LAHORE: An anti-terrorism court (ATC) Lahore has issued a written verdict rejecting the bail for founder chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) in the Jinnah House attack case.

ATC Judge Manzar Ali Gill in written judgment said that the founder of PTI is not a common man and his  statement for his worker and supporters is important.

The other leadership of the party cannot think of rejecting the statement of the chairman or the founder. Thus, the PTI founder is guilty.

“Police reports dozens of arson incidents on the same day while protesters only attacked military installations and government institutions and police personnel. No private property was damaged during protest”.

In the decision of the ATC, it has been said that according to the prosecution, the conspiracy was hatched from the applicant’s Zaman Park residence.

The special prosecutor argued that valuables were burnt in the fire in Jinnah House. According to the public prosecutor, 50 accused were arrested from the spot from which petrol bombs and sticks were recovered, the rest of the accused managed to escape from the spot.

The court found no justification to grant bail to founder PTI and rejected the bail of founder PTI.
