We fell in love with Amrita Arora’s all-black ensemble. The actor paired a long black shrug with a black top that had a closed neckline. A pair of black leather joggers and black stilettos gave her look an extra punch. The actress pulled off the look flawlessly, looking as stunning as ever while carrying a bag made of black leather in one hand.

With a vivid red halter top and matching leggings, Kareena Kapoor looked gorgeous. Ranbir smiled for the photographers with an arm around Kareena while wearing a denim top and matching jeans.

An excerpt from actor R Madhavan’s audition for the character of Farhan Qureshi in the movie 3 Idiots was released by HT City. 3 Idiots, a 2009 movie directed by Rajkumar Hirani, was made by Vidhu Vinod Chopra. The movie also stars Aamir Khan, Sharman Joshi, Kareena Kapoor, Boman Irani, and Omi Vaidya in addition to Madhavan.

R Madhavan repeated numerous lines in a video that HT City just released on Twitter while applying for the 2009 movie. Its post’s caption read, “The audition tape for @ActorMadhavan to play Farhan Qureshi in the movie 3 Idiots has gone viral, leading many to claim that Madhavan didn’t need to try out for the part. On Wednesday, Karisma shared a picture of Jeh sitting on her lap as she adjusted his shoelaces on Instagram. Jeh turned his head away from the camera as Karisma sat on a couch and grinned. Karisma was dressed in a black-and-white striped blouse and pair of pants in the image. Jeh was dressed in dungarees, a white T-shirt, and white shoes.

Karisma’s post’s caption said, “All restrained #herecomes (cake, balloons, chocolate, lollipop, and birthday hat emojis). I wish my J baba (a red heart and a hug emoji) a happy birthday.” Happy birthday, nephew love, and family first were also added by her. “Happy joyful birthday to Uuuu our Jeh jaan,” said Saba in response.

In one of the images, the little child gave Soha a bit of french fry, while in another, they were seen simply observing one another.

Sharmila stated in a Bollywood Bubble interview: “My family gave me a lot of support, and my spouse always gave me room and always stood with me. I did not need to defend myself. I therefore had that kind of help. That is a huge blessing for me. My mother had to complete her MA on her own because she was prohibited from attending a coed university. How did your husband permit you to work after you got married is a question I’ve been asked. Nobody ever questions my daughter, my daughter-in-law, who lives her life.”

She said, “The world is evolving. We’re moving ahead. Society can be sluggish to adapt, but once change becomes the norm, it also speeds up, as is the case right now in the entire world. Male dominance and the male gaze are still prevalent. India has a long history, hence different regions of the country hold different types of beliefs. Mumbai, a beautiful city, Delhi, and Kolkata, the larger cities, have a different viewpoint. Overall, I believe that our situation has improved.”

Mansoor and Sharmila got married in December 1968. They have Saif Ali Khan, Saba Ali Khan, and Soha Ali Khan as children. In 2012, Saif wed Kareena Kapoor. Taimur Ali Khan and Jehangir Ali Khan are their two sons. Soha and Kunal.

With Gulmohar, Sharmila is returning to the big screen after her 2010 film Break Ke Baad. Together with Manoj Bajpayee, Amol Palekar, Suraj Sharma, Simran Rishi Bagga, and Kaveri Seth, the family drama is directed by Rahul V. Chittella. Kareena Kapoor selected a clever line from her 2007 flick Jab We Met as her Valentine’s Day quote. The actor shared her character Geet’s favourite remark, “Main apni favourite hoon (I am my favourite),” while posing in a pink Manish Malhotra saree. As people remarked on her iconic outfit at the Sidharth Malhotra-Kiara Advani wedding reception on Sunday, friends like Manish and Amrita Arora concurred with her.

Kareena posted a couple pictures of herself on Instagram wearing the pink sequined sari along with a ring, a set of long diamond earrings, and other jewellery. She penned, “Favorite thing about myself is… Greetings on Valentine’s Day.” The actor portrayed the vivacious Geet in the Imtiaz Ali movie, whose view on life transforms Aditya (Shahid Kapoor), and the two fall in love after they coincidentally cross paths on a train.

Designer Manish Malhotra responded, “Aur hum Sab ki bhi (And ours also),” while sprinkling multiple red heart emojis. “Aap sab ki favourite hai ma’am,” his nephew, the director Punit Malhotra, adding, “You are everyone’s favourite ma’am.” Amrita Arora, a friend of Kareena, posted several fire emojis along with the phrase “Hahahhahaha.” Actor Neha Dhupia replied with the emoji for raising the hands and the phrase “Caption boss.”

Her fans also sent her Valentine’s Day greetings. “My favourite phrase from my favourite movie…I love you Geet…for teaching that love yourself first (red heart emoji) in all young girls,” one admirer wrote in the comments section.

Kareena was present at the St. Regis Hotel’s Mumbai wedding reception for actors Sidharth and Kiara Advani on Sunday. Filmmaker Karan Johar, who had posed for pictures with her on the red carpet, was with her. The pair wed on February 7 in Jaisalmer without the actor present. In the 2019 film Good Newz, starring Akshay Kumar and Diljit Dosanjh, she and Kiara collaborated.

For Valentine’s Day, Jab We Met is returning in theatres for a short period. The Hindi movie, which was written and directed by Imtiaz, debuted in theatres on October 26, 2007. The film also featured Tarun Arora, Saumya Tandon, Dara Singh, and Pavan Malhotra in addition to Shahid. For her depiction of the young, vivacious Geet, who continues to be a fan favourite character today, Kareena was honoured with the Filmfare Award for Best Actress.

In their most recent endeavor, Kareena Kapoor and Masaba Gupta will be working together on the upcoming Hindi Audible original podcast Marvel’s Wastelanders: Black Widow. Kareena assumes the role of the well-known superhero who relocates to a brand-new condominium in midtown Manhattan that is owned and managed by S.H.I.E.L.D. She goes by Helen Black, and she has a secret goal that she would like to retain for the time being. Masaba is Lisa Cartwright, who has been tasked by S.H.I.E.L.D. with spying on the residents as a Junior Residential Security Analyst for a private security firm. Helen is not at all who she seems to be, she discovers as she examines the woman.

In the post-apocalyptic future shown in Marvel’s Wastelanders: Black Widow, the supervillains have destroyed the superheroes 30 years prior. While most people accept the gloomy reality, a few surviving superheroes, notably Black Widow, are making changes in whatever way they can.

At a Mumbai event introducing the six-part podcast series, Kareena said it was an honor to be a part of the series while speaking to artistic director Mantra Mugdh. I’m beyond thrilled to be a part of it, she exclaimed. The more I read about this role, the more I thought, “Okay, now I see why people want to portray it.” because I absolutely related to it. I believe Black Widow has always been fearless, strong, and wise.. Though I wouldn’t describe her as manipulating, she does seem to have a sense of when to act. Somehow, I just felt an instant connection since it was so fierce. I’m hoping that by using my voice, I can give this beautiful character a unique spin. It will be incredible to be a part of it and work with such incredible performers and voices. We have only just begun this adventure, so having my beautiful buddy Masaba along for the ride is also advantageous to both of us.

Masaba Gupta is making her audio debut with the series, similar to Kareena. She said that although it was a challenge, the cast was willing to accept it. She remarked, “Lisa Cartwright is outstanding in my opinion because of her calm intelligence. She is incredibly intelligent and insightful, but she also doesn’t take herself too seriously. I find everything that occurs in their relationship, especially with Helen Black, to be really intriguing. I won’t reveal anything, though. I’m quite excited since it’s unique and difficult to construct an universe using only your voice. Of course, I also like Kareena Kapoor Khan. I couldn’t have asked for someone better, so I’m glad it’s with her.”

Along with Kareena and Masaba, the cast of the podcast series, which premieres in June, has also been revealed to include Saif Ali Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat, Sharad Kelkar, Ashish Vidhyarthi, Vrajesh Hirjee, Mithila Palkar, Sushant Digvikr, Prajakta Koli, Yashaswini Dayama, and Anangsha Biswas.

On February 1, Kareena Kapoor, Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput, Gauri Khan, Shilpa Shetty, and many other celebrities, along with their children, attended Karan’s lavish Mickey and Minnie Mouse-themed birthday celebration for his children in Mumbai. Now, as he wished Yash and Roohi on their sixth birthday, Karan released a video from the recent star-studded celebrations that shows Taimur Ali Khan, the son of Kareena, and Inaaya Naumi Kemmu, the daughter of Soha Ali Khan, having fun with pals.

The children of Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi as well as other children may be seen playing with Yash and Roohi’s friends in the video. The footage showed a huge green cake, numerous slides, swings, and gambling tables. In the video Karan shared, special Mickey and Minnie Mouse party decorations with balloons and banners could also be seen. After numerous delays, his movie Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, in which Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh play the key parts, will be released this year in July.

Hansal Mehta on the decline of liberal discourse and his work Faraaz

Faraaz, Hansal Mehta’s most recent film, examines the actual circumstances surrounding a terrorist assault in a Bangladeshi café in 2016. Aditya Rawal plays the lead role in the movie, which also features Zahaan Kapoor and depicts a group of young people who become violent for religious reasons. The drama also introduces Sachin Lalwani, Jatin Sareen, Ninad Bhatt, Harshal Pawar, Reshham Sahaani, and Abhirami Bose. Faraaz made its international premiere at the BFI London Film Festival in October 2022 and will be distributed in theaters on February 3.

The movie stars newbie Zahaan as Faraaz Ayaaz Hossain, a young Muslim who refuses to leave his pals when the café is taken hostage by militants. Zahaan is the grandson of actor Shashi Kapoor and filmmaker Ramesh Sippy. After the attack, the young guy received the Mother Teresa Memorial International Award. A companion piece to his previous films Shahid (2012) and Omerta (2017), which also examined terrorism and religion, Hansal referred to his most recent work as such.

In an interview , the director responded as follows when asked if his movie was a reaction to the declining liberal discourse: “It is crucial to understand that rabid voices have replaced the liberal voices in the debate over good Muslims and bad Muslims as a result of the withdrawal of the former. The people who supported Shahid have dwindled in number as skepticism and fear have gradually taken hold.”

Added he, “I wanted to have that conversation since I come from a liberal environment rather than avoiding it. Faraaz does not dispute with the concerns when the terror group’s head asks him why he does not see what is occurring in Palestine or what the US is doing in West Asia. He claims that the world is filled with many problems, but he queries whether this is the solution.”

Kareena Kapoor will play a detective and mother in Hansal‘s upcoming movie, provisionally titled The Buckingham Murders, similar to Kate Winselt in the online series Mare of Easttown. Additionally, he is the director of the Netflix original series Scoop, which stars Karishma Tanna as crime reporter Jigna Vora who was imprisoned for another journalist.

On February 21, Jehangir will turn two years old. In December of last year, Taimur, his older brother, turned six.
