Pakistan records over 3,000 new coronavirus cases

Pakistan COVID-19: Cases Drops To Less Than Thousand After Four Months

In the last 24 hours, Pakistan has recorded 3,097 new coronavirus cases, taking the tally of infections to 511,921.

According to the latest update by the National Command and Operation Center (NCOC), 41,574 samples were tested out of which 3,097 came out positive.

The last time when Pakistan witnesses more than 3,000 corona positive patients in a single day was on December 19, 2020.

Over the past 24 hours, 16 people succumbed to the deadly virus taking the death toll to 10,818.

There are 33,869 active COVID-19 cases and 2,284 patients have recovered so farm, taking the number of recovered patients to 467,234.

, Sindh has reported 230,718 cases, Punjab 147,292, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 62,377, Balochistan 18,488, Islamabad 39,624, Azad Jammu and Kashmir 8,540, and Gilgit Baltistan 4,882.
