Anushka Sharma recalls her memories while visiting childhood home

On Monday, Anushka Sharma took a trip down memory lane by visiting the home where she spent her formative years. The performer, whose father served in the army, recently released a video of a trip to her childhood home, a government apartment in Mhow, Madhya Pradesh. She discussed her swimming lessons at the pool and her father’s scooter rides as well.

Anushka posted the video on Instagram and said, “MHOW, MP is reviewed. The location where I first learned to swim as a child, where my brother deceived me into asking for a video game on MY birthday—which, of course, only he played—where I went on numerous scooter rides with my father, and the location that will always have a special place in my heart.”

Anushka may be seen in the video walking toward both her house at the end of the road and the home of her childhood buddy. Anushka smiles broadly and points to the home, saying, “Ye upar wala ghar tha” (the flat on the first floor was ours). She took a break to enter her home, as seen in a photograph. Also, she passed the swimming pool where she learned to swim as well as the Army Public School, where she received her education. “My heart is full,” she says in the final moments of the video as she departs the scene.

Actor Alia Bhatt used Instagram Stories on Tuesday to post a few pictures of herself that had been illegally shot when she was in her living room. She criticized a media outlet for publishing her images, which she claimed were taken by two males from the terrace of a nearby building. Alia was supported by Sushmita Sen, who reshared a post on how celebrities have it worst when it comes to privacy, after stars like Anushka Sharma and Janhvi Kapoor reshared Alia’s Instagram Stories and shared experiencing similar incidents.

On Tuesday, Sushmita shared a note from novelist Huma Tanweer on Instagram Stories in which she discussed how the media “often blurs the barriers between personal and social lives” of celebrities. Moreover, Sushmita mentioned Alia, Shaheen Bhatt, and the Mumbai Police. In her initial email, Huma wrote: “Privacy is a myth in a world that has become smaller thanks to the internet, technology, and social media. However, it is worse if you are a celebrity. There isn’t much that can be kept secret with the paparazzi culture at its height.”

The blogger said, “Men, how can you surprise someone despite their constant demands for secrecy to the media? When will we draw the boundaries? Do we merely develop into a PR machine? Our right to privacy cannot ever be infringed in any way. Media frequently obfuscates the distinction between social and private lives. They significantly conflate the two, with annoying and dishonest results.”

She continued, “Because everyone has a psychological need for privacy, a distinction between a celebrity’s private and public lives should always exist. As a media outlet published photos of Alia Bhatt sitting inside her home that were taken using a zoom lens from a neighboring building, the whole Bollywood community voiced outrage and contempt on social media. Anushka Sharma and Janhvi Kapoor have criticized the media platform for this “infringement of privacy” by sharing their own comparable experiences. The incident has been referred to as “shameful” by Karan Johar, Arjun Kapoor, and Swara Bhasker.

Anushka recounted on her Instagram Stories how the media outlet used images of her daughter Vamika in a similar way. She penned, “They have done this previously as well. We called them out for the same reason about two years ago! You’d think that they would now be more considerate of other people’s personal space. A total disgrace! Despite repeated pleas, they were also the only guys who posted pictures of our daughter.”

When the media source published photos of her taken through the glass door as she was working out in the gym, Janhvi Kapoor also discussed how she too had to deal with a similar issue. She commented, “This is disgustingly intrusive,” on her Instagram Stories. This publication has a history of publishing similar content. Even, despite my repeated pleas, taking photos of me when I was working out via the glass door of the gym I frequent. in an area that is meant to be private and where no one expects to be photographed.

She continued to criticize the media portal for their “journalistic accomplishment” in her letter, saying, “I understand turning up to places and performing your job in open sight. a situation where both the photographers’ profession and the obligations of being a public figure are understood on both sides. It is not at all a journalistic success to zoom in on someone’s private place without asking permission or even letting them know and then call it exclusive.

It was described as a stalker event by Arjun Kapoor. On his Instagram Stories, he wrote: “absolutely without shame Any sane person who photographs public figures for a living needs to know that this is pathetic conduct because if a woman doesn’t feel safe in her own home, forget about whether or not she is a public figure for a second. These are people in the media who we have implicit faith in because we believe they are here to do a job, not to harass women or invade their privacy. Nothing short of stalking @mumbaipolice is going on here.”

There is no excuse for this utterly repugnant breach of privacy, Karan Johar continued. There HAS to be a LIMIT, but everyone in the entertainment sector ALWAYS supports the media and the paparazzi and is accommodating. Everyone has the right to feel secure in their own houses, after all! This is a fundamental human right; it has nothing to do with performers or superstars.

The portal was also called out by Swara Bhasker. “This is definitely NOT Acceptable and a criminal invasion of @aliabhatt’s privacy. Shame on you,” she stated in a story on Instagram.

On February 14th, Netflix launched the documentary The Romantics, which provided more than a delectable look into the history and legacy of Yash Raj Films. Smrithi Mundra (of Indian Matchmaking) spoke with up to 35 individuals from the Hindi film industry for the documentary, including some of its top stars.

While many chose to do their interviews in studios, gardens, or even their gym (we’re looking at you, John Abraham), many others welcomed the documentary crew into their homes. At their immaculate houses, celebrities like Rani Mukerji, Amitabh Bachchan, and Anushka Sharma taped their interviews. Views of their residences can be found here:

Rani Mukerji

Rani Mukerji, who is typically private, took part in the interview at what appeared to be her office. She was seated behind a sizable painting of a child’s head in a Chesterfield-style, tufted chair. The posters for her various films, including Bunty Aur Babli, Veer Zaara, and others, were placed next to it. A bookshelf had all of her Filmfare, Star Screen Awards, and other honors.

Amitabh Bachchan

At his residence, Amitabh Bachchan also participated in the documentary. The seasoned actor sat on a chair that was a deep black sofa. A tiny table with his face on it was placed next to him. A color-pop painting and a framed photo of his son Abhishek Bachchan were both mounted on the wall behind him.

Hrithik Roshan

Hrithik Roshan sat on a comfortable couch with black and white striped fabric for his part. Behind him, one could see a fireplace and a few ornamental items on the mantel. The living room’s center contained a drum set as well as other seating areas.

The room also has several conventional lighting.

The two appear to be travelling to Udaipur for the cricketer Hardik Pandya and his dancer wife Natasa Stankovic’s wedding festivities.
Anushka had on a simple black sweatshirt, purple pyjamas, white slippers, and a black hat. Virat was dressed in a simple white t-shirt, brown cargo pants, a green jacket, a brown cap, and white sneakers. On their jackets, each featured a ‘A’ written beneath a heart.

Virat lifts Vamika on his shoulders as they hike with Anushka

During their journey to Rishikesh, Vamika Kohli, the daughter of Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli, went on a trek. The pair had previously paid a visit to an ashram in the town of Uttarakhand. Anushka posted a number of images of her cricketer-husband Virat and daughter Vamika from their most recent outing on Instagram on Wednesday. In a few of the pictures Anushka shared, Virat was seen carrying their little daughter on his shoulders as they ascended a hill. A nice image of Virat and Vamika standing on rocks and having fun with water next to a creek was also included.

There is a peak in the Alps, and no one is at the top, Anushka Sharma captioned a collection of images she posted. In the comments portion of her Instagram post, Virat added a heart symbol. The actor shared images of the dwellings, animals, and flowers they saw in the mountains in addition to Virat and Vamika, whose faces were obscured in all of the photos Anusha posted.
