PTI to move high court against verdict of illegal Nikah case

ISLAMABAD: The leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf(PTI) Barrister Gohar Ali Khan has announced to file an appeal in the High Court against the verdict of illegal Nikah case.

Speaking to the media outside Adiala Jail, Barrister Gauhar said that what was expected happened, the judge did not have the verdict, it was delivered verbally, this shameful case has no head or feet, all this is being done for political purposes.

He said that all this is an attempt to malign PTI founder. He said PTI founder was punished in the Toshakhana case made by NAB. He alleged that case was made on Aun Chaudhry’s wish.

He said that PTI founder has been imprisoned for 7 years in a senseless case and the case was completed after hearing 14, 14 hours within two days. He said PTI was not given a chance to present evidence.

Gohar Khan said that now party will file to bring Bushra Bibi from Bani Gala back to Adiala Jail. He said PTI will file in the High Court very soon.

He said that PTI will go to the High Court for justice and hoped to get justice.

LAHORE: Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party(IPP) sought an explanation from farmer advisor to the prime minister of Pakistan Aun Chaudhry on the meeting with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif at Lahore International  airport.

The Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party(IPP) has decided to issue a show cause notice to Aun Chaudhry.

In this regard, according to the spokesperson of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party(IPP), Aun Chaudhry’s meeting with former prime minister Nawaz Sharif has nothing to do with the party.

The spokesperson said that the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party(IPP) has asked for a written explanation from Aun Chaudhry and said that if Aun Chaudhry has gone in a personal capacity, then explain it immediately.

LAHORE: Head of Istehkam e Pakistan Party (IPP) Jahangir Tareen has said that Aun Chaudhry and Nauman Langrial will remain part of the federal cabinet until the government’s term is completed.

In his statement, Jahangir Tareen said that the Istehkam e Pakistan Party is believed on political stability.

He said that Advisor Tourism and Sports Aun Chaudhry and Special Assistant Nauman Langrial will remain part of the federal cabinet until the government’s term is completed.

On the other hand, Advisor to Prime Minister Aun Chaudhry also denied the news of his resignation from the cabinet and said that he is a part of the Prime Minister’s team and will remain until the completion of the government’s term.

It should be noted that Aun Chaudhry is the advisor to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Sports and Tourism and Nauman Langrial is the Special Assistant.

ISLAMABAD: The leader of the Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP), Aun Chaudhry, approached the Supreme Court of Pakistan to impose ban on Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf(PTI).

Aun Chaudhry who is also Advisor to the Prime Minister of Pakistan on Tourism and Sports, filed a petition to impose ban PTI. Aun Chaudhry filed a petition in the Supreme Court in his capacity.

In the petition, a ban on PTI requested over anti-state and state institutions policies of the party while legal activities against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf have also been justified for the ban.

In the petition by Aun Chaudhry, the attack on the institutions and memorials of the martyrs by the PTI leadership has also been justified.
