Amber Heard trolled for taking imaginary notes during the trial

Amber Heard

After six weeks of testimony, claims, and bombshell disclosures, the jury in the high-profile defamation case between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard in Virginia has finally began deliberations.

While the multi-million dollar defamation trial awaits a decision, some netizens are busily cross-examining courtroom scenes on the internet.

A number of online users have raised worry over the Aquaman actress, who was frequently observed writing things on her notepad throughout witness evidence in the trial.

A number of Depp’s fans shared several videos of Heard writing on the notepad. The video clips have taken the internet by storm, as Heard was seen pretending to do so for the cameras only.

Several videos are making rounds on the internet with close-up views, where it is clearly visible that Heard’s pen wasn’t even touching the notepad.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor’s fans started trolling Heard on the internet. “AMBER You should touch the paper with your pen,” one user wrote.

“Welp, this explains all the note taking. Imaginary just like the abuse. #TeamJohnnyDepp,” another wrote

Attorney says Amber Heard paid $6 million in legal expenses

Amber Heard

Elaine Bredehoft, Amber Heard’s attorney, took the stand on Friday to make her final argument to the jury in the defamation lawsuit brought against her by ex-Johnny Depp, claiming that her client had paid her legal team upwards of $6 million in costs.

Bredehoft said in her statement to an International Magazine that Heard had been compelled to spend more than $6 million in legal expenses to her attorneys in the six years after her divorce from Depp.

She also alleged that the Aquaman actress was unable to pay the entire $7 million gift she had promised to the ACLU and a children’s hospital following the divorce settlement because of the legal bills.

Heard has spent ‘extraordinarily costly’ legal bills since Depp sued her and’started a smear campaign against her,’ according to Bredehoft.

For the uninitiated, a former acquaintance of Heard’s sister, Whitney Henriquez, testified earlier this week that Heard failed to pay the $3.5 million committed to the children’s hospital.

Witness Jennifer Howell acknowledged in a pre-recorded deposition that Tesla creator Elon Musk made a $250,000 gift to the charity Art of Elyseum on Heard’s behalf.

However, the Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA) has not yet received $3.5 million pledged.

Johnny Depp’s lawyer agrees that the actor “isn’t a saint,” but that he isn’t an abuser

Saint

As his defamation claim against Amber Heard nears its conclusion, Johnny Depp’s attorneys took the stage on Friday to give their final arguments, with one attorney acknowledging that the actor isn’t a’saint.’

According to The New York Post, Chew took to the stand to make one last appeal in Depp’s defamation suit against ex-Amber Heard, and said: “Mr. Depp is no saint, and he’s never claimed to be one. He has made mistakes in his life as we’ve all had.”

Admitting that Depp may have struggled with substance abuse, Chew further insisted that that did not mean that he was capable of abusing someone.

He has struggled with drugs and alcohol … but he is not a violent abuser. He’s not an abuser as Ms. [Amber] Heard claims, and he does not deserve to have his life and legacy destroyed by [a] vicious lie,” Chew added.
