LAHORE: Education Department Punjab has issued a revised notification of winter vocation and all schools in the province will observe vacations from December 23 instead of December 20

In the notification issued by the Education Department of Punjab, it has been said that the winter vocations in all the schools of Punjab will be from December 23 instead of 20.

According to the Punjab Education Department notification, the winter vacation will be from December 23 to January 10.

In Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, schools in the plains of KP will remain closed from December 22 to December 31, while schools in the mountainous areas of the province have been announced to remain closed from December 22 to February 28.

Similarly, winter vacations have started in the educational institutions of Balochistan from December 16. According to the Balochistan Education Department, schools, colleges and universities in 20 districts including Quetta have been closed.

According to the notification, the holidays in the cold areas of Quetta will continue till February 28, while a 10-day winter holiday has been announced in the warm areas.
