PTI’s Babar Awan name removed from ECL

ISLAMABAD: The Federal Cabinet has approved the inclusion of 24 names in the Exit Control List (ECL).

The Federal Cabinet approved through summary circulation of the Ministry of Interior Affairs and 24 names were approved to be placed in the ECL.

The Federal Cabinet has given its approval in light of the recommendations of the Sub-Committee on ECL.

Pakistan Tehreek Insaf (PTI)  leader Babar Awan’s name has been approved to be removed from ECL, Babar Awan’s name was included in ECL in December 2023 due to Al Qadir Trust case.

LAHORE: Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) Babar Awan has said that PTI will win the upcoming general elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa(KP).

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Babar Awan while talking to the media said PDM is afraid of Imran Khan popularity . He said IG Punjab calls himself a doctor but there is not even an armor of humanity in them. He said rulers should be forced to hold elections and polls will be held at any cost.

Babar Awan said that the Supreme Judiciary is maintaining the supremacy of the law and the constitution. He said the Senate elections will be held next year in February for which the representation of the entire country is necessary.

He also said that all the national institutions including the Election Commission of Pakistan cannot stop any election while Nawaz Sharif’s platelets are not falling but still he has not returned to Pakistan. He said only PTI and the people of Pakistan will bring them back.

He said that the small public gatherings of Maryam Nawaz and PTI public gatherings do not let them sleep. He said those who helped Nawaz Sharif to leave the country will not repeat the mistake in the future.

Babar Awan also said that PDM is afraid to come out and on the other hand, government stop Imran Khan from going to the public. He said the Punjab and KP elections belong to PTI and God willing PTI will win.

KARACHI: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) leader Babar Awan has said that Imran Khan is facing serious threats.

In his Twitter message, PTI leader and legal expert Babar Awan said that Imran Khan is facing severe threats and it is dangerous for him to repeatedly file false FIRs and force him to appear.

PTI leader Babar Awan further said that Nawaz Sharif’s life guarantee was sought from prime minister Imran Khan, now who will guarantee Imran Khan’s safety.

Court extends Imran Khan bail in ECP protest case till Feb 27

ISLAMABAD: District and Sessions court extended the bail of Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan in a case filed against him after demonstrations were held following his disqualification by the ECP in Toshakhana case.

District and Sessions judge Zafar Iqbal resumed the hearing where the PTI chairman’s counsel Babar Awan and PML-N leader and plaintiff Mohsin Shah Nawaz Ranjha were also present in the court.

Babar asked the court to exempt PTI chairman Imran Khan from personal appearance on medical basis.

The sessions court accepted the plea and exempted him from personal appearance.

The court directed to submit a written statement of Imran Khan and his bail was extended till February 27.

ISLAMABAD: Renowned jurist and Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI ) leader Dr. Babar Awan demanded to Shehbaz Sharif to take vote of confidence or resign as Prime Minister immediately.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Dr. Babar Awan in his interview with Bol News and said that Shehbaz Sharif’s group has suffered a major defeat in Punjab and new history has been written in the province. He said PTI had full numbers in Punjab while PML-N had mobile numbers but this time the mobiles could not work.

He said that there are shameless people who were buying and selling MPAs. He said Punjab is the land of Baba Bulleh Shah who stood against Mughal ruler Aurangzeb Alamgir. He said Imran Khan has changed the red line into a green line.

Babar Awan said that a group of five people was offered 1.25 billion, and the nation will do a social boycott of the looters and will never forgive them. He said looters have accepted it with one hand and committed political suicide.

He said that this time in Punjab, there is no example of the pride with which the people stood, people rejected greed, fear, blackmail, rigging, and bags of dollars.

PTI leader said that the Punjab Assemblies will be dissolved as said by Imran Khan while two or three more things are going to happen in a few days. He said that the country is moving towards elections very fast, and no one can stop these polls.

The PTI leader said that the interests of 40 people of the elite mafia are being fulfilled, and the whole nation is crying, this is not the country of the mafia.

He asked the public, “Was there any load shedding in the country till Imran Khan left? The nation should tell if they have seen such inflation in the recent years?”
