Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz has on Wednesday ensured the incumbent PTI government that she won’t go anywhere till she sends home the “selected” rulers.

Taking to Twitter, Maryam Nawaz said that I was just sick for a few days, the trembling government hoped that Maryam might abroad for treatment. To dampen your hopes, let me tell you that I have no intentions of going anywhere until I send you back home.”

Earlier, Maryam Nawaz had suspended all her political activities as she did not feel well.

According to the spokesperson of the party, Maryam Nawaz is not feeling well as she has a fever and sore throat.

Spokesperson Marriyum Aurangzeb added that the coronavirus test of Maryam Nawaz has also been conducted.

Earlier, JUI-F and PDM chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman’s health condition deteriorated.

Sources in JUI-F said that Maulana Fazlur Rehman has been suffering from fever for two days while he is at his residence in Dera Ismail Khan.

Moreover, the Vice President had tested negative for the novel coronavirus.

PML-N MPA Hina Parvez Butt confirmed in her tweet. She said that Maryam Nawaz’s COVID-19 test was declared negative. Maryam is suffering from some infection, for which she is getting treatment, the MPA said.

The future of Prime Minister Imran Khan and the fake government depends on its performance, said Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Vice President Maryam Nawaz on Sunday.

While addressing the youth convention in Lahore, Maryam Nawaz said that PM Imran has to answer for his party’s incompetency, not the PDM.

The PDM will not allow the incumbent PTI government to leave so easily, added the Vice President.

She further said, “[Nawaz Sharif] was removed in 2017 on false allegations.”

“Even today, when they have to strike against Nawaz Sharif, they have to arrest his brother and summon his daughter before NAB in a political case,” Maryam added.

The PML-N vice president added, “When the government tired of all other allegations” NAB has accused her of “speaking against institutions.”

PDM is united enough to tackle the government and will surely demand a proper response from them, added Maryam Nawaz.

Furthermore, She said NAB is mistaken if it believes it will scare her. “I lived in a death cell by myself,” added the leader.

“I am not like Imran Khan with an armed police guard standing outside for a getaway by climbing over the wall,” Maryam said.

Earlier in the day, Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam-Fazl (JUI-F) leader Maulana Fazlur Rehman called on Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz and Opposition Leader of Punjab Hamza Shehbaz in Jati Umrah on here Sunday (today).

The leaders discussed the future strategy about long march and resignations from a parliament.

It is important to mention that PDM had postponed the long march after former President Asif Ali Zardari refused to resign from the assemblies.

Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) Lahore Jalsa kicked off here on Sunday (today) at Minar-e-Pakistan, termed as a “historic and decisive” power show.

According to police sources, around 8,500 people participated in the PDM Lahore Jalsa, while according to the special branch around 10,000 people attended the public gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan.

However, in response to today’s gathering in Lahore, Prime Minister Imran Khan termed the entire rally as ‘pathetic’.

In a series of tweets on Sunday, PM Imran said the PDM leaders simply displayed utter callousness by endangering people’s lives despite COVID-19 threat across the country.

He wrote, “Pathetic. PDM spent so much money, time, effort & displayed utter callousness by endangering ppl’s lives during COVID-19 spike – showing the scant regard they have for citizens’ safety & well-being. All this just to blackmail me into giving them an NRO to save their looted wealth.”

He further made it clear to the PDM leaders that he won’t give NRO to them, no matter what future tactics or blackmailing they have planned for later.

“Let me once again reiterate: I will never give an NRO. Whatever future plans of further blackmail PDM may have, my message is categorical: There will never be an NRO from my govt no matter what tactics the looters devise,” tweeted the premier.

She said, “They used to say that the rulers are corrupt and the people pay the price through inflation, but today, even the government employees are protesting against PTI.”

The leader also termed the Prime Minister as COVID-18 and said that Pakistan’s government had gone under quarantine since he came to rule the country.

“Electricity, gas and flour were quarantined after the arrival of COVID-18 [Imran Khan],” said Maryam.

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif on Sunday lamented that none of the elected prime ministers has been able to complete their terms in Pakistan.

Speaking to the social worker’s convention, Nawaz Sharif said, “Until now, none of the [elected] prime ministers has been allowed to complete their constitutional term. Every few years, democracy is attacked and martial law is imposed,” he said.

“Again and again, the constitution was violated […] those who created the country were termed traitors, popular leaders were jailed and leaders were made out to be robbers.”

Nawaz once again decried alleged rigging in the 2018 elections, saying that the votes of the public had been “stolen”.

“Tell me, hand on your heart, is this Quaid-i-Azam’s Pakistan?” asked Nawaz.

He said that his speeches had been banned on TV, adding that the world had changed and it was no longer possible to suppress anyone’s voice.

“Social media, despite recently approved rules,” Nawaz said, “is free to quite an extent”.

“It is not possible for them to hide their lies any longer, or to suppress the voice of the common man,” he declared.

Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed lashed out at PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, warning him that he would suffer the same fate as MQM founder.

Speaking at a news conference in Lahore, Sheikh Rasheed said, “Your political funeral will come from London. Your politics will not thrive in Pakistan now.”

The railways minister challenged the PML-N to resign from the assemblies if they are serious in their campaign against the government. “Hand in your resignations. You will know where you stand,” he said.

The railways minister said that he knew about a secret meeting between Nawaz Sharif and another personality that took place in Istanbul’s Renaissance Hotel.

“Nawaz Sharif, I know about the meeting at Hotel Renaissance in Istanbul [that took place] at 11:20,” he said, putting a finger to his lips.

“I am not allowed to speak on it. And I have prohibited myself from speaking about it.”

Sheikh Rasheed criticized the former Prime Minister, saying that his party had also voted for army chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa’s extension earlier this year.

“Do they think governments go because of jalsas?” asked Rasheed.

“If their jalsa is compared to Benazir’s 1986 and Imran Khan’s Lahore jalsa, then this was a failed and incomplete jalsa,” he said.

He said that the only reason that the 11-party Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) was formed was so that Maryam Nawaz could agree to a compromise with the government and fly out of the country.

NAB decides to bring back PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif, Salman Shehbaz

National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has decided to bring back former Prime Minister Mian Nawaz Sharif and Salman Shehbaz.

According to NAB sources, court will be approached for execution of Nawaz Sharif’s sentence in the Al-Azizia reference. It has also been decided to contact the UK through Foreign Office to bring back Nawaz Sharif.

The anti-graft watchdog has also decided to inform the Islamabad High Court (IHC) that PML-N supremo Nawaz Sharif is absconding.

According to NAB officials, the bail of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has expired and he is now a fugitive accused and criminal.
