Alia posted a series of old photos of her with Ranbir from their wedding and other special occasions on social media.

The “Darlings” star wrote in the caption: “my love.. my best friend.. my happiest place.. as you read this caption from your secret account sitting right next to me .. 😬😬 all I’d like to say is.. happy birthday baby… you make it ALL magical ♾️✨♥️”

Alia kissing Ranbir’s cheek, her posing with his lucky number 8, and vintage photos from their mehendi wedding were among the images from the album.

As ‘Darlings’ completed one year of its release, Alia took to her official Instagram handle to share a special video.
Alia compiled cherished moments with the cast and crew of ‘Darlings’ from the film’s sets.

Bollywood sensation Alia Bhatt has not only made a mark as an outstanding actress but also ventured into the world of production. In 2022, she debuted as a producer with the Netflix movie ‘Darlings,’ directed by Jasmeet K Reen, which became a massive hit and garnered rave reviews from audiences. As ‘Darlings’ completed one year of its release, Alia took to her official Instagram handle to share a special video commemorating the occasion.

In the heartwarming video, Alia compiled cherished moments with the cast and crew of ‘Darlings’ from the film’s sets. The BTS footage showcased the camaraderie between Alia Bhatt and her talented co-stars, Vijay Varma, Shefali Shah, and Roshan Mathew, during reading sessions, rehearsals, and shooting. The compilation also featured some delightful blooper videos captured during the filming process.

The video offered glimpses of the strong bond shared by the entire cast and crew while making the dark comedy film. ‘Darlings’ revolves around the theme of an abusive marriage, marking Alia Bhatt’s first collaboration with director Jasmeet K Reen. She portrayed the character of Badrunnisa Shaikh (Badru), a young woman facing domestic abuse from her alcoholic husband, Hamsa Shaikh, essayed by Vijay Varma. Shefali Shah portrayed the role of Badru’s mother, Shamsu, while Roshan Mathew played their friend, Zulfi.

The film also features talented actors like Vijay Maurya, Rajesh Sharma, Kiran Karmakar, and Santhosh Juvekar in supporting roles. Jointly produced by Alia Bhatt, Gauri Khan, and Gaurav Verma, under the banners of Eternal Sunshine Productions and Red Chillies Entertainment, ‘Darlings’ proved to be a remarkable milestone in Alia’s journey as a producer.

During the Zee Cine Awards on Sunday, Alia Bhatt stunned in an olive-green gown. Her three films, Gangubai Kathiawadi, Darlings, and Brahmastra, all took home awards in various categories. For her work in the movie Gangubai Kathiawadi, she was also given the Best Actress award. Afterwards, Alia also complimented Ranbir Kapoor for taking a photo of her at home with her “Best Actor” award.

For the occasion, Alia Bhatt wore an olive green gown with full sleeves and a thigh-high slit. She wore little makeup and completed the appearance with a neckpiece made of emeralds and diamonds.

Afterwards, Alia shared some photos from the event and a photo of herself smiling with her prize after returning home on Instagram Stories. After returning home, Alia posted a photo of herself with her “Best Actor” award and captioned it, “Special mention to my husband for patiently snapping my picture at 2 am.”

She also uploaded a photo of herself seated next to Brahmastra’s Ayan Mukerji and Pritam in front of the awards the pair received for the movie. Alia wrote, “With the men of the moment,” beside a photo she posted of herself posing with Kartik Aaryan, Anupam Kher, and director Vivek Agnihotri. Kartik and Anupam Kher may also be seen posing with her while holding their awards.

It’s a beautiful night for team Darlings, Alia captioned a different image she took during the event with Darlings director Jasmeet K. Reen. Thank you so much.

The year 2022, which was the busiest for Alia, saw the release of four of her movies. Her Brahmastra co-star Ranbir Kapoor and her were married in April, and their daughter Raha Kapoor was born in November. She made her co-producing debut with the film Darlings, in which she gave yet another dramatic performance as a victim of domestic abuse. She also played a supporting part in the Oscar-bound film RRR directed by SS Rajamouli.

We are very proud and happy how the film has shaped up and we hope it will entertain and engage audiences world over,” the actor said in a statement.

Alia is pregnant with Ranbir Kapoor’s first child. She announced her pregnancy with an ultrasound photo. Ranbir sat by her side as a scan played on the monitor. Alia wrote, “Our baby coming soon.” She uploaded a lion, lioness, and cub photo.
