Princess Isabella of Denmark received her confirmation at Fredensborg Palace Church over the weekend. The 15-year-old princess wore a white blazer and matching trousers for the special event, which she borrowed from her mother Princess Mary’s royal wardrobe.
Princess Mary wore the attire on a 2017 visit to Stockholm, where she spent time with Sweden’s Princess Victoria and Prince Daniel, and on her 50th birthday on February 5.
Princess Isabella wore a different brooch than her mother with the attire, which was a small adjustment. The diamond, pearl, and pink pearl brooch, which previously belonged to Queen Alexandrine, was given to Isabella by her grandmother Queen Margrethe on her Christening day in 2007.

Princess Josephine wore a pink outfit for the confirmation that had previously been worn by her older sister Isabella, in keeping with the family fashion swaps.
Princess Mary wore a long-sleeved coral dress with a netting-detailed headpiece and beige heels to the event. In blue suits and ties, the family’s men — Prince Frederik, 53, Prince Christian, 16, and Prince Vincent, 11 — looked dapper.
Both Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle have worn white suits in recent weeks, indicating that Princess Isabella’s design choice is a popular one among royal women.
Shortly after the ceremony, official photos were taken at Fredensborg Castle’s Garden Hall.
