan.

In the early hours of Wednesday, Kareena Kapoor and Saif Ali Khan, who were on vacation with their children Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan in Africa, returned to India. A paparazzi account uploaded a video to Instagram showing the family leaving the Mumbai airport.

Saif Ali Khan was seen holding Taimur’s hand as Kareena walked in front of them as they headed toward their car. As his nanny carried him, Jehangir, also known as Jeh, looked around. Saif took a picture with a fan before entering the vehicle.

Several fans praised the family in response to the video. Discussing Saif, a fan remarked, “He’s looking good.” Someone else said, “Delightful family.” Additionally, a few individuals included heart emojis in their comments.

Kareena went on the trip in sneakers, a white shawl, and a beige outfit. Additionally, she carried a black bag and wore dark sunglasses. Saif was spotted wearing white sneakers, navy blue pants, and a rust-colored T-shirt. Jeh was dressed in a dark blue T-shirt, jeans, and shoes, while Taimur Ali Khan chose a pink T-shirt and blue pants.

Kareena showed her fans a glimpse on Wednesday as they said goodbye to Africa. Kareena posted a picture to Instagram with the caption “Leaving a bit of our hearts in the wild…Africa 2023…” In the picture, Kareena was holding the hand of her younger son Jeh, and Saif was walking with Taimur in his hand. In the open ground, you can see them all walking toward their aircraft.

Kareena and Saif secured the bunch on October 2012 in a confidential service in Mumbai. In 2016, they welcomed Taimur, and in 2021, they welcomed Jehangir Ali Khan.

Fans will see Kareena in Rhea Kapoor’s The Team, which likewise stars Kriti Sanon, Diljit Dosanjh, and Forbidden. She is also in the upcoming thriller film The Devotion of Suspect X, which is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and stars Vijay Varma and Jaideep Ahlawat. She also has the untitled next movie from Hansal Mehta.

Saif will next appear alongside Prabhas and Kriti Sanon in the upcoming film Adipurush. In addition, he is working on a Hindi adaptation of the popular Nordic drama series The Bridge.
