Before to India’s fourth Test match against Australia, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma paid a visit to the Mahakaleshwar Temple in Ujjain, Madhya Pradesh. Actress Kangana Ranaut uploaded their video from inside the temple on Saturday as she congratulated them for setting ‘such a beautiful example’. In addition, Kangana referred to the actor and cricketer as a “power couple” and said their presence will boost tourism in the state and temple, which would “benefit the nation’s economy.”
Kangana Ranaut posted a video of Anushka and Virat on Instagram Stories “This power couple is providing such a fine example that it not only earns them the favor of Mahakaal (Lord Shiva), but also in some manner exalts the Dharma and a civilization based on Sanatana. Moreover, on a local level, this boosts tourism in the temple/state and, overall, improves the country’s economy and sense of self-worth.” Also, Kangana updated her Instagram Stories with a clapping emoji.

A video of Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma sitting inside the temple with other worshippers is being widely shared on social media. On Saturday morning, the day following the third Test match between India and Australia in Indore, they paid a visit to the Ujjain temple. “We came here to offer prayers and had a lovely darshan at Mahakaleshwar Temple,” Anushka Sharma said regarding their visit, as per news agency ANI.
Virat and Anushka frequently travel for religious purposes. They took their daughter Vamika Kohli on a trip to Rishikesh and Vrindavan earlier this year. The family visited the ashrams of Baba Neem Karoli in Vrindavan and Swami Dayanand Ashram in Rishikesh. After dating for a while, Anushka and Virat were united in marriage in a small ceremony in Italy in 2017. In January 2021, their daughter Vamika was born.
Anushka’s most recent appearance on television was in the 2018 movie Zero, which also starred Shah Rukh Khan and Katrina Kaif. Recently, she made a cameo appearance in the Netflix movie Qala (2022), which was directed by her brother Karnesh Sharma. In the song Ghodey Pe Sawaar, she may be seen. Anushka’s upcoming film, Chakda Xpress, will mark her debut project after the birth of daughter Vamika. The film is based on the life of cricketer Jhulan Goswami
