ISLAMABAD: Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Immigration arrested three suspects allegedly involved in smuggling of girls to China in the name of marriage during operation at Islamabad International Airport.

According to the FIA ​​spokesman, the suspects were traveling to China via a foreign flight, the arrested suspects were identified as Shoghi, Abdul Rehman and Noman, and a girl victim was also arrested during the raid.

According to the FIA ​​spokesman, the suspects tried to smuggle the victim to China in the name of marriage, including several women in the gang involved in marrying Pakistani girls with Chinese.

The spokesman said the suspects used to persuade girls to marry Chinese citizens. The suspects prepare documents with the help of Abdul Rahman and Noman Chinese agent Powell. The Powell arranged  Chinese client for huge sums.

According to the spokesman of the FIA, the suspects were facilitating Pakistani girls’ travel documents and other facilities. The accused had fixed the case for Rs one million with the mother of the victim, the accused paid Rs 150,000 to the victim’s mother, the accused also made a stamp paper to borrow Rs one million from the victim.
