Aaliya Siddiqui, the estranged wife of renowned actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, recently took to Instagram to share a heartwarming video capturing a beautiful moment of Nawazuddin spending quality time with their children. This comes after earlier accusations of extortion and disputes surrounding their children.

In the video, Nawazuddin is seen affectionately interacting with their kids, kissing his daughter Shora and hugging his son Yaani. Aaliya can also be glimpsed sitting with her son in the background. In her Instagram caption, the former Bigg Boss OTT 2 contestant expressed her immense gratitude to the universe for Nawazuddin spending two full months with their children, making them feel loved and complete.

The video garnered a lot of love from netizens, with many expressing support and sending positive messages to Aaliya. Despite going through a difficult time in the past, she seemed to have found new happiness as she revealed being in a new relationship during an interview with ETimes. Aaliya Siddiqui, Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s wife, claimed in a video posted on Instagram on Friday that the actor had filed a custody dispute against her in an effort to “take” their children from her. She added that she had reported the actor for rape with “evidence.” In the video, Aaliya sobbed while talking about her kids and accusing Nawazuddin of “misusing his influence” to “take” them. She claimed that because the actor was never involved in their upbringing, they didn’t even understand what a father was.

Daughter Shora and boy Yaani are the children of the divorcing couple. “Jisne na kabhi bacho ko mehsoos hi nahi kiya, na pet me aur na hone ke baad mehsoos kiya… usko yeh nahi pata bache kaise bade ho gaye… isko kuch nahi pata, woh bacho ko mujhse This man has never been a father to our children, either before or after their birth. Aaliya refrained from crying as she accused Nawazuddin of attempting to kidnap her kids, saying, “Mujhse bache cheen ke kahan rakhega unhe? Tum apne paise se kitne logo ko khareed lo, mere bache nahi cheen sakte tum mujhse? How are you today, my reader? You can buy people with your money, but you cannot steal my children, says the proverbial “mere bacho ko toh pata bhi nahi baap kya hota hai.” How will you store them? Will they stay by your side? They have no idea what a father is, anyway.”

In Hindi, she said in her description regarding Nawazuddin and his family “a talented actor who frequently aspires to being a kind person! This man remains silent as a callous mother refers to my defenseless child as being not legally mine. Yesterday, a rape report (with by documentation) was made at the Versova police station. I will not, under any circumstances, allow my helpless kids to fall into their callous hands.”

Nawazuddin and his family “ensured no food or restroom is given to his client,” according to Aaliya’s attorney, who made the claim last month. However, the attorney for Nawazuddin also asserted that Aaliya was still wed to her first spouse, Vinay Bhargav.

Actress Kangana Ranaut responded to a recent video that film producer and wife of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Aaliya Siddiqui, tweeted showing the couple arguing verbally. Aaliya posted the article on her social media channel, and Kangana reposted it on Instagram Stories. Kangana expressed sympathy for Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who was the victim of Aaliya’s degrading behaviour.

Kangana penned: “It says, “Itna dukk ho raha hai yeh sab dekh ke…” “Nawaz Saab ko unke ghar ke bahar aise baizzat kiya ja raha hai…” “Unhone apna sab kuch family ko de diya,” “Kai saal rent pe rahe rickshaw mein TWS All of these appear dejected. Nawazuddin spoke with Aaliya while standing outside the bungalow’s gate in the video that she posted on her Instagram page. The actor is currently a hotel guest. Aaliyah reportedly began having issues with Nawazuddin after she brought her kids back to Mumbai from Dubai.

According to the police, Aaliyah and Mehrunisa Siddiqui, Nawazuddin’s mother, got into a fight. Aaliya later claimed that she was being harassed at home and was being denied access to food and the bathroom, prompting Mehrunisa to file a FIR against her.

According to a recent statement made by Nawazuddin’s attorney, Aaliya is still wed to her first spouse, Vinay Bhargav. In 2011, Nawazuddin and Aaliya were wed. Son Yaani and daughter Shora are the couple’s only children.

Aaliya Siddiqui’s attorney claims that over the past week, Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family haven’t given his client “food, a bed, or a restroom to take a bath.” “Mr Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his family members did everything possible to remove my client Mrs. Aaliya Siddiqui from the residence,” said Rizwan Siddiquee in a statement. They accused her of trespassing and filed an unsupportable criminal complaint. After that, they called her every day to the police station after dusk and threatened to arrest her through the police.

“The reality remains that no police officer ever came to defend my client’s rights, even after her modesty was insulted in front of the police officers, even though I do not wish to directly link their failures and acts to the police department. She filed a claim against her when the actor’s mother complained about a property issue. Aaliya, who is presently residing in Nawazuddin’s residence in Andheri, claimed that she feels trapped in her home and is afraid to even leave it given the circumstances.

Due to problems with her passport, Aaliya reportedly returned from Dubai with her children Yaani and Shora. When she went back to the actor’s home, she claimed that everything changed. According to the Versova Police, she got into a fight with Mehrunisa Siddiqui, Nawazuddin’s mother, and was earlier summoned for interrogation.

Aaliya, aka Zainab, discussed it with ETimes, saying, “My access to the kitchen is prohibited, so I’ve turned the sofa in the living room into a bed. I can’t let my friends who send food inside, so I’m afraid to go outside—even to get the food—even until the gate. What if the doors are shut behind me? She added that she had used her lawyer to arrange for the police to record her statement to them rather than going out on the street.

Aaliya also said, “I have known Nawaz for over a decade, I married him when he was not such a popular star. So as his wife, why am I not allowed to live in my own house? Even delivery agents are not allowed in the house, I feel trapped,” When asked why she doesn’t move out of the house, she answered, “I don’t have any alternate accommodation. Besides, why should I leave what is rightfully mine?” The report also mentioned that Nawazuddin is yet to respond to Aaliya in this matter as she is gearing up to take legal action.

Zainab is Nawazuddin’s second wife as per news agency, ANI. Nawazuddin and Aaliya aka Anjana Kishor Pandey aka Zainab got married over a decade ago. They share two kids and were heading for separation years ago. Aaliya had accused Nawaz of infidelity in a 2020 interview, and his brother of physical violence. Later, in 2021, she cancelled her decision to divorce Nawazuddin. However, the two were living separately.
