ISLAMABAD: The Sessions Court granted bail to former Azad Kashmir Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas and ordered his release.
The session court heard the case of illegal use of diplomatic passport on the former prime minister of Azad Kashmir Tanveer Ilyas.
The Judicial Magistrate heard Tanveer Ilyas’ post-bail plea, the Federal Investigation Agency officials presented the case record in the court.
The FIA prosecutor opposed the bail of former Prime Minister Azad Kashmir, but the sessions court granted bail to Tanveer Ilyas.
Judicial Magistrate Abbas Shah granted bail of Rs 100,000 and ordered the release of the former Prime Minister of Azad Kashmir.
It should be remembered that on May 19, the Margalla police arrested the former prime minister of Azad Kashmir on the charge of vandalism.
Tanveer Ilyas was accused of vandalizing a company’s office, the case of which was registered at Margalla police station.
