The record-breaking box office success of Pathaan will undoubtedly affect a lot of things. It has set a very high bar, and Shehzada is the first to feel the pressure. The comedy-drama, which stars Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon in the key parts, is the Hindi version of Allu Arjun’s popular Telugu film Ala Vaikunthapuramulloo.

The release of Shehzada has been delayed by one week. Shehzada has a new release date, according to a statement from the producers. This Rohit Dhawan-directed film, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kriti Sanon, will now be released on February 17, 2023, out of respect for Pathaan.

Is it a good idea to delay the release of a movie that will be released right after an event movie like Pathaan? We have three significant instances of it in 2022 alone, including the release of Bachchan Pandey by Akshay Kumar on March 18—soon after The Kashmir Files (March 11).
