Former UK PM Liz Truss emphasised the need for a review of the UN Security Council on Friday and backed giving India a bigger role in the international organisation.

Chinese and Russian rivals are particularly adept at marketing their economic systems. They communicate with the world in a variety of ways using technology and false information, the speaker claimed.

In an effort to sway people’s opinions, they can also apply economic pressure, according to Truss. As the largest democracy in the world, India’s opinion will be “extremely crucial,” she claimed.

Truss declared that she strongly favours expanding trade with allies like India. “I started the free trade talks with India while I was trade secretary,” she claimed.

She continued, “I also want to see us collaborate with nations that share our values to build what I refer to as an economic NATO.”
