LAHORE: Former prime minister and Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) Imran Khan revealed that the government attempted to kill him like Murtaza Bhutto during the hearing in Islamabad but luckily their plan could not succeed.

Addressing through a video link, Imran Khan said another plan has been made to kill PTI workers and him similar to the Model Town incident and the assassination of Murtaza Bhutto after killing police personnel themselves. He feared that the police can launch an operation anytime today or tomorrow at his residence in Zaman Park.

He said an unprecedented crackdown against PTI workers and leadership is underway across the country intending to oust him from politics forever. He said such a crackdown has never been seen in the past.

He said the PDM government has lodged 143 cases against him including terrorism, blasphemy, and others.

PTI Chairman said PTI will hold a power show on March 25 at Minar e Pakistan Lahore which will prove a referendum. Imran Khan urged the masses to fight for real freedom till their last breath and it’s high time to remove fear.

LAHORE: Former prime minister and Chairman PTI Imran Khan has announced to stage a power show at Minar e Pakistan on March 22 (Wednesday).

Former prime minister Imran Khan while addressing the nation said PTI will stage a power show at Minar-e-Pakistan and it will be a referendum on where the nation stands and where the gang of thieves and their handlers stand.

PTI Chairman Imran Khan said the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) government wanted to arrest him and shift him to Balochistan.

He said the coalition government wanted to keep him arrested in dozens of cases already lodged against him. He said Zaman Park was besieged by law enforcers as if it was a castle.

He asked what exactly his crime was, saying that the entire nation knew that he always respected the law. He said that 96 cases had been registered against him.

He said when the PTI had to carry a rally, Section 144 was suddenly imposed. He said how they could impose Section 144 when the election campaign has been announced.

LAHORE: The Lahore administration has rejected an application of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) seeking permission to hold power show at Lahore’s Minar-e-Pakistan on March 19.

The District Commissioner (DC) Lahore written a letter to PTI leader and former minister Hammad Azhar, refusing to grant permission for holding power show at Lahore’s Minar-e-Pakistan.

The administration denied permission over security situation in the provincial capital.

The government of Punjab has made the decision to deny permission for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) to organize a rally on March 19th.

Sources have reported that the PTI intended to host a gathering at Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday, March 19th, but this plan has been halted by the Lahore High Court.

Concurrently, the provincial government of Punjab has also resolved to not grant permission for the PTI on this matter.

The provincial administration has clarified that the PTI will not be permitted to conduct any sort of meeting or rally. If the party proceeds with a rally on Sunday, Section 144 will be enforced.

It is important to mention that the Lahore High Court has not only extended the stay on former Prime Minister Imran Khan’s arrest by one day but also prevented the PTI from organizing a rally at Minar-e-Pakistan on Sunday.

For context, Imran Khan had previously announced a historic rally at Minar-e-Pakistan, located at Greater Iqbal Park in Lahore, on Sunday, March 19th. This event was meant to serve as the launch for the party’s election campaign, despite existing security concerns.

A new video of a female TikToker Ayesha Akram Baig, who was subjected to molestation by 400 men at Minar-e-Pakistan on Independence Day shares a new video.

In the viral video, it can be seen that victim Ayesha is asking Pakistanis in a questioning manner, “what have I done to you, what was my fault, why did you do this to me? I am angry with all Pakistanis.”

In the video, her team mate Rambo can also be seen asking all Pakistanis that she has no right to celebrate the independence day of Pakistan?. Rambo was also there with her at the time of the incident and was trying to protect her.

It should be noted that the horrific incident of assaulting a woman TikToker on the occasion of Independence Day in Greater Iqbal Park of Lahore came to light through social media 3 days later.

Prime Minister Imran Khan took notice of the Minar-e-Pakistan incident and ordered the immediate arrest of those who molested the woman.
