A man wearing a teddy bear outfit was arrested by the Railway Protection Force (RPF) in Uttar Pradesh’s Gorakhpur for dancing at a railway crossing. A video of the act had also gone viral on social media. According to the RPF, the video of the man’s act was shot by bystanders on Sunday evening, when he jumped a manned level crossing as express and freight trains were passing by.

Senior commandant of the North Eastern Railway (NER), Chandra Mohan Mishra, stated, “The individual not only broke railroad rules but also put his life in danger. Sub-inspector Deepak of the RPF post at Gorakhpur Cantt Railway Station located in Uttar Pradesh made the arrest.

Sunil Kumar, 22, a Yellow Teddy Bear Professional Mascot for birthday parties, events, and celebrations, has been recognised as the individual who was arrested. The offender was charged under Section 145 of the Railway Act and is a resident of Kundaghat under the Shahpur police station (nuisance).

Teddy Godfather is the name of his Instagram and YouTube channels. Performing as a teddy bear at children’s birthday parties, fairs, and public parks, according to Kumar, is how he makes a living.
