However, there is no evidence to support these claims. Momoa has made no public statements about leaving the U.S. or exiting the Minecraft movie, which is currently in post-production and slated for release in 2025. The film’s social media accounts and Warner Bros. have not released any such announcements.

Momoa has continued to share posts about the project, including on Instagram as recently as November 19, 2024. The actor, who has previously expressed support for President Joe Biden, did not publicly endorse any candidate in the 2024 election.

This incident follows a pattern of misleading rumors that have targeted celebrities such as Taylor Swift and Beyoncé after the election, falsely claiming they were boycotting “red states” or political outcomes. There is no indication that Momoa has made any decisions to leave the U.S. or quit his movie role.

Primarily, the teaser of Aquaman 2 serves as an announcement for the upcoming official trailer, scheduled to debut on Thursday.

The film’s initial promotional efforts were notably delayed due to controversy stemming from the public legal battle between former spouses Johnny Depp and Amber Heard last year. This led to speculation about Heard’s casting, with rumors suggesting that the studio was considering recasting her role.

Some fans have raised questions regarding DC’s promotional budget, with reports suggesting that the studio is bracing for the film to underperform and, consequently, has limited its marketing efforts.

One fan commented on the trailer, stating, “Because they know it’s bad, they know it’ll lose money, and they aren’t putting a marketing budget behind it at all.” However, some industry insiders have challenged these claims, with KC Walsh of The GWW noting, “I don’t think so; the budget has got to be over 200 million at this point.”

Slumberland, the next Jason Momoa film, has been given a sneak preview by Netflix at its most recent TUDUM event.

A loose version of the beloved Little Nemo in Slumberland, Slumberland deviates significantly from the comic book source material.

The story revolves around a young girl named Nemo who finds a hidden map to the surreal kingdom of Slumberland. After falling asleep, she wakes up in the mystical world of the subconscious, where she meets Flip, a bizarre rogue in the realm.

She can navigate dreams and escape horrors with Flip’s assistance in the hope that she may one day be able to see her deceased father again.

Marlow Barkley, who plays the young Nemo, co-stars with Momoa. Chris O’Dowd, Kyle Chandler, Weruche Opia, India de Beaufort, and Humberly Gonzalez are also featured in the cast.

At the event, Barkley shared about their characters. “In the movie, Nemo’s relationship with Flip starts off rocky because he doesn’t want her to be there, but she hangs on to this connection with Flip because she thinks he can help her find her dad.”

With her relationship with Momoa on-set, she added. “He made me feel so welcomed. We would joke around on set, racing each other and singing funny songs. He made me feel like we had known each other for years.”

Momoa enthusiastically declared in the caption that Hawaiian Airlines will once more carry his water bottle brand to reduce the usage of single-use plastics. In 2022, he introduced his own line of Mananalu Pure Water aluminum-bottled water.

The Dune actor previously uploaded a video to Instagram showing him getting his long hair cut, chopped, and nearly completely shaved by a close friend. Fans were in utter shock and awe. According to the actor, he did it to raise awareness against the use of single-use plastics.

“We need to cut single use plastics out of our lives and out of our seas. Plastic bottles, plastic bags, packaging, utensils all of it,” wrote Momoa on IG.

“It goes into our land, goes into our ocean. I’m just seeing some things in our ocean that are so sad, so please, anything you do to eliminate single-use plastics in your lives – help me,” he added.

The actor has revealed who he will be portraying in this world of car-centric heists and world-saving after things didn’t work out for him to play the brother of Dwayne Johnson’s Luke Hobbs in Hobbs & Shaw, claims CinemaBlend. Momoa is reportedly getting ready to participate in Fast & Furious 10.

TikTok user @livinglikekylee shared a video sent by their aunt of Momoa performing flight attendant duties. “When Jason Momoa is your flight attendant,” the video captioned.

The Game of Thrones actor, 43, also documented the special occasion on his Instagram page, explaining that the brand’s goal is to eliminate single-use plastic.

“Drink one, remove one – For every bottle of Mananalu sold, we remove one plastic bottle from the ocean. We have removed 3 MILLION plastic bottles from the ocean this year. Don’t stop making waves to save our beautiful planet (sic),” wrote Momoa.

Momoa will be next seen in films Aquaman And The Lost Kingdom and Fast X. He will also be seen in the unscripted docuseries for Warner Bros Discoveries titled On The Roam.

Jason Momoa survives a head-on collision with a motorcyclist

Sunday’s story stated that Jason Momoa collided head-on with a motorcyclist on a route outside Los Angeles over the weekend, but no one was seriously harmed. According to TMZ, the collision occurred when the biker entered the Aquaman actor’s lane and collided with the front left side of his Oldsmobile. The actor was however unharmed.

According to the report, the motorcyclist sustained minor injuries after colliding with Momoa’s windshield. According to TMZ, Momoa was travelling on Old Topanga Canyon Road near Calabasas on Sunday. A collision occurred during his drive when a cyclist heading in the opposite direction collided with him as he rounded a curve.

Fortunately, the motorcyclist was able to land on his feet after rebounding off Momoa’s windshield and clearing the hood of his car and landing on the other side of the crash. As previously said, it appears the rider was left standing following the crash. The injured rider was carried to the hospital with minor injuries, including a bruised leg and a sprained thumb, following the collision.

Jason will next appear in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, which is scheduled for release in March 2023. Also returning for a third season is the actor’s AppleTV+ series See. The identical trailer was posted over the weekend in anticipation of the show’s comeback next month. In this season of the series, the actor’s character will be seen fighting for his family.
