The District and Sessions Courts of Islamabad on Tuesday extended the interim bail of PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s wife Bushra Bibi in the Toshakhana fake receipt case till November 28.
Bushra Bibi appeared in the court of Additional District and Sessions judge Tahir Abbas Sipra.
The court heard six bail applications of Bushra Bibi and one of the PTI chairman.
Bushra Bibi’s lawyer Khalid Yusuf Chaudhry Mirza Asim Baig and Naeem Panjhota advocate appeared in the court.
However, Imran Khan was produced before the court, with the report regarding the appearance of the chairman of PTI could also not be submitted to the court.
The hearing on PTI chairman and Bushra Bibi’s bail application in six cases has been adjourned till November 28.
