Avantika Malik, the alienated spouse of previous entertainer Imran Khan, has ignited separate from tales with her new post. Avantika re-posted a video of singer Miley Cyrus dancing to one of her songs to her Instagram Stories. On the clip, the phrase “that divorce was the best thing for her” was written. Avantika wrote, “Not only her…#justsaying” on her second post about it.

“Imran Khan and Avantika Malik have finalised their divorce?” was the caption of a screenshot that was posted by Avantika on Reddit. “It’s better to part ways than be bitter for the rest of your life,” one person said. “I thought they divorced a year or two back,” one comment read. Another person wrote, “I always believe that anyone who posts shady s*** about their former, separated, or divorced partners on social media is intolerable.”

Imran Khan made a rare public appearance holding hands with actor Lekha Washington just over a month prior to Avantika’s post. In February, Imran, the nephew of Aamir Khan, was seen in Mumbai with Lekha, which sparked dating rumors. In 2013, the two had collaborated on Vishal Bhardwa’s film Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola.

Imran and Avantika got married in 2011. Imara, their daughter, is their daughter. In 2019, there were rumors that they were breaking up, but neither Imran nor Avantika commented on the rumors. Imran and Avantika were said to have decided to split up last year.

Avantika has also posted Instagram posts hinting at her personal life in the past. She had written a post in 2021 about being “stuck” and finding solace in “darkest nights.” In 2020, Avantika had reposted a message about marriage and separation, and called it a ‘truth bomb’. She had written that she was “healing” in a previous post.

Vandana, Avantika’s mother, had refuted the separation rumors when they first surfaced in 2019. “We all read the news, and let me tell you that there is no such thing,” she had stated to In.com. Nevertheless, there are differences that will be resolved.

Imran made his acting introduction with the 2008 film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na. Additionally, he has appeared in numerous films, including Delhi Belly, Mere Brother Ki Dulhan, and I Hate Love Stories. In 2015’s Katti Batti, he was last seen.
