Ariana Grande‘s speculated romantic interest, Ethan Slater, has filed for divorce from his wife Lilly Jay.

According to US Magazine, Ethan submitted the divorce paperwork on July 26 in New York. However, the reason for the divorce remains undisclosed. Reportedly, the Wicked actor began dating American singer Ariana following her rumored separation from her estranged husband Dalton Gomez, which led to the decision to end his marriage.

Anonymous sources informed US Magazine that, “Ariana and Ethan are dating; however, things are fairly new. Ariana and Dalton split in January, and Ethan is separated from his wife.”

“They have only recently begun seeing each other, but they have a lot of fun together and are enjoying each other’s company.”

Ethan and Ariana met while filming the adaptation of Wizard of Oz, where their connection became evident, and they couldn’t hide their feelings for each other on set.

Selena Gomez And Francia Raisa: The Lingering Feud

It appears that there is still some underlying resentment between former close friends Selena Gomez and Francia Raisa.

Francia and Selena had been friends since 2007 and were even roommates at one point. In 2017, Francia famously donated her kidney to Selena after her lupus necessitated an organ transplant.

However, the alleged feud began when Selena made a remark during a Rolling Stone interview in November 2022, stating that Taylor Swift was her “only friend in the industry.”

In response, Francia commented with a simple “interesting” on Instagram, which was later deleted. When a TikToker speculated about the drama, Selena defended herself by saying, “Sorry I didn’t mention every person I know.”

Recently, to quell the feud rumours, Selena shared a carousel of images with Francia on her Instagram to mark Raisa’s 35th birthday. The pictures show them looking close, smiling, and toasting with champagne flutes, as well as posing together at formal events.

After the conclusion of the show’s sixth season on April 3, 2022, fans were anticipating a film continuation as announced by the show’s creator, Steven Wright. Instead of a seventh season, he offered hope by revealing plans for a Peaky Blinders film, stating, “We are in development. It’s a fully formed idea, and it has a beginning, middle, and end. And I think it’s going to be a fitting conclusion to the story.”

Recently, Murphy addressed the production status of the Peaky Blinders film in an interview. He shared that he is waiting to hear from the creators but acknowledged the current challenges in the industry due to ongoing strikes.

He stated, “I have no update for you, man. I’m waiting to hear, but it’s a tricky time with all these strikes and everything going on. I’ve always said that if there’s more story to tell, I’d be there.”

Adnan Siddiqui Talks About The Airing Of MPTH In India

Acclaimed actor Adnan Siddiqui recently had a conversation with an Indian publication, where he discussed the factors that contribute to the widespread appeal of Pakistani dramas, the impact of the India-Pakistan divide on artists, and the popularity of his hit show, Meray Paas Tum Ho, airing in India.

When asked about his feelings regarding the show being broadcasted in India, Siddiqui expressed, “It feels like someone is going to watch it in my neighbouring country as well! It already has that fame, where it has gone across the border. It will be a good recall for people to watch the show again. Now it is officially going to be with Zindagi, which will be different as earlier they would be watching the show on different platforms like YouTube.”

Reflecting on the fan-following of Pakistani shows in India, Siddiqui shared a personal experience during the filming of the movie “Mom” in 2017. He narrated, “I went to eat somewhere in old Delhi. Boney Kapoor (producer of Mom) told me that I should go with security because people may know me, but I thought who would know me here? So, I went to that place and the kind of fan following I received was a great shock for me. I couldn’t believe my eyes. I had to call Boney to get me some security, to get out of there. I have always mentioned that our TV shows are like Bollywood films, and our films are like Indian TV shows,” remarked the actor.

Regarding the distinctive essence of Pakistani dramas, Siddiqui responded, “I can pose the same question to you – how are Indian movies so well made? Why is the romance and everything so perfect? I guess, our forte is TV, which is the biggest medium in Pakistan. We have bigger writers and actors than films. In the early 70s and 80s, our shows were known all over the world. Our shows are watched in India and Indian movies are watched here. Indian actors are household names in Pakistan. I think my simple answer would be that we have been trained in such a way, that we are automatically bound to some classical shows.”

Previously, Adnan Siddiqui worked in the Indian movie ‘Mom’ alongside veteran actress late Sri Devi and Pakistani actress Sajal Aly. He has also worked on a Hollywood project ‘A Mighty Heart’ alongside Indian actor late Irfan Khan.

Adnan Siddiqui Talks About Unfair Ban On Pakistani Artists In India

During an interview with an Indian publication, Famous Pakistani actor, Adnan Siddiqui talked about the unfair nature of the ban on Pakistani artists in India. Finally, when asked about the depiction of Pakistani in Indian media, Siddiqui replied, ‘Just to be more friendly, that’s about it. About acceptance… But then again, I am sure what is being made there, people are enjoying that. After all, in the end, it is a business. So, if it is working for those production houses, then why not, I don’t blame them. It is up to the audience, what they accept or don’t.’
