Amitabh Bachchan recently had an injury while filming for Project K in Hyderabad with Prabhas. In his blog on Sunday, the veteran actor had reported that his ‘rib cartilage popped cracked’ and there was a ‘muscle tear to the right rib cage’. It was “painful,” according to Amitabh. The actor published a lengthy note on how “the body mechanism recovers as swiftly as it injures” on his Tumblr page on Thursday to give followers an update on his health.
Writes Amitabh Bachchan: “Either stand up, grab the chance, and seize it, or one can sit back and bemoan a missed opportunity. Sure, defeat, loss, and suffering are unpleasant, but the body’s natural healing process speeds up the healing process. Get up, get moving, and do it. This is not the place for philosophy, lofty declarations of unwavering bravery, or the desire to demonstrate one’s line of work for praise and will. If work gives you a fresh start, do it for yourself first and foremost. Teaching others is a falsehood that needs to be abandoned. It is my body, my mind, my will, and my desire.”
Amitabh further mentioned that he has “never known peace and quiet” and that he is prepared to improve on his “shortcoming”. “Your personal physical constraints and cognitive limits should always be as the build on birth,” he wrote. Indulge in the undesired and be ready for the dive; indulge in the desirable and be ready for the dive to swim out. This is how we handle it and how we treat ourselves. Tough. but for all of us, there. There are flaws both within of me and outside of me, thus I have never felt serenity. But because I have never known peace and quiet, I have made it my personal goal to overcome these flaws. Proclamations are useless, and those who make them will only succeed in defeating them.

The actor posted an update on his condition on his blog after informing fans of his injury while filming Project K. Also, he mentioned that on March 6, Holika was lit at his Mumbai residence Jalsa. Earlier, he had wrote in his blog about his accident on the Projeck K set, adding, “And it needs to be told, not held. I was injured while filming Project K in Hyderabad during an action scene, suffering rib cartilage pops and breaks as well as a muscle tear to the right rib cage. I canceled the shoot, went to the AIG Hospital in Hyderabad for a doctor’s appointment and a CT scan, and then I was flown home.
In the fantasy play Project K, Prabhas performs alongside Deepika Padukone for the first time. In the C Ashwini Dutt-backed film, Amitabh Bachchan has a significant role.
