Eight died, 21 injured in raod accidents in Balochistan

12 injured in Jamshoro multiple-vehicle-collision

QUETTA: At least 8 people died and many were injured in separate traffic accidents in Zhob and Lasbela areas of Balochistan.

6 people were killed and 7 others injured as a result of a collision between a car and a tractor near Zhob.

According to Levies officials, 7 injured in the accident have been shifted to the hospital where they are undergoing treatment.

On the other hand, 2 people were killed and 14 people were injured as a result of a collision between a coach and a truck at Zero Point in Lasbela District.

According to rescue sources, the injured have been shifted to the District Headquarters Hospital Uthal.

Lasbeela: As many as 41 people were killed while three sustained injuries after a passenger coach lost control and plunged into a gorge near Lasbela.

The passenger bus with at least 48 on board was on its way to Karachi from Quetta when it fell into a ravine and caught fire.

The bodies and injured were moved to Lasbela Civil Hospital.

Assistant Commissioner Bela said 41 bodies have been retrieved from the gorge while three injured were recovered. He said most of the bodies were badly burnt in the incident.

The rescue operation is underway.

It should be noted that at least 41 people were killed and many others injured when a passenger coach fell into a ditch in the Bela area of ​​the Lasbela district of Balochistan near Chenki stop.

According to rescue sources, the passenger bus collided with the pillar of the bridge and fell into the gorge, the accident happened due to high speed.

Rescue sources said that the passenger coach caught fire after falling into the ditch, during the rescue operations, the bodies of 39 people were taken out and shifted to the hospital.

Assistant Commissioner Bela Hamza Anjum while talking to Bol News said that the bodies have been removed from the accident site so far and three injured have been shifted to the hospital.
