Kareena Kapoor Khan, a beloved and renowned actress in India, has captivated audiences with her outstanding acting for over three decades. Transitioning from predominantly theatrical films, the “3 Idiots” actress is stepping into the digital realm with her upcoming release, “Jaane Jaan” on Netflix. In an interview with Pinkvilla, conducted prior to the release of “Jaane Jaan,” Kareena Kapoor Khan, along with Vijay Varma, Jaideep Ahlawat, and Sujoy Ghosh, discussed her debut in the digital domain, the resurgence of the theatrical industry, her desire to revisit a particular film genre, and more.

During an exclusive interview with Himesh Mankad, Kareena was asked about the film genre she would like to explore again. She responded with a witty remark, stating, “As an actor, I want to revisit a good script again and again. I want to revisit a time when you are reading a script in your bedroom and you’re thinking, ‘Oh my God. I can’t wait to play the character.’ There’s no particular genre. I want to attempt; I mean I’m an actor and I just want to do everything.” Her response emphasized the significance of well-crafted film scripts in today’s entertainment landscape and the eagerness of actors to be part of projects featuring intricately developed characters.

Kareena also shared her reasons for choosing to work on “Jaane Jaan,” expressing her admiration for Sujoy Ghosh and her fondness for the thriller genre. Following the release of “Jaane Jaan,” Kareena is set to appear in “The Crew,” alongside Kriti Sanon, Tabu, and others. The film revolves around three industrious women entangled in a web of deception. Additionally, she has completed filming for an intense murder mystery directed by Hansal Mehta.

Despite not having appeared together on the silver screen, Katrina and Vicky have become one of the most well-known celebrity couples in the Hindi film industry. Their subtle displays of affection on social media and occasional public outings have consistently endeared them to their fans. In a recent interview, the accomplished actor referred to his beloved wife as his harshest critic.

The actor from “The Great Indian Family” opened up about his relationship with his superstar wife, describing her as a ‘straight shooter’ who never holds back her opinions. In a recent interview, Vicky Kaushal revealed, “Katrina is my biggest critic; she is the most brutally honest. My parents also provide me with honest feedback about what was good or bad, but they typically start with a gentle approach, like ‘See, everything was nice, but…'”

“But my wife is forthright. Katrina is a straight shooter. Even if it’s good, she expresses herself directly, and if she doesn’t like something, she is equally candid about it,” added the proud husband, acknowledging that it’s his wife who helps him stay grounded. Interestingly, during his interview with India Today.in, the “Sardar Udham” actor mentioned that he enjoys discussing work with Katrina Kaif. Nevertheless, both Vicky Kaushal and the actress from “Tiger 3” have always made sure that their script conversations remain ‘informal’ and don’t become too serious. The National award-winning actor stated, “We do discuss, but it’s not a very formal process. We casually chat about scripts or discuss how the shoot went. Our work-related conversations remain in that vein. We don’t want our home to feel like an office by delving too deeply into work.”

However, it’s worth noting that the much-adored celebrity couple has yet to sign their first film together. Fans of Vicky Kaushal and Katrina Kaif are eagerly anticipating their collaboration in a movie in the near future.

Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, and Vijay Sethupathi’s film “Jawan” has been setting box office records since its theatrical release, maintaining its historic performance even after 12 days. Directed by Atlee, the film features an ensemble cast including Ridhi Dogra, Sanya Malhotra, Aaliyah Qureishi, Priyamani, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, and more. Aaliyah, part of the film’s girl squad, was conspicuously absent from certain portions of the song “Zinda Banda,” and she has now revealed the reason behind her absence.

Speaking to a publication, Aaliyah explained that she had sustained an injury, which led to her absence from certain segments of the song. She described the incident, saying, “So, I had a small accident during the dance shoot. It sounds ridiculous, but while we were practicing, a dancer’s duffel bag slipped from her hand, went through the crack of the stair, and fell on my head. Atlee sir said you have a bump on your head, go home and rest.” She initially couldn’t walk for the first two days due to a severe headache, but on the third day, she took painkillers and returned to the set to dance alongside SRK in “Zinda Banda.”

“I took painkillers and rushed back. Dancing with Shah Rukh Khan is not an opportunity you get every day. It’s unfortunate that I missed being part of the beginning of the song,” she lamented.

Aaliyah also praised Shah Rukh Khan for his kindness and how he treated them as equals. “He made us feel like equals and taught us the importance of working with the same passion for years,” she said.

“Jawan” features an ensemble cast including Shah Rukh Khan, Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Sanya Malhotra, Sunil Grover, Ridhi Dogra, Lehar Khan, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya, Girija Oak, Aaliyah Qureishi, Eijaz Khan, Sangay Tsheltrim, with special appearances by Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Dutt.

“Jawan” is presented by Red Chillies Entertainment, directed by Atlee, produced by Gauri Khan, and co-produced by Gaurav Verma. The film had a worldwide theatrical release on September 7th, 2023, in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.

Mooroo, an early entrant into the YouTube scene in Pakistan, initially gained recognition for his comedic skits, the character Amanullah, and innovative music. However, Mooroo has now predominantly shifted his focus towards podcasts, where he conducts interviews with a wide array of guests, including prominent figures like Mahira Khan and Fahad Mustafa.

During a guest appearance on the show “Hasna Mana Hai,” Mooroo disclosed that he is currently prioritizing podcasting over other content creation. He also revealed that podcasts are more financially rewarding for him. Mooroo explained that if a lengthy video garners 1 million views, it can easily generate $4,000 in revenue. In contrast, a shorter video would yield around $300. This financial incentive, he noted, is a driving force behind the proliferation of podcasts on YouTube in recent times.
