The office units, spanning 13,293 square feet, are situated in the Signature Building at Oshiwara’s Veera Desai Road. Documents from CRE Matrix, a data analytics firm, confirm the transaction. The estimated value of the units on the 16th floor of the building is approximately Rs 30.35 crore, featuring a built-up area of 8,405 square feet. A stamp duty of Rs 1.82 crore was reportedly paid for this portion.

In addition, two more office units on the 17th floor were part of the Veer Savarkar project. These units cover a built-up area of 4,893 square feet and were acquired for Rs 14.74 crore. A stamp duty of Rs 88.44 lakh was paid for these units. The registration of both properties, registered in the name of Vishal Virendra Devgan, took place on April 19, 2023.

Apart from his expanding real estate portfolio, Ajay Devgn is also the owner of his production and distribution company, Ajay Devgn FFilms (ADF), which was established in 2000. Additionally, he owns NY VFXWAALA, a visual effects company named after his children, Nasa Devgan and Yug Devgan. While it is unclear if the newly acquired office units are linked to his future plans for these companies, they add to the actor’s growing assets.

Meanwhile, Ajay’s wife, Kajol, has also made her own property investment. She purchased an apartment in Mumbai worth Rs 16.5 crore, boasting a carpet area of 2,493 square feet and four car parking spots. The registration for this property was completed on April 13.

Akshay continued, “Aapki film nahi chal rahi to galti aapki hai is a serious alarm (If your films are not working, it is your fault). When several of your movies are box office duds, it should serve as a warning that something needs to change. I’m trying to change, that’s all I can do, so to speak. Mai koshish kar raha hun.” He added that he would like to convey to everyone that viewers should not be held responsible for unsuccessful movies. “Don’t point the finger at the crowd or anyone else. It is entirely my fault. The lack of interest in Aapki Film is not due to the viewers. It is as a result of your decision. Perhaps you didn’t use the proper ingredients.

The first big movie to hit theaters after the box office slump brought on by the pandemic-related lockdown and limitations was Akshay Kumar’s BellBottom. The first Hindi box office success following the pandemic was his collaboration with Rohit Shetty, Sooryavanshi. Yet, since 2022, none of his theatrical releases have achieved astronomical box office success. Samrat Prithviraj and Raksha Bandhan from the previous year were failures at the box office. His most recent effort, Selfiee, came out on February 24 and had a poor first-day gross of under 3 crore.

The teaser shows snippets of fast-paced feats performed on bikes, trucks, boats, and other vehicles. Ajay assaults his adversaries with deft and lethal maneuvers while brandishing a powerful trishul. In the first teaser, we got to know his daughter and learned that he was imprisoned. This time, though, he is present and also brings some bloody mayhem.

In the teaser, Tabu is also seen being dragged over a dirt road by several criminals while dressed as a cop and carrying a broken arm. Prior to being submerged in a sea of red, she also fires her gun towards the target. “Log ye kyu bhool jaate… She states in a passage from the movie that can be heard in the background, “Why do people forget that I am a human behind this uniform?” A chill version of Aaj Phir Jeene Ki Tamanna Hai from the 1965 movie Guide is also playing in the background.

You have never seen Deepak Dobriyal like this before. He will make you think of the sexy vampires from Twilight or The Vampire Diaries from the early 2010s with his long hair, kohl-rimmed eyes, and all-black clothing.

Ajay directed Bholaa, an official Hindi version of the 2019 Tamil smash Kaithi. A “one-man army, set in one night, against a variety of opponents in diverse shapes, human and otherwise,” is how it has been described. It is scheduled to be released in theaters on March 30, 2023, and features notable performances by Gajraj Rao, Sanjay Mishra, Raai Lakshmi, and Makrand Deshpande.

An ex-convict who decided to meet his daughter for the first time after being released from prison ended up getting caught up in a shootout between the police and the drug mafia in the original movie. Ajay’s fourth film under his own direction is Bholaa, following U, Me Aur Hum (2008), Shivaay (2016), and Runway 34 (2022).

Ajay not only thanked the pair but also singled out Suniel Shetty, who plays Anna, in the letter.

He tweeted the following:  “Congratulations to my dear friends @SunielVShetty & #ManaShetty for their daughter @theathiyashetty’s marriage to @klrahul. Here’s wishing the young couple a blissful married life. And, Anna, here’s a special shout-out to you on this auspicious occasion – Ajay”

The wedding of Athiya and Rahul will follow customary South Indian wedding traditions. Food will be presented to ceremony attendees on banana leaves.

Secret ceremonies are being held for their wedding. However, the sources were the only ones to understand that a cocktail party marked the start of their pre-wedding celebrations on January 21.

The pair held a mehendi and haldi ceremony on January 22. At Suniel Khandala Farm, the couple will finally exchange vows on January 23.

According to IndiaToday, Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will host a lavish celebration in Mumbai.

Ajay posted on Twitter on Monday morning: Ajay wrote,  “congratulations go out to @SunielVShetty and #ManaShetty on the marriage of their daughter @theathiyashetty to @klrahul. Let’s wish the young couple a happy marriage. And on this fortunate occasion, a special shout-out to Anna. Love. Ajay.” In addition, he posted an old photo of Athiya and KL Rahul together.

At Suniel Shetty’s Khandala farmhouse, where the wedding festivities had been going on for a few days, there was a lot of activity on Sunday night. On Sunday’s sangeet night, which was caught on camera distantly, partygoers can be seen dancing.
