The Heropanti actors Tiger Shroff and Kriti Sanon are expected to reunite in the much-anticipated film Ganapath. Fans have been anxiously awaiting word on the plot of the action-packed entertainer while the film’s creators already revealed the two actors’ looks through posters. The trailer for the movie Ganapath has just been published, offering fans a glimpse into the plot. Needless to say, just like Heropanti, the on-screen chemistry of Kriti and Tiger appears to be ready to light the big screen on fire once more.

In the recently released teaser for Ganapath, the plot of the film is explored. With some flawless action sequences, it has piqued fans’ interest, and they appear to be delighted. Kriti Sanon excels in the action scenes, while Tiger Shroff sports a gruff appearance in the teaser. In the teaser, Amitabh Bachchan also makes an appearance as his interesting persona. Tiger’s line, “Jab apnon par baat aati hai, tab apan ki hatt jaati hai (When it comes to my people, I lose it big time),” at the end of the teaser makes it much more intriguing.

After the teaser for Ganapath was released, fans expressed how eager they were to see the film in theaters. One fan commented, “It’s Not A Teaser, It’s PURE GOOSEBUMPS,” and another, “This bgm + action + dialogues= (fire).” Another admirer predicted that Tiger will enjoy enormous success with this film.

Notably, Vikas Bahl is the director of the eagerly anticipated Kriti Sanon and Tiger Shroff film, a dystopian sports action film. Ganapath: A Hero Is Born, which will also star renowned actor Amitabh Bachchan, is set to enter theatres on October 20 of this year. While the teaser has garnered positive feedback from fans, it appears that people anticipate learning more about the film from its trailer.

Here’s Why Madhuri Dixit Was Fired From A Film

Even the legendary Bollywood actress Madhuri Dixit had to confront sexist demands from filmmakers during her storied career. Director Tinnu Anand, who worked with Madhuri in “Shanakht” (1989), recently disclosed how she was fired from a film after refusing to perform a scene that required her to remove her blouse.

Tinnu Anand recounted the incident, revealing that he had discussed the scene with Madhuri before shooting and she initially agreed to it. The scene involved Amitabh Bachchan’s character being captured by villains, with Madhuri’s character coming forward and saying, “Why are you attacking a man in chains when a woman is in front of you?”

“I had explained the entire sequence to Madhuri Dixit,” recalled the director. “I told her that she would have to remove her blouse, and for the first time, we would see her in her bra. I didn’t want to hide anything behind a haystack or anything because you are offering yourself to help a man who is trying to help you. So it is a very important situation, and I wanted to shoot it on the first day. She agreed.”

However, on the first day of shooting, Madhuri Dixit changed her mind and expressed reservations about the scene. Tinnu Anand, determined to maintain the scene’s integrity, informed her that it had to be done. Madhuri initially refused, leading the director to declare that the shoot would be canceled.

Following this, Madhuri’s secretary contacted Anand and assured him that the actress was willing to perform the scene. She returned five days later and completed it. However, this incident marked the end of their collaboration, as they didn’t work together on any subsequent films.

The film’s leading actress, Saiyami Kher, and director R Balki also participated. A particular photo captured a tender moment where Aishwarya playfully drew her child’s face closer.

Earlier, Aishwarya had expressed her excitement for her husband’s film on social media, giving it a shoutout.

The main cast visited theaters in Mumbai to gauge the audience’s reactions while watching the film. They engaged with the audience, signing autographs and taking selfies with them. Some fans even referred to Abhishek as a ‘rockstar’ and encouraged him to appear in movies more frequently. Farhan Akhtar has now addressed these concerns while also revealing additional information about the film’s production schedule. During a recent interview, the director discussed the decision to cast Ranveer as the new Don. He shared that Ranveer also experienced apprehension about stepping into the shoes of Amitabh Bachchan and Shah Rukh Khan. Farhan mentioned their shared experience when Shah Rukh Khan replaced Amitabh Bachchan as Don, saying, “I’m just really looking forward to getting it going. I mean Ranveer is amazing. He’s great for the part. He’s also as you can imagine, really excited and really nervous, about the thing you’re filling some big shoes before you. But we went through the same emotional process when Shah Rukh did it and everyone was like ‘Oh my God, how can you replace Mr. Bachchan?.’ That whole thing happened then.”

Elaborating on why Ranveer is well-suited for the role, Farhan added, “It really is about an actor coming in and owning the part and making it really like, giving it their style and their flair. And he has that, he has that in spades. So, he’s going to do a great job. I think the responsibility is more mine now to make sure that the script and the film work out the way I imagine.” When asked about the qualities that make for a good Don, Farhan responded, “Self-confidence, flamboyance, and the ability to do anything that your mind is set on.”

Farhan Akhtar also revealed fresh details about the film’s shooting schedule, stating that production is scheduled to commence in January 2025.

Previously, after the release of the first look teaser, Ranveer took to Instagram to express his heartfelt sentiments. He shared how playing the role of Don had been his childhood dream and hoped that the audience would give him the opportunity to carry forward the character’s legacy.

Amitabh Bachchan, the renowned actor, shared with his fans the reason behind his absence from the San Diego Comic-Con (SDCC), where his upcoming film “Kalki 2898 AD” marked a significant milestone as the first Indian movie to participate. In a heartfelt blog post, Amitabh expressed regret for missing the event due to work commitments and health constraints. Despite being unable to attend, he praised the film’s impressive first look, acknowledging the effort put in by the makers.

Amidst his reflections, Amitabh delved into the historical dating terms “AD” and “BC,” which have been replaced by “CE” and “BCE,” respectively. He noted the significance of these changes, related to the birth of Christ, and how different regions use their own calendars for dating.

Interestingly, Amitabh confessed to being initially unaware of the significance of Comic Con until his son, Abhishek Bachchan, enlightened him about its global importance. He expressed, “I must admit unabashedly that I had no idea what Comicon meant or was until I told Abhishek, or rather asked him what this is all about and he said .. with a shocked look on his face: ‘Dad .. Comicon ? this is a huge deal ‘. And today as I partake in a Zoom call at the release I cannot but be in bewildered admiration for Nagi Ashwin and his team for putting together an astonishing film.”

The SDCC event saw in-person appearances by Kamal Haasan and Prabhas, while Amitabh joined through a video call. During the event, the makers announced the film’s title, “Kalki 2898 AD,” and set its release date for January 12, 2024.
