Taking to Instagram, the stunner shared multiple photos from her first solo cover for Vogue.

The model can be seen rocking her enviable figure in stunning dresses while also having her long locks on display.

“Who would have thought I’d be feeding my baby girl her morning bottle as we share my first @voguemagazine solo cover ?! I am emotional and honored to take my first professional step, in this new chapter of womanhood, with this dream come true!” she wrote.

“Khai is now rockin’ in her Nemo bouncer so I can type this, and I’m reflecting on all the people, memories, flights & fittings, early mornings, late nights, laughs & tears, mishaps & miracles that have made up my almost-decade in fashion.”

Shahid Afridi praises Kashmiri brothers for their perseverance, valor

Pakistan’s former cricket captain Shahid Afridi has penned an emotional note ahead of Kashmir Solidarity Day 2021, set to take place tomorrow (Friday).

Taking to his Twitter handle, Shahid Afridi praised the people of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IOJK) for their bravery.

“We must take inspiration from the valour and perseverance observed by the people of Kashmir who were subjected to brutality in the fight for their homeland,” the former skipper wrote.

“I stand united with our brothers and sisters in support of their journey to freedom on #KashmirSolidarityDay.”

Earlier in 2019, Afridi had enthusiastically supported the idea when Prime Minister Imran Khan called on all Pakistanis to take part in ‘Kashmir Hour’ to show solidarity.

“Let’s respond to PM’s call for Kashmir Hour as a nation. I will be at Mazar e Quaid at 12 pm on Friday. Join me to express solidarity with our Kashmiri brethren. On 6 Sep, I will visit home of a Shaheed. I will soon be visiting LOC,” he had written.

Kashmir Solidarity Day marks on Thursday, February 05 to express whole-hearted support from around the globe to the just struggle of Kashmiri people for their inalienable right to self-determination under UN resolutions.

On Kashmir Solidarity Day, Prime Minister Pakistan Imran Khan will address a public gathering at Kotli in Azad Jammu and Kashmir to express solidarity with the oppressed Kashmiri brethren.

Moreover, the day will also be marked to expose worst ever oppression perpetrated by India against Kashmiris in IIOJ&K.

A new feature has been introduced on Instagram that allows users to restore deleted posts, which also provides a certain security against hackers purging accounts.

According to the details, the new feature by Instagram will allow users to restore their deleted posts.

Also, Users can use cool new special effects for Instagram direct messages (DM) through the recent software update, Facebook merged Messenger and Instagram messages, and since then the latter has gained some cool new features, such as the capability to set custom chat colors, disappear modes, custom emoji reactions, etc.

Now, when you reply to someone or send a new message to someone, you can add special effects in Instagram DM. Follow these orders:

  1. First up, make sure that you have got the latest version of Instagram installed on your phone.
  2. Open any chat on Instagram and type a message.
  3. Tap the magnifier on the left, next to the text entry field.
  4. You’ll now see four new effects to choose from.
  5. Tap and choose the one you like and that’s it.
  6. Doing this will send a message along with the special effect.

Apart from this, you can also save messages to use as quick replies for enabling this feature follow these steps.

  1. To save a sent message, long-press on it and tap Save.
  2. You’ll be asked to assign a shortcut, enter it, and hit Save.
  3. To save a received message, long-press on it > tap More > tap Save. Assign a shortcut command to it, and that’s all.
  4. Now whenever you want to send a quick reply, simply use the shortcut instead of typing the complete phrase.

PIA announces mandatory alcohol breath test for its cabin crew

The Pakistan international Airlines (PIA) has on Thursday announced to make alcohol test mandatory for its cabin crew.

According to the notification issued today, the mandatory alcohol test will be starting from February 14 and those from the crew who refuse will be considered alcohol positive, Manager Flight confirmed the development.

Furthermore, the cabin crew have been instructed to restrict their movement due to the pandemic and no one will be allowed to stay out of the hotel premises at night.

Apart from this, the staff of a hotel where they will stay will ensure every cabin crew member checks in at the hotel and will report immediately if they find anyone missing.

Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, General Nadeem Raza, called on President Dr. Arif Alvi at Aiwan-e-Sadr here on Thursday (today). 

They both discussed the regional and national security situation and matters related to Indian brutalities in Kashmir.

President Alvi also condemned the heinous act of terrorism by Indian Army in Indian Occupied Jummu and Kashmir (IOJ&K).

Earlier in a day, President Alvi has said that Pakistan will stand by Kashmir while India is backtracking on its promises made to the international community. The world should recognize India’s irresponsible behavior as nuclear power.

He further said that India was using all means to suppress the sentiments of the people of Kashmir in occupied Kashmir which was a violation of their fundamental rights.

He said that Kashmiri people were continuing their struggle against Indian domination.

The President said that it was the responsibility of Pakistan to support the Kashmiri people in their struggle and to make the international community aware of the Kashmir issue.

He said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had persuaded the UN General Assembly to hold a referendum in the occupied valley and provide them justice.

Dr. Arif Alvi rejected the international community’s view that the Kashmir issue was merely a state dispute.
