Mawra Hocane took to Twitter and addressed the devastating situation in Gaza.

Following Israel’s warning to flee the northern Gaza Strip in advance of an imminent ground attack against Hamas, hundreds of Palestinians sought safety on Saturday. The bloodiest terrorist assault in Israeli history took place exactly one week prior to this decree.

Israel, steadfast in its determination to destroy Hamas, has gathered ground soldiers and tanks close to Gaza. Additionally, leaflets directing residents to leave the northern part of the enclave have been distributed. The IDF of Israel has carried out targeted operations to clear the region of both terrorists and weaponry.

Unsettlingly, there has been a considerable rise in deaths over the previous 24 hours, with over 320 Palestinians dying, many of them women and children, mostly as a result of Israeli bombings on convoys fleeing Gaza City.

This rising death toll is related to Israel’s ongoing aerial bombardment of Gaza, which began after the government advised 1.1 million inhabitants to leave their homes and go south in preparation of an impending ground invasion in response to Hamas’s strike within Israel last week.

2,215 Palestinians have been killed and 8,714 injured as a result of Israeli bombings on Gaza. There here have been 1,300 reported fatalities and over 3,400 injuries in Israel.

The globe has seen a sharp divide in viewpoints throughout the ongoing Israel-Palestine conflict, with millions of people choosing to support one side or the other. Not only have geopolitical talks on this worldwide problem been sparked, but notable Pakistani celebrities have also joined the conversation.

Mawra Hocane is a talented and popular Pakistani actress, model, and VJ. Mawra entered the entertainment industry at a young age and quickly made a name for herself with her exceptional acting skills and charming personality. She made her acting debut with the drama serial “Khichari Salsa” in 2012 and gained widespread recognition for her role. Mawra Hocane Reflects On Her Weight & Memory Loss In ‘Nauroz’

Lollywood actress Mawra Hocane, renowned for her vibrant personality and acting prowess, recently shared insights into her portrayal of the character Rishtina in the upcoming drama series “Nauroz.” In an interview, she candidly discussed the challenges she faced and the profound impact the role had on her.

Regarding the scene where her character scavenges for food, Hocane revealed, “It happened, it was real. I can’t explain Nauroz right now because I don’t know who I was while performing Rishtina.” She also explained that she doesn’t remember much about the character or the process of playing the role, possibly due to the physical toll it took on her. She stated, “I lost a lot of weight because I knew I was playing a very young girl. I was underweight. I lost six kilogrammes, maybe that’s why I don’t remember much of it. Because I wasn’t eating anything except the necessary. I was on a calorie deficit.”

Reflecting on the impact of the role, Hocane expressed, “I have learned so much from it. It has brought me closer to reality and has changed my perspective on life.” She particularly mentioned a scene where her character visits a food vendor, sharing, “People were [waving] me away because they didn’t want me to touch them, so I wondered how a person who looks like that must feel.”

Hocane revealed that “Nauroz” was offered to her during the lockdown when another project, “Neem,” was put on hold. She expressed excitement and gratitude for the opportunity to work with director Shehzad Kashmiri again, stating, “I had concerns about the progress of ‘Neem’, whether it would be filmed or not. That’s when he presented me with another project. Although we have only written three episodes, I thought, ‘What? I am getting another project with Shehzad Kashmiri?’ It was truly exciting!”

Hocane praised Kashmiri’s ability to bring out her experiences, talent, and physical strength, regardless of her state of mind. She commended his collaborative nature as a director and producer, highlighting the positive working relationship they share.

“Nauroz” is a series comprising 12 to 16 episodes that explores the impact of social media on human self, identity, and consciousness. The first episode is scheduled to air on July 13th.
