Riva Arora, a young performer who has gained attention for her collaborations with Mika Singh and Karan Kundra, has now retaliated against her haters. Many believed Riva was 12 years old when her video with Karan went viral online and criticized her for appearing with an older man.
Riva said to DNA in response to individuals who had attacked her and questioned her age, “What do I even say to that? To those who have doubts about my age or what I am doing, I have nothing to say. I have enough affection in my life from the people around me.
“That love I am receiving has overcome all the bad,” she continued. I’ve come to understand that people’s affection and support for me are on a different level. I am simply considering the love of others. Why should I pay attention to anything else?
Riva Arora, who has a sizable Instagram following of 97 lakh, frequently posts video collaborations with other artists and occasionally casts adult male actors in love songs for the brief videos. Many internet users attacked the actors and Riva’s parents for permitting such cooperation in October of last year. Her mother Nisha had confirmed after the controversy over Riva’s video with Karan that she is 16, not 12, and that the video was not indecent.
Riva’s mother had stated in her post for clarification, “The claims about my daughter’s age are wholly untrue, and numerous reputable social media channels have demonstrated that fake news spreads more quickly than before. It makes me sad to see and discouraged. Before uploading to reputable pages, you should at the very least have double-checked with me. My daughter has been acting professionally for many years.”
Before these videos, Riva had appeared in supporting roles in movies starring Vicky Kaushal, Gunjan Saxena, and others. The Queen of Jhansi, Manikarnika, and The Kargil Girl Additionally, she appeared in the online series Bandish Bandits. The 2018 movie Mom, starring Sridevi and Mard Ko Dard Nahi Hota, also included Riva.
