n an exclusive interview with the publication, Bale while talking about the incubation process said: “… it was just so much bloody fun sitting with David throughout this, but he’s the ideas man. He’s just nudging me in the direction and asking me to flesh him out on this or that…”

This will be David’s first film in seven years which is why he was focused on delivering a memorable character. “We wanted to create a magical experience of love and personalities that are singular, starting with a singular personality that’s worthy of being my muse. I wanted to make something worthy of him. And then it was about Christian and I, meeting several times a week in a diner, for a long time. First it was a…”

“Of all the things we’ve done together, this is the most we’ve gone into how do you deal with life and how do you face your own issues. There were these men in the diner, veterans because this was not far from the VA. They have trauma, but the five of them were there every day, just eating breakfast,” told Russell.

Bale went through several bodily modifications while conceptualising for this film. He ordered in accordance with what was expected of him.

“I varied from having a lot of coffee to having like 16 eggs and three bowls of rice. We did take pictures of me and Dave during the course of breakfast together and I got to tell you, whoa baby,” added Bale.

Brie Larson is all set to debut in the Fast & Furious franchise

Brie Larson
  • Brie Larson’s character’s name has been revealed.
  • The actor posted a photo on Twitter of her character’s identity. Fast X will be released in 2023.
  • It will be Larson’s debut in the Fast and Furious franchise.

Brie Larson is scheduled to make her debut in the Fast and Furious franchise. While her part remains shrouded in mystery, her character’s name has been disclosed. Its Tess

While on the set for Fast X, Larson posted a couple of photos on Twitter where the actor can be seen excitedly pointing at a sign with her much-awaited character name. In the second photo, she showed off a pair of black high heels pushed up on a chair emblazoned with the name ‘Tess.’ For good measure, she tagged the photo “Name reveal” just in case there was any doubt.

According to The Collider, the film’s cast has been teasing fans about what to expect from Larson’s character. However, details have largely been kept tightly under the hood. The series’ lead actor Vin Diesel appeared to suggest Tess would not be joining the Dominic Toretto family any time soon. In an Instagram post shared in April, Diesel said: “Clearly there is love and laughter in this image. What you don’t see, however, is the character you will be introduced to in Fast 10.” He went on to add that her role will “add something you might not have expected but yearned for.”

Larson’s role might be a friend or a foe, but we won’t know until the film is out. Fast X will be released in theatres on May 19, 2023.

Mel C opens up about her sexual assault

Mel C
  • Melanie Chisholm opened up about a sexual assault she had just before the Spice Girls’ debut concert.
  • She was sexually assaulted by a massage therapist in Istanbul, Turkey.
  • The singer stayed at the hotel the night before the performance. Described her experience as a ‘mild version’ of sexual assault.

Mel C stayed at the hotel the night before the girl group’s performance.

Melanie Chisholm, also known as Mel-C/Sporty Spice of the renowned ’90s girl group Spice Girls, recently opened up about a sexual assault she had just before the Spice Girls’ debut concert in 1997.

In her new biography, the singer discusses her sexual assault. According to The Hollywood Reporter, she revealed that she was sexually assaulted by a massage therapist in Istanbul, Turkey, prior to the group’s first live performance. Mel C stayed at the hotel the night before the girl group’s performance.

Chisholm revealed the specifics of the incident in an interview with Elizabeth Day’s How to Fail podcast ahead of the September 15 release of her forthcoming biography Who I Am.

“We were in Istanbul. We did two shows over there and we’d never done a full-length concert before, so obviously we’d rehearsed for weeks ahead, costume fittings, makeup, hair, everything was leading towards the pinnacle of everything I ever wanted to do, and ever wanted to be,” Chisholm recalled. “What drives me is being on stage, being a performer, so here we were, the eve of the first-ever Spice Girls show, so I treat myself to a massage in the hotel.”

“And what happened to me — I kind of buried, immediately, because there were other things to focus on. I didn’t want to make a fuss but also I didn’t have time to deal with it.” She added that because she “didn’t deal with it at the time,” she has since realised that that allowed for that night to be “buried for years and years and years.”

She said that the she didn’t think about the incident until writing about it for her memoir: “It came to me in a dream, or I kind of woke up and it was in my mind. And I was like, ‘Oh, my gosh, I haven’t even thought about having that in the book.’ Then, of course, I had to think, ‘Well, do I want to reveal this?’ And I just thought, actually, I think it’s really important for me to say it, and to finally deal with it and process it.”

“Terrible things happen all the time and this situation wasn’t as bad as it could’ve been,” she said. Though she didn’t share further details of the assault, she described her experience as a ‘mild version’ of sexual assault. “But I felt violated. I felt very vulnerable. I felt embarrassed. And then I felt unsure — have I got this right? What’s going on? I was in an environment where you take your clothes off with this professional person.”

Chisholm went on to say that there were “so many thoughts and feelings” about that moment in her life, but she ultimately wanted to share and talk about it because of the impact it had on her: “It has affected me. But I’d buried it, and I’m sure…lots of people do.”
