FM Qureshi Advises Maryam To Fully Obey NAB Instead Of Yelling

FM Qureshi Maryam Nawaz

Following PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz’s appearance before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on March 26, Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi advised her to stop yelling and cooperate with the institution.

Taking to his Twitter, FM Qureshi said that it will be better for Maryam Nawaz if she fully obeys the NAB’s law and answer its questions rather than yelling and protesting.

He wrote, “Protesting and shouting at the NAB’s call is useless and incomprehensible. Maryam, while obeying the law, should answer the NAB’s questions instead of getting confused.”

“Maryam Sounded Like A Person Devoid Of Intellect Yesterday”

Earlier, Minister for Information and Broadcasting Senator Shibli Faraz lambasts at PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz over recent remarks about the National Accountability Burea (NAB) and her innocence.

Shibli Faraz said that the incumbent PTI government will never leave those corrupts easily who looted the country.

He said, “PDM is working on the agenda of protecting their personal interests at the cost of violating the law.”

The minister further claimed that the government will ensure a law and order situation during Maryam’s appearance before NAB.

“This attitude is extremely dangerous,” he said.

“Maryam Nawaz’s tone at the convention yesterday was disappointing. She sounded like a person devoid of intellect,” added the Information minister.

“Opposition parties are exhibiting the same behaviour of past when they used to take law in hands but they shouldn’t forget this is Naya Pakistan where no one is above the law,” he added.

NAB Is Mistaken If It Believes It Will Scare Me, Maryam Nawaz

She said NAB is mistaken if it believes it will scare her. “I lived in a death cell by myself,” added the leader.

“I am not like Imran Khan with an armed police guard standing outside for a getaway by climbing over the wall,” Maryam said.
