King Charles III coronation will ’emphasise’ the succession line

King Charles III
  • The coronation of King Charles III is scheduled for 2023.
  • It will be shorter, more inclusive, and less costly than prior royal coronations.
  • The Prince and Princess of Wales, as well as their children, are likely to be portrayed “more prominently”.

King Charles III ascended to the throne of the United Kingdom on September 8, after the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II, at the age of 96.

The coronation of the United Kingdom’s future king is scheduled for 2023, and it will be shorter, more inclusive, and less costly than prior royal coronations.

The Prince and Princess of Wales, as well as their children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte, and Prince Louis, are likely to be portrayed “more prominently” than other members of the Royal Family during the coronation event.

Katie Nicholl, a royal author and pundit, made her newest assertion in an excerpt from her upcoming book, The New Royals: Queen Elizabeth’s Legacy and the Future of the Crown.

She believes the royal event will ’emphasise’ the line of succession to the throne.

“So what do we know of the plans, reportedly code-named Operation Golden Orb?” read an excerpt from her book, which was published by Vanity Fair.

“King Charles’ coronation is expected to be shorter and less expensive than his mother’s, and the new king wants the public to witness the experience just as they did his accession.”

“The ceremony will likely highlight the line of succession, with William, Kate, and their children featured more prominently than other members of the family,” she said.

Prince George and Princess Charlotte, William and Kate’s oldest children, took part in the royal family parade behind the Queen’s coffin as the family followed the procession to Westminster Abbey for the state burial.

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will return to the UK next month.

Royal fans and experts are sceptical of the couple’s plan to return to the location, which the Sussex believe is unsafe for them without police protection.

According to Christopher Anderson, author of ‘The Day Diana Died,’ stated, “It’s going to be an interesting watch because I don’t think it’s going to get a warm and fuzzy [welcome]. As a matter of fact, she’s wildly unpopular in England and is dragging Harry’s popularity down.”

Expert: Prince Harry and Meghan may be in danger without protection

Prince Harry
  • The Duke and Duchess of Sussex may face danger if they are not given police protection.
  • Richard Aitch, the royal security specialist, raises concern about the couple’s safety.
  • Harry has filed a second lawsuit at the High Court against UK Home Office and Met Police.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle may face danger if they are not given police protection during their planned visit to the United Kingdom, warned by the royal security specialist. Harry, Duke of Sussex, lost his taxpayer-funded protection in 2020 after stepping down as a working royal and moving to the United States.

With the pair planning to visit the UK next month, royal security specialist Richard Aitch has raised concern about what may happen if they are not properly protected by police. The UK Government has previously denied Prince, 37, the right to pay for specialist Scotland Yard officers out of his own money, as previously reported by the Daily Express, and the duke is currently filing a second lawsuit at the High Court, with the UK Home Office and the Metropolitan Police listed as defendants.

Speaking with sources, Aitch stated, “I would like to think that Harry does actually receive police protection. It’s a cost to him but nevertheless, some form, some element of that police oversight. No one seems to actually consider the repercussions.”

“What if police protection is not afforded and Harry or Meghan are actually attacked?”

Harry has already indicated that returning to the UK without police protection would be dangerous for him, Meghan, and their two small children, Archie and Lilibet.

Harry’s legal team has maintained that his US entourage has sufficient authority in the UK to provide appropriate security and that employing police officers would incur no extra costs for British taxpayers.

However, the Royal Executive Committee for the Protection of Royalty and Public Figures (Ravec) concluded in June that Prince is no longer entitled to the “same degree” of protection since he is no longer a functioning member of the royal family.

“At the moment there are no hearings scheduled but the court has received an application,” a Judicial Office spokeswoman previously told in the report.
