ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court(IHC) allowed former federal minister Fawad Chaudhry to go abroad.
Islamabad High Court Chief Justice Aamer Farooq heard the request of Fawad Chaudhry for permission to go abroad.
The court ordered the former minister’s name to be temporarily removed from the passport control list for two weeks and said that Fawad Chaudhry can go abroad from August 10 to 24.
On the other hand, speaking to the media outside the court, Fawad Chaudhry said that it has been more than a year and still are running for bails. He said “ If you get out in one case, you are arrested in the next, our prosecution branch has been completely destroyed”.
He said that the state structure stands on the institutions which are being destroyed. He said there is a need to reduce bitterness and resume talk.
