Clarifying her joke regarding social media and mental health, Amy Schumer. In a video posted on Sunday on her Instagram, the comedian, 41, said: “I’ve made the decision to use social media more for my own mental health. I’ve discovered that staring at my phone for eight and a half hours a day helps both myself and the breakout and pimple patch.”

“And being in my 40s, it’s actually nice for me to watch all of Love Island and all of The Bachelor, whether in paradise or just regular mansions,” she stated in the video. As a result, you’ll see a lot more of me on social media for my own physical and mental health.”

Tom Holland, who plays Peter Parker in Spider-Man: No Way Home, announced on his own Instagram the day before Schumer’s funny post that he is “taking a vacation from social media for my mental health.” The 26-year-old urged his followers to “start talking about mental health” and said he wants to “shed a light” on Stem4, a charity for teen mental health that he sponsors in the UK.

Schumer explained on her Instagram Story on Tuesday that she wasn’t making fun of Holland; rather, she was just making fun of herself and her own use of social media.

The Home Town hosts will be in “A Christmas Open House,” which is HGTV’s first scripted Christmas movie.

The HGTV stars will play Henry and Sarah Wright in the movie, which will be shown for the first time on Discovery+ in November. A press release from Discovery says that the characters, like their real-life counterparts, value the traditions of living in a small town and are experts at fixing up homes in the area.

Katie Stevens and Victor Rasuk will play the leads, and the Napiers will also be in the movie. The press release says that Stevens plays Melissa Norwood, an ambitious property stager in Atlanta who works with her old high school crush, David Phelps (Rasuk), to sell her mom’s newly married home in their small Georgia hometown. “The two of them work together to fix up the house before some wealthy potential buyers come to see it on Christmas Eve.”

The description also explains what Henry and Sarah Napier do: “Henry is a master woodworker and custom furniture builder, and Sarah is an artist who knows a lot about color and making design choices that change things.”
