As they attended the commencement ceremony on Sunday, the pair sent poignant tributes to their son on their individual social media accounts.

The Terminal actor took to Instagram to post a photo from the ceremony in which she embraced her son, who looked dashing in his graduation cap and gown.

“Graduation congratulations to my boy, my pride, my joy, Dylan,” the 52-year-old star captioned the photo.

She added, “I am inexplicably proud of you and I love you beyond words.”

 

In the comment section, Viola Davis send wishes to the mother of two on her happy moment as she wrote, “Congratulations.”

She dropped a picture of Dylan in her stories followed by another in which he posed with his sister Carys.

Ruby Barker, of Bridgerton fame, recently stated on social media that she had been released from hospital following a “mental health struggle.”

The 25-year-old took to Instagram on Monday to share a touching video of herself speaking from a pool at a nature retreat.

Although Barker previously admitted to “feeling terribly sick since participating in the series,” the actress, who plays Marina Thompson in season one of the famous series, informed her fans that she is “doing good for herself.”

In a candid video, the actress mentioned, “I am in a beautiful environment right now to take some time to myself and relax and breathe.”

She went on to add, “Getting outdoors, going for walks, speaking to loved ones, trying not to ostracise yourself, that’s a really big step.”

Barker said that if she had to give her younger self any advice, it would be “not all doom and gloom even when you hit rock bottom”.

“Anyone who is in a dark place right now I just want you to know I see you; I feel you, okay, but find funny and flip that coin,” stated the actress.

Meanwhile, captioning the video, she wrote, “I have been discharged from hospital! Thank you so much for the support, I can’t wait for the future and I feel as if I’ve came out the other side.”

She also added, “Thank you everyone, have a blessed day take care of yourselves, don’t be afraid to check in with your loved ones.”
