Sushmita Sen admits that she had a “major heart attack”

Sushmita Sen has now stated it was a “major heart attack” that she had a 95% blockage in one of her main arteries, days after initially revealing she had undergone heart surgery. When she conducted a live chat session on Saturday afternoon on her Instagram page, she was conversing with her followers.
Sushmita thanked everyone in the room for acting quickly and effectively to save her life after she had a heart attack as she opened her live session. She introduced the majority of the individuals one by one, adding that she had taken note of everyone’s names to make sure she did not forget anyone.

She also addressed a topic that is currently being discussed on social media: whether or not exercise is actually beneficial for one’s health. “I’m aware that many of you will stop attending to the gym after hearing that she was not helped by going there. But it’s not a good thing. I was helped by it. I managed to survive a massive heart attack. My main artery was 95% blocked, and I had a severe heart attack. I was able to survive because I continued to lead a busy life. I’m extremely fortunate to be on the other side. It doesn’t make me afraid; instead, I feel like I can look forward to something “the actor stated.

Sushmita assured her admirers that the raspy voice she had in the video was nothing worrisome. Let me clarify that I have a viral throat infection before you guys assume it’s anything terrible. I still have a few remnants (of the infection). Just be patient; my voice sounds really intriguing. I had to speak with you guys as soon as possible. I’ve come to see you people and let you all know how lucky I am,” she grinned.

She also responded to comments from fans pleading for her to reprise her role as Aarya. “After my doctors give me the all-clear, I’ll be traveling to Jaipur to finish Aarya and I’ll be working on the dubbing for Taali,” she said.

Sushmita Sen, an actor, has disclosed that she just experienced a heart attack. She shared information about it on Instagram. The actor’s admirers and following wished her well.
“Keep your heart joyful and brave; it will stand by you Shona when you need it most.” (Sage advice from my father, Sensubir) A few days ago, I had a heart attack… Stent in place following angioplasty… I do have a big heart, my cardiologist has reiterated, and that is the most essential thing. There are many persons to appreciate for their prompt assistance & helpful action… I’ll do that in a different thread! My article is merely to let you know that everything is fine and that I am ready to resume my normal life, dear friends and family.

Fans of Sushmita wished her well. “Fast recovery. Hoping you a quick recovery,” one person wrote. “OMG! Ensure your own health! Alhamdulillah, it is good to know that you are doing well right now. Much love to you forever,” another person wrote.

Soon, Sushmita will appear in season three of Aarya. Sushmita claimed that her poor health was the reason she joined Instagram earlier this year. Her as saying: “I was very, very ill, and my hair is falling out. I now have steroid deposits and a moon-face. I had the feeling that if I died from this, no one would ever know who I was during this time. I simply opened that page on Instagram one night after logging into the app.

Also, she discussed her sickness in a 2020 interview with Anupama Chopra. “Another reason I’m thrilled is that I’ve spent the past ten years, of which five have been wonderful, seeing my little one grow up and being there for her completely… The following five years were quite traumatic. They actually led me to the darkest, most unfamiliar locations. I didn’t know it would be called Aarya, but I always knew there was a bright spot at the end of the tunnel. I had to hang on and keep fighting whatever it was I was currently up against because I wasn’t done yet. And with that, I don’t mean a film or web series, but just something to look forward to,” she said.

REVIEW: ‘Team Muhafiz’ keeps viewers guessing with the latest episode
