ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) ordered the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to conduct forensics on the audio leak of senior lawyer Latif Khosa and former first lady Bushra Bibi.

In the case related to the audio leak of Latif Khosa and Bushra Bibi, the Court said that an investigation should be conducted as to where the audio was released in the first place.

Justice Babar Sattar said the Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) should tell how private conversations of people are being aired on TV channels.

Justice Babar Sattar inquired what is the objection of the registrar’s office on the petition.

Latif Khosa said that there is an objection to filing a separate application, how can you file a separate application?

Justice Babar Sattar asked who was recording the audio. Which Latif Khosa said that everyone knows who records, Justice Babar Sattar said that they cannot go on the assumption.

Justice Babar Sattar inquired and said the audio had come on social media, on which Latif Khosa said that the audio was also broadcast by all the TV channels.

Justice Babar Sattar ordered to send a copy of the application to DG ISI and said that DG ISI should also report who released the audio.

The court issued notices to FIA, PEMRA, and PTA on the issue of audio leak of Bushra Bibi and Latif Khosa and adjourned the case till December 11 for further hearing.

ISLAMABAD: A court of a judicial magistrate in Islamabad dismissed a plea seeking action against the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman for solemnizing Nikah against Sharia with Bushra Bibi as the plaintiff withdrew his petition.

Civil Judge Qudratullah heard the alleged illegal Nikah case of Chairman PTI and Bashra Bibi in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad.

During the hearing, petitioner Muhammad Hanif withdrew the case against Chairman PTI.

The petitioner said that he wanted to withdraw the case on technical grounds, on which the court accepted the petition and dismissed the case.

It should be noted that the petitioner had accused Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi of Nikah during the Iddat period.

LAHORE: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Sadaqat Abbasi has announced to quit politics and the party.

Sadaqat Abbasi said that the incident of May 9 was the result of the thinking of Chairman PTI  and the party’s narrative was that the competition is with the establishment.

He said that a meeting was held on May 7 which was held on the advice of Bushra Bibi(wife of chairman PTI), everyone used to give their advice in the meeting, the goals were fixed in the meeting on May 7 and it was decided in the meeting that if PTI Chairman is arrested then the party will have given full respond.

He said that after the arrest of the chairman PTI on May 9, the sub-leadership asked Liaquat Bagh to gather. The protesters first went to attack the Metro bus station where the police started shelling tear gas.

Sadaqat Abbasi said that Chairman PTI wanted a big reaction that would put the institution under pressure. Imran Khan’s narrative was of reconciliation after resistance, he did not want the current Chief of Army Staff(COAS) to become the army chief.

ISLAMABAD: Islamabad High Court (IHC) has suspended the notice issued by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) to Chairman PTI Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi.

Chairman PTI’s wife Bushra Bibi had filed a separate petition against the FIA ​​investigation on the alleged audio leak, arguing that the main case was already pending in this court and the court on September 18 directed FIA ​​to take legal action according to law.

The petition further stated that the main case is now scheduled for hearing on October 30, despite the case being pending, the FIA ​​issued a summons notice on September 19.

Islamabad High Court Justice Babar Sattar heard the petition of Bushra Bibi in which Sardar Latif Khosa appeared on behalf of the PTI chairman’s wife.

After a brief hearing on the petition, the court suspended the FIA ​​summons notice and sought a response from the Federal Investigation Agency.

ISLAMABAD: The local court of Islamabad summoned Chairman Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi in an un-Islamic nikah case on September 25.

District and Sessions Court Islamabad Civil Judge Qudratullah issued a court summons notice to Chairman PTI in the un-Islamic nikah case against Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi.

The court has ordered PTI Chairman Imran Khan to be produced in court on September 25 from jail.

Sources said the court also directed the staff to issue a warrant to the Attock Jail Superintendent.

It should be noted that the hearing of the case related to the alleged un-Islamic nikah against Chairman PTI and his wife Bushra Bibi was held in the court of District and Sessions Judge Islamabad Qudratullah yesterday.

The District and Sessions Court Islamabad had also issued a notice to Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Imran Khan in the case of un-Islamic nikah against Bushra Bibi and sought his response.

Imran Khan’s Lawyer Naeem Panjotha also filed an application for exemption from the appearance of Bushra Bibi and said that the court has approved the application for permanent exemption from the appearance of Bushra Bibi.

KARACHI: Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and his wife Bushra Bibi filed a petition to dismiss the case related to Nikah during Iddat.

An application to dismiss the complaint has been filed in the District and Sessions Courts Islamabad on behalf of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi. Advocate Sher Afzal Marwat filed the petition on behalf of Chairman PTI.

It has been argued in the application that the charges against Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi do not fall under Section 496. The Nikah of Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi is completely Shariah.

In the petition filed by lawyer Sher Afzal Marwat, it has been said that the complaint is an attempt to defame Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi, even if the allegations are true, it does not constitute a crime under Section 496, in such a situation, the trial of the illegal Nikah case will be a violation of the law.
