Millie Bobby Brown, a British actress, was hounded by a fan who reportedly lied in order to get into the production of her next film in London.

Millie, who rose to stardom as Eleven in the Netflix sci-fi drama series Stranger Things, was apparently filming for her upcoming Netflix feature Damsel when the accused stalker made his way onto the set.

On May 16, suspect Damian Martin, 26, was charged with “acts related with stalking” at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court.

Martin was accused by the jury of lying to Millie’s security in order to get close to her. According to court records, ‘Martin has twice attended filming places where Millie is present, recording for Netflix and a live podcast.’

The Sun said that ‘Martin presented fake information to security officers at each site in an attempt to get entry to the venues and establish contact with Brown for unexplained reasons.’

The Enola Holmes actress’s crew was notified, and the intrusion was later reported to the police.

Martin is now prohibited from contacting Millie or her family, visiting locations where she may be, capturing still or moving photographs of her, or “following or waiting” for her, according to an interim injunction.

Furthermore, Millie’s Stranger Things 4 Part 1 is currently available on Netflix.
